The purpose of this study is make a proposal for application skill of Ecological communal. Ecological communal is Environmentally friendly lifestyle and an alternative plan of Environmental pollution. There is growing international scientific consensus that human activities are having a discernible effect on the global climate. The environment was polluted the cause by The Development of scientific technique and economy. Recently, Environmental pollution spreads through over the world over. Moreover, An increasing gulf between the rich and the poor. In result, rise to the emergency in cooperation with the whole world. We need to advance a new direction for society to take in order to suffer environmental problems which have emerged as the most serious. The development of ecological communal is directed toward realizing a sustainable society. If life styles are to become less dependent on ecological resources and reduce externalities, same as Ecological communal, then a wide range of renewable energy technologies and energy saving measures are required. Up to now, the development of ecological communal has been actively initiated and still continues by some venture farmers whit a vision and strong will. These study results are definitely very conducive to spread ecological communal knowledge among the public.
A testing inspection is one of the important in the industry, owing to determine the reliability and directivity of testing inspection results. Therefore, the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) work which performed by personnel not directly in the inventory compilation development, in testing inspection must be thoroughly considered. Some agencies for environmental test inspection, they sometimes misunderstood that the QA/QC was ended with proficiency testing performance and on-site assessment by a director. Thus, results were often calculated without QA/QC work by self manual when conducting test. The objective of this study was to improve reliability of testing and inspection agency through the QA/QC case study which basically performed to raising reliability of testing and inspection agency. In this study, it increased reliability of result by verifying calibration curve (IC, ICV, CCV), blank, accuracy (LCS, MS) and precision as QA/QC performance, while performing investigation of soil contamination in mining areas. This study suggests that reliability establishing method of test result and management method of analysis process, through the QA/QC instance of testing agency.
The ornamental industry encompasses cut flower, pot plant, turfgrass and nursery stock production and is an important part of the agricultural sector. As internationally traded commodities, cut flowers and plants are an integral part of the economy of a number of developing countries in South America, the Caribbean and Africa. Genetic modification (GM) is a tool with great potential to the ornamental horticulture industry. The rapid progress in our knowledge of plant molecular biology can accelerate the breeding ornamental plants using recombinant DNA technology techniques. Not only is there the possibility of creating new, novel products the driver of the industry but also the potential to develop varieties requiring less chemical and energy inputs. As an important non-food agricultural sector the use of genetically modified (GM) ornamental crops may also be ideal for the intensive farming necessary to generate pharmaceuticals and other useful products in GM plants. To date, there are only a few ornamental GM products in development and only one, a carnation genetically modified for flower colour, in the marketplace. International Flower Developments, a joint venture between Florigene Ltd. in Australia and Suntory Ltd. of Japan, developed the GM carnations. These flowers are currently on sale in USA, Japan and Australia. The research, development and commercialization of these products are summarized. The long term prospects for ornamental GM products, like food crops, will be determined by the regulatory environment, and the acceptance of GM products in the marketplace. These critical factors will be analysed in the context of the current legislative environment, and likely public and industry opinion towards ornamental genetically modified organisms (GMO's).

Interest in Fintech is extremely growing as O2O which means the binding of online and offline appears. The scale of private consumption in South korea reached about 700 trillion won, however, the online trading is only about 60 trillion won, which means 640 trillion won is still trading in offline. The reason the Fintech industry comes into the spotlight is because the foundation of related industries such as the rise of mobile traffic and the fast growth of the financial transaction through the mobile channel is forming. Especially, the introduction of payment systems among these Fintech industries offers convenience to the consumer. Mobile payment has been generalized in daily life such as utility bills and taxi fares. Use of O2O service in various industrial fields in commerce gives convenience to consumers and increase in sales to business in recent commercial transaction which is moving to on-demand channel services. People in smartphone life are supposed to find more convenient services for saving time using their phone, and this kind of environment makes the ordering goods and services through Fintech payments increase. The emergence of O2O services influences the development of Fintech industry and the emergence of convenient and reliable Fintech service through the deregulation of Fintech also affects the activation of O2O services. The complementary relationships between O2O services and Fintech would contribute to economic activation. From the standpoint of the researchers, I would like to further study the methods that can lead to a new paradigm of the financial payments industry through the development of Fintech and the drafts for the market expansion of the current offline commerce making it online in the advent of O2O services in variety industries.

