수직관계 비즈니스 프로세스 모형에 관한 연구 -자동차산업 분야를 중심으로- (Business process model for vertical relationship -Focusing on the automotive industry-)

  • 비즈니스 관계는 수직 및 수평관계로 구분 될 수 있다. 수평관계 비즈니스는 경쟁자간의 비즈니스에서 이루어진 것이 일반적이며 수직관계는 본청업체와 하청업체 간에 이루어지는 비즈니스를 말한다. 일반적으로 비즈니스 관계에 관한 모델들은 여러 연구를 통해서 많은 것들이 알려져 있다. 하지만 수직관계를 중점적으로 이루어진 모형은 그리 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 수직관계에 토대를 둔 비즈니스 모형을 개발하도록 한다. 수직관계의 대표적인 산업으로는 전자, 자동차 등 여러 산업을 들 수 있지만 본 논문에서는 자동차 산업을 대상으로 모델을 개발해 보도록 한다. 제 2장에서는 프로세스 모형개발을 위해서 필요한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 제 3장에서는 수직관계 비즈니스에 대한 특징을 알아본다. 이어서 제 4장에서는 본 논문의 핵심인 수직관계 비즈니스 프로세스 모형을 개발하였다. 끝으로 제 5장에서는 향후 연구방향 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

Validity of the vertical tube-shift method in determining the relationship between the mandibular third molar roots and the inferior alveolar nerve canal

  • Objectives: To assess the validity of the vertical tube-shift method using intraoral periapical radiography (IOPAR) for determining the relationship between the mandibular third molar roots and the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) canal in comparison with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Materials and Methods: Fifty impacted mandibular third molars were analyzed using the IOPAR vertical tube-shift method and CBCT. The relationship of the IAN canal to the impacted mandibular third molar was recorded as buccal, lingual or in line with the apex and was compared with CBCT findings. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of the vertical tube-shift method in depicting the relationship (buccal/lingual/in line with the apex) of the IAN canal to the third molar root apex was calculated. Results: The sensitivity and specificity PPV and NPV of the IOPAR vertical tube-shift technique was found to be highest for a lingual relationship (100%) followed by buccal (94.4%, 92.3%, 97.1%, and 85.7%) and in line with the apex relationship (88.9%, 95.0%, 80.0%, and 97.4%) of the IAN canal with the third molar root apex, respectively. A statistically significant association was observed between the IOPAR vertical tube-shift method and the CBCT with a P-value <0.01. Conclusion: The vertical tube-shift method can be used as an effective diagnostic tool in assessing the relationship of the IAN canal to the third molar root apex with high sensitivity, specificity, PPV, and NPV.

중국의류산업에서 제조업체와 유통업체간 개인 Guanxi(관계, 關係)와 조직관계가 조직관계의 질 및 유통경로성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Private Guanxi and Organizational Relationship Type on Quality of Relationship and Performance of Distribution Channel -Focused on Apparel Manufactures and Distribution in China-)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to find effects of private Guanxi and organizational relationship on quality of organizational relationship, 2) to find effects of private Guanxi and organizational relationship on performance of distribution channel, and 3) to also find effects of quality of organizational relationship on performance of distribution channel. Apparel manufacturers and distributors in China participated in the study. Random sampling method was used to collect the data. Data from 173 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis was conducted. Two factors of private Guanxi were classified(i.e., affective Guanxi, instrumental Guanxi). Three factors of organizational relationship type were identified(i.e., opportunistic relationship, cooperative relationship, vertical relationship). The result indicated that affective Guanxi in terms of private Guanxi positively affected on quality of organizational relationship. Cooperative relationship and vertical relationship in terms of organizational relationship positively affected on quality of organizational relationship. Affective Guanxi positively affected on non-financial performance and financial performance in terms of performance of distribution channel. Instrumental Guanxi in terms of private Guanxi positively affected on financial performance only. Cooperative relationship in terms of organizational relationship positively affected on non-financial performance and vertical relationship positively affected on financial performance. Quality of organizational relationship positively affected on non-financial performance and vertical relationship positively affected on financial performance.

