전단벽식 공동주택의 부재 물성치 및 크기 변화에 따른 슬래브 수직진동 저감 효과 (Vertical Vibration Decrease Effect of Slab in Shear-Wall Structures According to Property and Size of Structural Members)

  • Vertical vibrations on the slab of buildings are affected by types of vibration sources, transfer paths, and the material property and the size of members. Among these parameters, the vibration sources and the transfer path can not be controlled, but the property and the size of members can be controlled in the phase of design the members. In this study, the vibration responses according to the property and size of members were obtained by using a prediction program based on dynamic-stiffness matrix. Three parameters which are not usually considered as major factors for architecral planning were selected fur these analyses. They are the strength of materials, the thickness of wall and the thickness of slab. The ground vibration source located near a building was used as vibration input data in the analyses. This study has its originality on presenting appropriate property and size of structural members in order to reduce vertical vibration of slab in shear-wall structures. Analysing the results from the vibration estimation program according to the variations of parameters, the appropriate ratio among the sizes of structural members were proposed. From these results, the vibration level on the slab which is not constructed yet would be predicted and the vibration peak level can be reduced or shifted into the desirable frequency range. Therefore, the vertical vibration could be controlled in the phase of designing buildings.

진동 동력 흐름 기법을 이용한 FCEV용 원심형 터보 블로워의 진동 저감 (Reducing Vibration of a Centrifugal Turbo Blower for FCEV Using Vibrational Power Flow)

  • A centrifugal turbo blower is one of the part to generate electric power of fuel cell electric vehicle(FCEV). In order to generate the electric power of FCEV, the centrifugal turbo blower operates at very high speed above 30,000rpm in order to increase the pressure of the air, which supplied to a stack of FCEV, using rotation of its impeller blades. Vibration which originated from the blower is generated by unbalance of mechanical components, rotation of bearings and rotating asymmetry that rotate at high speed. The vibration is transmitted to receiving structure through vibration isolators and it can causes serious problems in the noise, vibration and harshness(NVH) performance. Thus, the study about reducing this kind of vibration is an important task. Quantifying the effectiveness of vibration isolation can be effectively accomplished by using vibrational power flow because relative contributions of each isolator to the total vibration transmission can be easily represented. In this paper, vibrational power flow is applied to the centrifugal turbo blower mounted on FCEV in order to analyze the most dominant vibration transmitting path. As a result, the main contributor among four isolators is a mount #3 of the blower. Also, a 30 percent lowering of the mount #3 stiffness shows 34 percent decrement of vibrational power flow by the simulation.

  • 최근 생활수준의 향상으로 인해 가정용 에어컨의 보급률이 꾸준히 증가함에 따라 품질에 대한 소비자의 눈높이 또한 점점 높아지고 있다. 과거에 소비자의 요구는 제품의 효율성에 집중되었지만 점차 저진동/저소음에 대한 부분으로 확장되고 있다. 에어컨의 압축기는 제품의 효율을 결정하는 주요한 부분이면서 동시에 진동/소음의 주된 원인을 제공하고 있다. 압축기에서 발생한 진동/소음은 압축기 케이스와 배관을 통해 주위 구조물로 전달되고 이들은 다시 구조기인 소음이나 2 차적인 진동을 유발하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 RecurDyn 을 이용해 압축기의 진동/소음에 영향을 미치는 모터의 가진력이 고려된 MFBD(Multi Flexible Body Dynamics) 해석 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델을 이용하여 압축기의 진동/소음 특성을 조사하고 압축기에서 발생하는 진동을 계산하여 실험 결과와 비교하였다.

크리트 가진법을 이용한 타이어특성에 따른 로드노이즈 예측 연구 (Road Noise Prediction Based on Frequency Response Function of Tire Utilizing Cleat Excitation Method)

  • It is important for identification of noise and vibration problem of tire to consider influence of interaction between road and tire. A quantification of road noise is a challenging issue in vehicle NVH due to extremely complicated transfer paths of road noise as well as the difficulty in an experimental identification of input force from tire-road interaction. A noise caused by tire is divided into road noise(structure-borne noise) and pattern noise(air-borne noise). Pattern noise is caused by pattern shape of tire, which has larger than 500 Hz, but road noise is generated by the interactions between a tire and a vehicle body. In this paper, we define the quantitative analysis for road noise caused by interactions between tire and road parameters. For the identification of road noise, the chassis dynamometer that is equipped $10mm{\times}10mm $ square cleat in the semi-anechoic chamber is used, and the tire spindle forces are measured by load cell. The vibro-acoustic transfer function between ear position and wheel center was measured by the vibro-acoustic reciprocity method. In this study three tires with different type of mechanical are used for the experiment work.

전력용 변압기 외함 소음저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Tank Noise Reduction Techniques of Power Transformers)

  • According to the increase of power demand and expansion of downtown, it is necessary to install transformers additionally in operating substations and construct substations in residential area. But the public complaint has been increased due to the transformer noise of the substation. KEPCO has used a vibration preventing pad, various soundproof walls and an encloser to transformers in outdoor substations, and a soundproof door, shutter and wind-path soundproof equipment in indoor substations to block the sound propagation from the transformers. But these noise reduction methods are not satisfied. It should be considered to reduce transformer noise itself. In this paper, we investigated tank noise reduction techniques to develope a low noise transformer. According to the mode analysis of transformer tank, we found out characteristics and locations of noise on the tank, and it's nature vibration was also analysed. On the basis of these analysis, reinforcement equipment was installed around transformer tank, and ellipse shape tank was changed to round shape tank. The effect of noise reduction was evaluated using noise generation source.

