  • Review of practical vibration test methods those applied in various industrial fields - such as automotive industry, electrics and electronics industry, defense industry and aerospace industry - is described on this paper. Swept sine test, random vibration test and advanced vibration techniques are explained according to their parametric values and also application fields of each test method are suggested by the characteristic of each method. For more proper application of each test method, standardized test specifications should be always reviewed and revised according to the transition of environmental factors.

엘리베이터 가이드 레일 브라켓의 방진라이너 적용효과에 관한 분석 (An Analysis on the Effect of Application on Vibration Isolation Liner of Elevator Guide Rail Bracket)

  • 본 연구에서는 고층아파트 승강로 근접세대에 대한 진동 및 소음저감대책의 일환으로 승강기 가이드 레일 브라켓에 방진라이너를 적용하여 그 효과들을 분석하였다. 방진라이너 성능 분석결과, 카 측에서는 65.49%, 카운터 측에서는 90.05%의 방진성능을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로, 엘리베이터 가이드 레일 브라켓의 방진라이너의 진동저감 효과를 상당히 가지고 있다. 방진라이너 적용의 경우 제진빔 적용에 비해 승강기 운행통로(승강로) 면적은 7.26 ~ 22.22% 감소, 재료비와 설치비는 3,840,000원 ~ 9,780,000원의 절감효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 중량물인 제진빔에 비해 경량물인 방진라이너를 적용할 경우, 설치현장의 안전사고 예방에 효과가 클 것으로 사료된다.

초음파진동 조사장 내에서 Al-Pb계 합금의 제조 및 조직 (Fabrication and Microstructures of Al-Pb Alloy in the Ultrasonic Vibration)

  • Water and oil were completely synthesised with ultrasonic vibration energy irradiation. Pure Pb were added into Al melt during irradiated the ultrasonic vibration energy in 750. And the ultrasonic vibration energy was applied to Al-Pb melt to enhance the miscibility. Microstructural analysis, thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were carried out to evaluate the effect of the ultrasonic vibration energy on the castability and microstructural reliability. (1) Using the ultrasonic vibration energy irradiation, the complete mixing of water and oil was obtained. (2) The microstructure was refined by the application of ultrasonic vibration energy in Al-Pb alloys. (3) Relatively large Pb particles, $5{\mu}m$ were most distributed alone the grain boundaries with fine Pb particles evenly distributed in the matrix. (4) The solubility of Ph in Al-Pb alloys was increases up to 5% with the application of ultrasonic vibration energy.

  • In this research, we investigated active vibration control based on wave-viewpoint using the longitudinal wave separation method. The control strategy is the one of active vibration control technique for generating vibration reduced zone and uses wave information including the directivity as the cost function. In order to get the wave information from the measured values, we proposed and examined the time-domain longitudinal wave separation method proper to real time application like active vibration control. Using the proposed method, we examine the performance and feasibility of active vibration control based wave view-point through the simulation. The related experimental verification and application is going to be expected in a near future.

자유진동 해석에서 수치미분의 응용 (Application of Numerical Differentiations in Free Vibration Analysis)

  • This paper deals with the application of numerical differentiation in free vibration analysis. In the free vibration analysis, the derivative values of the given function are certainly used in calculation of structural parameters. For deriving the derivative values, both the time and labor are needed when the structures consist of non-linear geometries such as arches or curved beams. From this viewpoint, the numerical differentiation scheme is applied into the free vibration analysis. The numerical results obtained from the numerical differentiations are agreed very well with those obtained from the exact derivatives by analytical method. It is expected that the numerical differentiations can be utilized practically in the free vibration analysis.

  • TEEE(Thermoplastic ether-ester elastomer) is expected to reduce the noise and vibration from railway because its unique properties such as porosity. in this study, after building TEEE rail pad at established rail, we conducted practical test and vibration test to inquire the field application and endurance of TEEE material. The test results showed that TEEE material was lower vibration than EVA material, therefore, TEEE material was effective from a vibration reduction point of view.

  • 공학교육을 위한 실습장비가 다양하지 못함에 따라 특정 실습을 위해서 맞춤식 교육용 장비 개발이 절실한 경우가 많다. 특히 전공심층과목인 진동공학에 관련된 교육장비는 국내외 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 실제 현장에서 발생되는 진동현상을 구현하면서, 진동공학의 이론교육과 실습을 위한 교육용 장비들을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 학부생 졸업연구작품 과제를 통해서 개발된 임계속도 측정용 회전체 교육장비, 밸런싱 머신 교육장비, 자석을 이용한 흡진기 교육장비 및 능동진동제어 교육장비를 각각 소개하고, 수업시간을 통해서 교육장비들의 활용성 및 실용성을 검증하였다. 또한 미래 교육장비의 개발 및 적용에 대한 개선안도 제안하였다.

상상 훈련과 진동 운동의 적용이 수직점프의 수행력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Image Training and Vibration on Performance of Vertical Jumping)

  • Purpose : The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of image training and vibration on performance of vertical jumping. Methods : Subjects was classified into two groups, which were image training group(n=20) and vibration application group(n=20). The standard methods of each intervention were image training with listening recorded indication for 5 minute and vibration with speed of $1200{\pm}200\;rpm$. Muscle strength was measured using vertical jump performance. Results : The vertical jump performance was significantly increased after image training and vibration application(p<.05), however, it was more significantly after image training(p<.05). Conclusion : This study showed that image training and vibration application were effective treatment strategy on increase of muscle strength. Therefore, it could be considered as a treatment method in the patients with musculoskeletal disease including fracture, chronic degenerative disease and disuse atrophy.

Effect of Local Vibration on Triceps Surae Flexibility Compared to Static Stretching

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of local vibration using a massage gun on the triceps surae flexibility by measuring the ankle dorsiflexion range of motion (ROM) compared to static stretching in healthy adults. Methods: Twenty healthy subjects were instructed in this study. They were allocated randomly to two groups: local vibration (LV) and static stretching (SS). The ankle dorsiflexion ROM was measured before and after the intervention in supine (open kinetic chain, OKC) and standing (closed kinetic chain, CKC). The LV group received local vibration using a massage gun for five minutes on their triceps surae, and the SS group stood on the Q board with a dorsiflexed ankle for five minutes. The ROM between pre- and post-intervention and the change in ROM between two groups were analyzed. A paired t-test was used to compare the ROM between pre- and post-intervention, while an independent t-test was used to compare the change in ROM between the two groups. Results: Both groups showed a significant difference between pre- and post-intervention in the position of both the OKC and CKC. The change in ROM, however, was not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: The application of local vibration using a massage gun for five minutes on the triceps surae could improve its flexibility as much as the application of static stretching. A massage gun for the application of a local vibration stimulus may be effective, simple, portable, and comfortable.

  • This paper considers the Maximum Pesponse Spectrum for the random vibration, sinusoidal vibration, linear sweep vibration. The random vibration quality levels and the sinusoidal vibration quality level are compared using MRS. And the severity between the vibration test specification and real environments using Maximum Response Spectrum are also compared using it.