Relationship of Vertical versus Horizontal Individualism and Collectivism with Self-differentiation among Korean College Students

  • This study investigates the relationship of self-differentiation with individualism and collectivism among college students. Special focus was on whether distinctions between vertical and horizontal individualism and collectivism were more useful in examining the relationship with self-differentiation. The results reveal that different aspects of individualism and collectivism were differently related to self-differentiation, indicating that self-differentiation was negatively associated with all aspects of collectivism and with vertical individualism, but positively with horizontal individualism. This study proved that four distinct constructs were more useful in explaining the effects on self-differentiation. The implications of the findings are discussed for clinicians and future research.

달리기 시 충격력과 충격 쇼크 변인들과의 관계 (Relationship between Impact and Shear Forces, and Shock during Running)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between impact and shear peak force, and tibia-accelerometer variables during running. Method: Twenty-five male heel strike runners (mean age: 23.5±3.6 yrs, mean height: 176.3±3.3 m/s, mean mass: 71.8±9.7 kg) were recruited in this study. The peak impact and anteroposterior shear forces during treadmill running (Bertec, USA) were collected, and impact shock variables were computed by using a triaxial accelerometer (Noraxon, USA). One-way ANOVA was used to test the influence of the running speed on the parameters. Pearson's partial correlation was used to investigate the relationship between the peak impact and shear force, and accelerometer variables. Results: The running speed affected the peak impact and posterior shear force, time, slope, and peak vertical and resultant tibial acceleration, slope at heel contact. Significant correlations were noticed between the peak impact force and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration, and between peak impact average slope and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration average slope, and between posterior peak (FyP) and peak vertical tibia acceleration, and between posterior peak instantaneous slop and peak vertical tibial acceleration during running at 3 m/s. However, it was observed that correlations between peak impact average slope and peak vertical tibia acceleration average slope, between posterior peak time and peak vertical and resultant tibia acceleration time, between posterior peak instantaneous slope and peak vertical tibial acceleration instantaneous slope during running at 4 m/s. Conclusion: Careful analysis is required when investigating the linear relationship between the impact and shear force, and tibia accelerometer components during relatively fast running speed.

Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, t-test, and regression analysis were conducted. Two factors of private Guanxi were classified(i.e., affective Guanxi, instrumental Guanxi). Three factors of organizational relationship type were identified(i.e., opportunistic relationship, cooperative relationship, vertical relationship). The results indicated that distributors regarded affective Guanxi as important more than manufactures and employees regarded affective Guanxi and instrumental Guanxi as important more than presidents. Distributors regarded cooperative relationship as important more than manufactures. Employees regarded organizational relationship as important more than presidents. Affective Guanxi positively affected on cooperative relationship and vertical relationship but negatively affected on opportunistic relationship. Instrumental Guanxi positively affected on opportunistic relationship and vertical relationship. The result of this study may give valuable information to retail merchandisers and strategists who participated in fashion business in China.

외국기업 R&D센터가 본청업체와 하청업체 비즈니스 관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 독일 Bosch자동차 한국 R&D센터 사례분석을 중심으로 - (Study on the impact of R&DCenters of Foreign Companies in the relationship between Supplier and Subcontract -Case study on the German Bosch Automobile R&DCenter-)

  • 본청업체와 하청업체간의 관계는 본청업체의 압박으로 하청업체는 강한 종속감을 가지고 있다는 것은 여러 연구를 통해서 입증되어오고 있다. 이러한 관계의 대표적인 분야가 자동차산업이다. 하청업체의 본청업체에 대한 종속감은 여러 요인들이 있지만 특히 부족한 기술력을 들 수 있다. 이러한 연구 안에서 일반적으로 외국기업이 하청업체일 경우에도 같은 결과를 가지고 오는지에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 외국기업이 하청업체이면서 본청업체가 한국기업인 경우에는 어떤 영향이 있는지, 그리고 그 요인 중에서 특히 R&D 센터를 한국에 소재하고 있는 경우에도 기존의 연구와 같은 결과를 가져오는지에 대한 분석이다. 제 2장에서는 이론적 배경으로서 본청업체와 하청업체간의 비즈니스 관계에 대한 일반적인 특징을 살펴보았다. 제 3장에서는 연구방법을 이어서 제 4장에서는 하청업체로서 대표적인 독일 보쉬 회사가 R&D센터를 한국에 주둔시킴으로써 본청업체와의 비즈니스 관계에 미치는 영향에 대해서 사례분석으로 다루었다. 마지막으로 제 5장에서는 한국정부에 주는 정책적 시사점 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 사례분석을 통해서 살펴본 비즈니스 관계는 하청업체가 적극적인 R&D센터 활동을 통해서 본청업체와의 관계를 파트너관계로 발전시킬 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다.

