역사의 방진대책에 따른 진동 저감 예측 (The Prediction of Vibration Reduction due to Vibration Isolating Countermeasure at Railway Station)

  • When the trains are passed the station, a serious force is applied to ground and the caused vibration is propagated to the area of the station by the ground and rocks. The caused vibration brings about the operation interruption of the equipment which is sensitive to the vibration, or will bring about the structural damage of the station. In this study, to investigate the vibrational evaluation of railway station by the train service, the vibration simulation was performed and analyzed the effect of the vibration isolating countermeasure. From the vibration measurement, all trains that passed through the station exceeded the vibration criteria. Therefore, the vibration isolating countermeasure was established and the vibration simulation was performed.

Configuration Interaction Theory and van der Waals Predissociation

  • Golden-rule like formulas have been used without theoretical basis to calculate the resonance lifetimes and final state distributions in the predissociation of van der Waals molecules. Here we present their theoretical basis by extending Fano's configuration interaction theory. Such extensions were independently done by Farnonux [Phys. Rev. 1985, 25, 287] but his work, unfortunately, was not well known outside some small group of people in the field of Auger spectroscopy. Since my extension is easier to understand than his, it is presented here. Theoretical basis of Golden rule like formulas used in the predissociation of van der Waals molecules was obtained by using such extensions. Factors responsible for several aspects of predissociation dynamics, such as variations of dynamics as functions of resonance lifetimes, or variations in shapes of final quantum state distributions of photofragments around resonances, were identified. Parameters, or dynamical information that could be obtained from the measurement of partial cross section spectra were accordingly determined. The theory was applied to the vibrational predissociation of triatomic van der Waals molecules and its result was compared with those calculated by close-coupling method. An example where Golden-rule like expression fails and branching ratios vary greatly around a resonance was considered.

무선 가속도센서 시스템을 이용한 건축물의 실시간 피드백 진동제어 - 시스템 구축 및 기초성능 평가 - (Real-time Feedback Vibration Control of Structures Using Wireless Acceleration Sensor System - System Design and Basic Performance Evaluation -)

  • 본 논문에서는 건축물의 실시간 피드백 진동제어를 위한 기초연구로써, 자체 기술력을 바탕으로 개발된 무선 가속도센서 시스템 및 프로토타입 (Prototype) AMD 시스템을 결합하여 피드백 진동제어 시스템을 구성하고, 모형 건축물을 대상으로 구성된 제어시스템의 기초성능을 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 우선 MEMS 센서 소자 및 블루투스 통신 모듈 기반의 무선 가속도 센서 유닛, 실시간 가속도 응답획득 및 제어법칙에 근거한 제어출력을 구현하도록 구성한 운영프로그램 등을 개발하였다. 또한 AC 서보모터를 이용해 기동되도록 설계한 프로토타입 AMD 및 모터 드라이버 시스템을 구성하였다. 마지막으로 이를 이용해 실시간 피드백 진동제어 시스템을 구성하였고, 2층 모형 건축물을 대상으로 실험실 규모의 진동제어 실험을 수행하여 목적된 구조물의 진동저감 효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 실험의 결과, 모형 구조물의 1차 및 2차 공진주파수 그리고 랜덤주파수 등의 실험조건에서 명확한 진동저감의 효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 종국적으로 본 논문에서 개발한 무선 가속도센서 시스템 및 AMD 시스템이 향후 여타 구조물의 진동제어를 위한 효과적인 수단으로 응용될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

동일 변위센서를 사용한 레일표면 음향조도의 측정방법 (Measuring Technique For Acoustic Roughness of Rail Surface With Homogeneous Displacement Sensors)

  • 열차 운행시에 발생하는 전동소음은 열차 차륜과 레일 표면조도의 불균일성에 의하여 가진된 진동에 의해 발생된다. 따라서 열차 전동소음의 전달, 예측 및 분석을 위해서는 차륜과 레일표면의 음향조도(acoustic roughness)의 정확한 측정과 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 현재의 레일표면의 조도측정을 위한 장치와 방법은 작업자의 수작업에 의존한 트롤리 장치를 사용함으로써, 불일정한 측정속도와 흔들림과 같은 불안정한 인터페이스를 야기하여 측정값의 오차와 외란을 증대시키는 단점을 지닌다. 본 논문은 철도궤도의 레일상에서 자율 정속 주행하면서 레일표면의 음향조도를 측정하는 자동화 측정장치 및 플랫폼을 개발함으로써, 측정정밀도를 향상시키고 측정값의 불균일성을 감소시켰다. 또한 측정값의 신뢰도와 정확도 향상을 위해 동일한 복수의 변위센서 적용법을 제안하였으며 표준레일구간의 현장측정을 통해 동일 변위센서로부터 융합된 데이터의 정확성을 검증하였다.