  • Several tests are performed to evaluate road booming noise. Baseline test delivers the information of road noise characteristics. Coupling effect between structure and acoustics is obtained from the mode shapes and the natural frequencies by the modal test. Equivalent stiffness at joint areas between chassis and car-body system can be determined by the input point inertance test. Noise sensitivity of body mounting point of a chassis part can be obtained from the noise transfer function test with input point inertance test. Operational deflection shape makes us analyze the actual vibration modes of the chassis system under actual loading and find noise sources very easily. finally, the transfer function analysis is used to identify noise paths through the chassis system. However, all of the tests above mentioned must be performed to evaluate road booming noise. The objectives and the procedures of the tests are described in this paper. Also, the guideline for efficient road noise evaluation test can be found.

자동차 실내소음을 위한 개선된 설계 프로세스 (Improved Design Process for Interior noise in Passenger Vehicles)

  • A design process for the structure-borne noise in a passenger vehicle is presented. The proposed process is improved from the previous one. The major difference between the current and last ones is that most of the countermeasures should be developed before fixing a tool for structural parts. This is requested for QCDP(Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity) by the design engineers. The proposed one consists of 4 steps: Problem definition, Cause analysis, Development of counter-measure and Validation. Based on the general rule: divide and conquer, the complex problem can be simplified into a few critical sub-systems through the first step: Problem definition. Secondly, the critical causes can be identified for the critical sub-systems through the second step: Cause analysis. Thirdly, effective countermeasures are investigated and produced through the third step: Countermeasure development. The proposed countermeasures are finally validated in the forth step: Validation.

지게차의 주관적 음질평가와 Zwicker 음질지수의 상관관계 및 전달경로분석법(OTPA)을 활용한 음질 기여도 분석 (A Study on Contribution Analysis using Operational Transfer Path Analysis based on the Correlation between Subjective Evaluation and Zwicker's Sound Quality Index for Sound Quality of Forklifts)

  • Recently, drivers have begun to regard comfort in the cabin as one of the most important factors in construction equipment like forklifts. Accordingly, it has become more important to design a forklift cabin with a better sound quality as well as lower sound level, which can make a driver more comfortable. In this paper, the correlation between subjective evaluation and Zwicker's sound quality index was analyzed through a blind test by a few workers in forklifts and other construction equipment in several countries. Correlation analysis showed that Loudness and Sharpness were ranked in sequence, and tendencies were different from country to country. Also, contribution analysis for Loudness and Sharpness using operational transfer path analysis (OTPA), which is widely used in the field of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), was performed. However, Loudness and Sharpness cannot be used with OTPA directly because there are no linear relationships between the sources and receivers. In this paper, both are calculated by applying the DIN 45631 method with a contribution rate (%) of 1/3 Octave Sound Pressure Level by OTPA method in addition to considering spectral masking.

APR1400 원자로 내부구조물 종합진동평가프로그램용 측정센서 검토 (A Review of Measuring Sensors for Reactor Vessel Internals Comprehensive Vibration Assessment Program in Advanced Power Reactor 1400)

  • Reactor vessel internals comprehensive vibration assessment program(RVI CVAP) is one of the necessary tests to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants. RVI CVAP of U.S. nuclear regulatory commission regulatory guide 1.20(U.S. NRC R.G. 1.20) consists of the analysis, measurement and inspection. One of the core technologies of the measurement program for RVI CVAP is to select suitable sensors because the measurement is conducted during the critical path of the construction period of nuclear power plants. Therefore, we analyzed RVI thermal-hydraulic and structure design data of Palo Verde nuclear power plant(U.S.), Yonggwang nuclear power plant(Korea) and APR1400 and researched measuring sensors used in them; moreover, we investigated sensors used for measurement of RVI CVAP for the last 20 years throughout the world. Based on these results, we selected suitable measuring sensors for RVI CVAP in advanced power reactor 1400(APR1400).

열차하중으로 인한 궤도-지반의 3D 진동평가 및 저감방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on 3D Evaluation and Reduction Method for Vibration of Track-Roadbed due to Railway Load)

  • 본 논문에서는 열차가 주행할 때 궤도를 통해 전달되는 진동크기가 구조물의 안전성뿐 만아니라 선로 인근주민, 가축 및 건물에게 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해 규정된 진동한계범위에 도달하는 가를 다양한 지반과 궤도구조물의 상호작용에 의한 3D 수치해석을 통해 정확히 예측하고 다양한 지반에 적절한 진동저감을 가져오는 궤도의 단면 및 형태를 결정하는 방법에도 이결과를 사전에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 예로서 열차운행으로 인해 발생되는 터널, 성토 및 교량 3종류의 서로 다른 시설물의 진동을 지반-구조물의 상호작용에 의한 3D수치해석을 통해 Spec과 비교분석하여 평가하였으며 주변 환경에 적합한 토층의 변화를 통해 진동저감방법의 한예를 수행하였다.