초등학교 야구 선수의 수직 점프 및 다리 근력 간 상관관계에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence study on the relationship between vertical jump and lower extremity muscle strength in elementary school baseball players)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 야구 선수들의 수직 점프 및 다리 근력과의 관계에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 대상자는 총 40명으로 실시하였다. 수직 점프를 알아보기 위해 수직 점프 측정기를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 다리 근력을 측정하기 위해 휴대용 도수 근력 측정기를 사용하였다. 다리 근력의 측정 부위는 양쪽 엉덩관절에 굽힘·폄·모음·벌림·안쪽 돌림·바깥 돌림, 무릎관절에 굽힘·폄, 발목관절의 발등 굽힘·발바닥 굽힘을 측정하였다. 수직 점프와 다리 근력의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 pearson's correlation analysis를 사용하였다. 수직 점프 및 다리 근력과의 관계에서 우세측, 비우세측 모두 발바닥 굽힘 근력을 제외한 모든 다리 근력과 수직 점프 간의 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 향후 연구에서는 타격능력과 수직 점프 및 다리 근력의 관계에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다.

SNS 이용자의 개인주의-집단주의 성향과 사회적 자본, 참여활동이 패션브랜드 관계지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Individualism-Collectivism Propensity, Social Capital, Participation Activity of Social Network Service Users on Fashion Brands Relationship Orientation)

  • This study analyzed the effect of individualism-collectivism propensity and social capital on participation activity as well as the effect of participation activity on fashion brands relationship orientation of social network service users. Also, this study investigated the difference in participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level of social network service. A survey was conducted from October 1 to November 31, 2015, and 476 responses were used in the analysis. As results, the individualism-collectivism propensity was composed of vertical-horizontal individualism and vertical-horizontal collectivism. The social capital was composed of trust, norm, and network. Also, the participation activity was composed of personal interaction, consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit. Vertical individualism positively affected information pursuit and economic pursuit, and horizontal individualism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and information pursuit; in addition, vertical collectivism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and interest pursuit. Horizontal collectivism positively affected information pursuit, but it negatively affected consumer rights. Consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit of participation activity positively affected fashion brands relationship orientation. Also, there were significant differences in the participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level. The study results provide useful information to the marketing strategies using social network service of fashion brands.

An analytical solution to the mapping relationship between bridge structures vertical deformation and rail deformation of high-speed railway

  • This paper describes a study of the mapping relationship between the vertical deformation of bridge structures and rail deformation of high-speed railway, taking the interlayer interactions of the bridge subgrade CRTS II ballastless slab track system (HSRBST) into account. The differential equations and natural boundary conditions of the mapping relationship between the vertical deformation of bridge structures and rail deformation were deduced according to the principle of stationary potential energy. Then an analytical model for such relationship was proposed. Both the analytical method proposed in this paper and the finite element numerical method were used to calculate the rail deformations under three typical deformations of bridge structures and the evolution of rail geometry under these circumstances was analyzed. It was shown that numerical and analytical calculation results are well agreed with each other, demonstrating the effectiveness of the analytical model proposed in this paper. The mapping coefficient between bridge structure deformation and rail deformation showed a nonlinear increase with increasing amplitude of the bridge structure deformation. The rail deformation showed an obvious "following feature"; with the increase of bridge span and fastener stiffness, the curve of rail deformation became gentler, the track irregularity wavelength became longer, and the performance of the rail at following the bridge structure deformation was stronger.