연성보의 진동 인텐시티 측정 (Measurements of Vibration Intensity of a Coupled Beam)

  • The objective of this paper is to perform measurements of vibration intensity of a coupled beam. The propagation of flexural waves generates the out of plane vibration of the coupled beam. The longitudinal waves are generated due to the mode conversion at the structural joint of the coupled beam. The propagation of longitudinal waves generates the in plane vibration of the coupled beam. In order to identify the direction of vibrational power on the coupled beam, the in plane vibration intensity as well as the out of plane vibration intensity needs to be measured. The cross spectral method has been implemented to measure the in-plane vibration intensity as well as out of plane vibration intensity. The results shelved that the experimental method can be effectively used to measure the in-plane vibration intensity as well as the out of plane vibration intensity of coupled beams.

  • The focus of this paper is to observe the aerodynamic and vibration characteristics of the NACA0012 blade(AR=16.6) fixed on the lower surface of the wind tunnel, by changing air speed and the blade's angle of attack. After fixing a slit-typed vortex generator on the front of the blade, it could be observed that the vibrational characteristics caused by interactions between vortex and blade through the 5-hole pilot tubes. And, also, two different blades in stiffness had been prepared for observing those characteristics above in this experiment. The results were compared with the given stiffness of blade, as well. According to the results, it is clear to recognize that the vibration spectrum increases while air speed and angle of attack increase, and, also, less stiffness means bigger vibration spectrum.

지하철 운행에 따른 진동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Vibration Induced by Subway Operation)

  • In this paper the characteristics of vibration induced by subway trains running on track is discussed. The quantitative prediction of the vibration level and the countermeasure for reduction of necessary, is of importance for the better environment. It was made the constructed Bundang line as first step with the modified Young-Dan type to basis on the Japanese Young-Dan type. In this paper it was measured and analyzed to two region ($ \circled1$Susuh-Bokjung. $ \circled2$Chorim-Suhyun region) of this. at present, operational Bundang line when averaging velocity of train is 60 (km/h). As the response characteristics of frequency Induced by subway operation, it was confirmed that frequency band of neighborhood of 30~80 Hz in generally dominant. Also to assess the quantitative nitration as response level to be measured for each point of two region in subway operation, the vibrational response level was measured at the state to be not subway operation. And the level was approximately $\fraction one-fifth~\fraction one-ten$ level comparing to subway operation.

다공성 실리콘의 산화로부터 얻은 다공성 실리카의 산화에 대한 분석 (Analysis on Oxidation of Porous Silica Obtained from Thermal Oxidation of Porous Silicon)

  • Oxidation behaviors of porous silicon were investigated by the measurement of area of $SiO_2$ vibrational peaks in FT-IR spectra during thermal oxidation of porous silicon at corresponding temperatures. Visible photoluminescent porous silicon samples were obtained from an electrochemical etch of n-type silicon of resistivity between 1-10 ${\Omega}/cm$. The etching solution was prepared by adding an equal volume of pure ethanol to an aqueous solution of HF. The porous silicon was illuminated with a 300 W tungsten lamp for the duration of etch. Etching was carried out as a two-electrode galvanostatic procedure at applied current density of 200 $mA/cm^2$ for 5 min. The porosity of samples prepared was about 80%. After formation of porous silicon, the samples were thermally oxidized at $100^{\circ}C$, $200^{\circ}C$, $300^{\circ}C$, and $400^{\circ}C$, respectively. The growth rate of $SiO_2$ layer of porous silicon was investigated by using FT-IR spectroscopy. The effect of oxidation of porous silicon was presented.

Study in Mechanism of Hydrogen Retention by C-SiC Films with IR

  • C-SiC films with different content of SiC on stainless steel substrate were prepared with ion beam mixing. It was found that hydrogen concentrations in C-SiC coatings was higher than that in stainless steel after H$\^$+/ ion implantation followed by thermal annealing. Infrared (IR) transmission measurement was used to study the mechanism of hydrogen retention by C-SiC films. The vibrational features in the range between 400 and 3200 cm$\^$-1/ in IR transmission spectra show the Si-CH$_3$, Si-CH$_2$, Si-H, CH$_2$and CH$_3$bonds, which are responsible for retaining hydrogen.

제진 강판의 블랭킹 가공 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Blanking Characteristic of Anti- Vibration Sheet Metal)

  • In order to study the shearing characteristic of anti-vibration sheet metal which is used to reduce vibration noise, a blanking die was manufactured to blank a workpiece. The variables employed in this study were clearance, type of stripper plate, position of the rubber layer and type of the die design. These variables were used to study the effects on burr height, blank diameter and camber height. In the case of burr height from experimental investigation, the push-back die, combined with a movable stripper plate, showed greater burr height. The rubber-top position of a workpiece resulted in better qualities regardless of working variables. In the comparison of diameter measurement, the use of the push-back die with a fixed stripper plate, with a 4.5% clearance, showed better accuracy. For comparing camber height, the push-back die resulted in less cambering than the drop-through die. Also, the larger the clearance, the greater was the camber height. Considering experimental results, the shearing of anti-vibrational sheet metal is best achieved when the rubber layer is laying on the top, blanked with a fixed stripper plate in a push-back die, with a 4.5% clearance.
