  • The reciprocating type hydrogen compressor is for high pressure and volume. However this type compressor makes pulsation caused by mechanical characteristic. This type compressor also makes noise and vibration that cause negative effect to machine and working condition. Therefore, diagnosis and countermeasure are needed to decrease vibration for safety on hydrogen compressor. therefore in this paper, the numerical analysis and vibration measurement is conducted in order to investigate vibration characteristic and to evaluation vibration condition, Respectively

  • In this paper, vibration characteristics are considered about thermo-visco-plastic material under periodic thermal loading. When in high temperature region, thermo-visco-plastic structure has a periodic thermal loading, it is very important in an accumulated structure like a spacestation to investigate vibration characteristic, stress-strain characteristic is considered in various 2-D model by finite element method.

  • The vibrational characteristics of the piezoelectric disc for a torsional vibration transducer is theoretically studied in this paper. The characteristic equation of the piezoelectric annular disc has been derived from Newton's End law and Gibb's free energy equations. With an anisotropic material property of the disc, the characteristic equation has yielded resonance frequencies. Numerically-calculated results were compared with the values obtained by finite element analysis and experiments

  • Dynamic characteristic of CD/DVD deck for vehicle is analyzed in this paper. Generally CD/DVD deck for vehicle is used from inferior environment with the vibration of the vehicle and shock of outside and so on. Therefore it must have the structure which is stabilized from the vibration to prevent read error. For this purpose, vibration characteristic of the deck for vehicle should be identified. To analyze characteristic of the deck system, we perform the signal analysis and modal testing using the FFT analyzer. Also we change the design factor degrading the performance of the deck system and verify the efficiency improvement using the acceleration measurement occurring to the sound discontinuation.

  • Bogie is the connection device between carbody and wheel. It is the core part that exert a important effect on the passenger safety and running safety. Bogie largely consist of bogie frame, suspension, brake, wheel set. Static and Dynamic load have acted on it complexly. So when the bogie is designed, finite element method, static load test, fatigue test running test should be considered. Some bogie frame of high speed railway freight car have the problem. It's end beam was cracked. The crack of the end beam have a bad effect on brake system. ROTEM co. made an improved end beam and applied one set to freight car. this report showed the vibration characteristic which was compared conventional bogie to improved bogie for running safety.

  • Recent issue of optical actuator is applying to mobile device. It leads actuator to become smaller than conventional type. This paper proposes the design of micro actuator plate spring and analysis of its vibration characteristic. Considering natural frequency of spindle motor, 1st and 2nd eigenfrequency of micro actuator must avoid its natural frequency. First, magnetic circuit is designed by using fine pattern coil and magnetic force is acquired by simulation program. Then, concept design is achieved by topology optimization. From concept design, micro actuator plate spring is embodied through DOE(design of experiment). Finally, considering vibration characteristic simultaneously, optimal plate spring design is determined by RSM(response surface method).

  • The object of this study is to ensure the stability of bulk cement cars conducting vibration performance test, dynamic characteristic analysis and static load test of bogie frame. In case of static load test, bogie static load test facility was used. In case of dynamic characteristic analysis, Vampire Software was used. In case of vibration performance test, real bulk cement cars were used in kyeung-bu line. In the results of static load test of bogie frame for bulk cement car, all structures satisfied allowable stress criteria of materials. The vibration performance test and dynamic characteristic analysis results satisfied allowable standards.

  • As the slab is longer and lighter, it is more sensitive to the external force so that the vibration of slab and noise induced by the slab vibration is bigger than expected in normal slab. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the dynamic characteristic of slab is different from the normal slab through the system identification and tn evaluate the vibration control performance when the damper system is installed. Finally, we was trying to understand by what mechanism the slab noise is induced from the slab vibration. The relationship between the vibration and the noise of slab is shown by the numerical simulation.