In this paper, we study empirically examined the adventurous investments in corporate venture capital (CVC) firms' investment in the U.S. based corporate venture capital industry. Unlike existing studies focusing CVC firm's characteristics related to parent corporates and regarding CVC firm as a vehicle of corporate venturing, we identified CVC firm as an independent learning agent to adapt to dynamic environment and investigate their exploration and exploitation in investments based on organizational learning theory. Specifically, we investigate the market-environmental factors affecting CVC's adventurous investment in different sector rather than previously done. First, we examined competition intensity in CVC industry might be related to CVC firm's explorative investments. Second, CVC firm's investment experiences might affect as an inertia to invest on unexperienced sector. Finally, we investigated risk preference effect on CVC firm's venturing investments. The empirical data analyzed in the study contained a total of 85 U.S. based CVC firms and their 2,306 investments from 1996 until 2017. After conducting a GEE regression analysis and a Logit regression analysis, we found the significance and direction of our independent and moderating variables strongly supported all of our four hypotheses in a highly robust manner.

Start-ups are the driving force of economic development and play an important role in improving national competitiveness. The country's start-up support policies are increasing every year, but indicators that do not challenge them and do not consider future start-ups can predict employment reduction and unemployment can increase further. You can. The increase in the number of young people doing nothing is causing economic hardship and neglect of future precious human resources, which calls for a more realistic national entrepreneurship policy. Accordingly, this study sought to identify bias and environmental factors in order to reveal factors that influence the will to start a business among potential entrepreneurs in Korea. For this purpose, descriptive statistical analysis was performed using SPSS on a sample of 227 responses from the general public who are potential entrepreneurs interested in starting a business. As a result, prejudice decreased the will to start a business and increased fear of failure. On the other hand, the entrepreneur's environmental factors reduced the fear of failure and increased the will to start a business. Lastly, fear of failure was found to play a mediating role between the two independent variables and the will to start a business. The results of this study showed that prejudice was a negative factor in the will to start a business, and the environment was a positive factor. These research results suggest that in order to revitalize entrepreneurship, positive environmental factors that can provide entrepreneurs' correct recognition and support for entrepreneurship are necessary.
This study undertook an empirical analysis to examine the impact of various factors on entrepreneurial intention among young people, with a particular focus on the role of startup mentoring. Employing a survey distributed nationwide, data from 250 valid respondents were subjected to structural equation modeling to investigate these dynamics. The analysis uncovered that workplace stress, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control positively influence the entrepreneurial intentions of youth. Meanwhile, technological constraints negatively affected these intentions. The study did not explore the potential effects of future uncertainty and the burden of failure. Significantly, it was found that startup mentoring plays a crucial role in mitigating the negative impacts that may deter young individuals from pursuing entrepreneurship. Mentoring was instrumental in reducing negative influences, thereby fostering a more conducive environment for entrepreneurial ambition. By integrating the Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) models, this research not only validates these frameworks within the context of youth entrepreneurship but also underscores the essential function of startup mentoring in enhancing entrepreneurial intentions. The insights from this study highlight the importance of mentoring programs in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among the youth, suggesting that targeted mentoring support can play a pivotal role in overcoming barriers to entrepreneurship.

This is the study on the development of fusion heat dissipation of carbon magnesium materials. The purpose of this study is for effective utilization of heat emission which is the core of LED lighting. The result of study enabled the derivation of side satisfying result of making the surface temperature of lighting to be below $70^{\circ}C$ (actual measurement: $58^{\circ}C$) using magnesium. The lighting products that use magnesium was made possible based on the result of this study. Also from the performance aspect such as light distribution, the measurement of light efficiency demonstrated the level of 90 lm/W. Therefore the commercialization of lighting was made possible and the efficiency could be further enhanced by supplementation of LED performance.

As more transistors are integrated onto bigger die, an on-chip multiprocessor will become a promising alternative to the superscalar microprocessor that dominates today's microprocessor marketplace. This paper describes key parts of a new on-chip multiprocessor, called Raptor, which is composed of four 2-way superscalar processor cores and one graphic co-processor. To obtain performance characteristics of Raptor, a program-driven simulator and its programming environment were developed. The simulation results showed that Raptor can exploit thread level parallelism effectively and offer a promising architecture for future on-chip multi-processor designs.
