  • 본 연구에서는 구조-음향모드 연성계수를 이용하여 심각한 소음문제가 발생하 는 경우의 효과적인 소음저감 방안을 제시하고, 제작된 차실모델에 대한 소음저감 시 뮬레이션을 수행한 후 그 결과를 실험치와 비교함으로써 수립된 소음저감 방안의 신뢰 도와 유용성을 확인하였다.

차량의 실내소음에 대한 음질평가 연구 (Study on the Evaluation of Sound Quality of a Vehicle Interior Noise)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a linear regression model for the sound quality index of vehicle Interior noise. For this, objective measurement data of the vehicles driving in acceleration was measured. On the basis of analysis, psychoacoustic parameters were extracted and subjective evaluation was performed by noise and vibration expert evaluators. For the subjective evaluation, the paired comparisons and the semantic differential methods were used to evaluate sound quality of vehicle interior noise. By the paired comparison which evaluate two pairs of vehicle interior noise, the preference was estimated. With the semantic differential and the factor analysis, it was evaluated words of two pairs which expressed appropriately the sense of evaluator about noise source. Therefore the characteristics of the sound qualify for the vehicle were differentiated. From the results of both the correlation analysis and the multiple factor regression analysis, the sound quality evaluation model for the sense of human hearing was derived and indexed.

  • Future luxury car must satisfy the improvement of the luxury sound quality on the vehicle interior noise. Previously, we have analyzed vehicle interior noise by dB(A) based analysis. However, dB(A) has very little to do with the psychological satisfaction of the consumers. People want a sound that is characteristic and refined not a sound that is quiet and common. Subjective test were conducted to determine the relationship between subject' s responses and calculated metric values. People choose the most luxury sound among the various vehicle interior noise. And the purpose of this study is that we understand the metrics which constitute the luxury vehicle sound. We have analyzed vehicle interior noise by using the statistical analysis such as multiple regression method and correlation method. And we organized the index of the luxury sound quality.

  • This Paper present prediction Vehicle Interior Noise using ATF(Acoustic Transfer Function) and engine radiated sound power. This is useful tool to qualifying the effectiveness of Air-borne noise Path. Furthermore This method provide acoustic package performance of the vehicle and able to prepare frequency band to same segment or benchmarking vehicle.

  • 구형 지하철 전동차의 내장재에 대하여 ISO 9705 시험 설비를 이용하여 화재시험을 수행하였다. 시험에 사용된 점화용 버너는 CEN/TS 45545-1 규정에 따라 출력을 조정하였다. 이 내장재 화재시험의 목적은 화원의 규모에 따라서 철도차량에서의 화재거동과 화염의 전파 경로를 평가함과 동시에 객실 내장재의 화재가 플래시오버로 진행하는 경로의 화재 데이터를 제공하는 것이다. 시험으로부터 시간에 따른 위치 별 온도 값과 열류량 및 열방출률을 측정하였고 열방출률은 수정된 화염면적기반 합량법으로 계산한 결과와 비교하였다. 이 시험 결과는 CFD 화재 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 철도차량 화재해석의 검증 데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The interior noise generated by the windshield wiper system including a wiper motor, the motor mountings and linkages is considered as a structure-borne noise. The structureborne noise is closely related with the system vibration which was transmitted into interior cabin through the car body. In this study, the frequency characteristics of vibration in the wiper motor system were first identified through the frequency analysis. Then effects of the wiper motor mountings and linkages on the vehicle interior noise were studied through in-vehicle measurements. Finally a possibility of noise reduction at a certain frequency was revealed from the study.

  • Improvement of structure-borne noises in the vehicle compartments has been one of the primary concerns in the development of vehicles. The booming is an annoying low frequency interior noise and vibration in vehicle. But it is difficult to reduce the structure-born booming noise in traditional method - trial and error within the shorten development schedule. So in present, the structure dynamic modification (SDM) method helpful to predict the effect of the local mass, stiffness, and damping is introduced. So in order to reduce the interior booming noise, the SDM was performed, and verified with modal test result. It was shown that the interior booming noise was reduced as predicted.

콘크리트 궤도 터널 주행 시 KTX차량의 실내소음 저감방안은 무엇인가? (What are measures to reduce interior noise for KTX in tunnel with concrete track?)

  • The interior noise of KTX in tunnel has become an issue since the commercial operating in April 2004. The analysis of the interior noise of KTX in tunnel with concrete track shows sharply increased noise level in the range of 80Hz that is the natural frequency of the KTX carbody. We know that the booming noise inside KTX in tunnel with concrete track is generated by noise outside gangway and rolling noise at the carbody natural frequency. In this Study noise reduction methods are discussed on the basis of the comparison of the KTX and KHST noise characteristics. Alternatively, the effect of the modified mud-flap on the interior noise is introduced.

  • The dominant noise sources of Diesel Multiple Units are powerpack, which is composed of engine, transmission and cooling system, noise and wheel-rail rolling noise. The interior noise of a running vehicle is determined by structure-borne noise and air-borne noise from these noise sources. The contributions of interior noise from each noise source are calculated by air-borne transfer functions and structure-borne transfer functions of noise sources. In this paper, source separation technique is proposed to determine these transfer functions from the results of stationary and running tests of existing vehicle. With this technique, it is possible to get hold of contributions of interior noise from .noise sources of running vehicle. This source separation technique makes it possible to take efficient measures for reduction of interior noise at the early car-development stage.

  • A high pressure hose having tuning cables, called Resonator hose' is frequently used to attenuate pressure ripple generated by the pump fur reducing the vehicle interior noise. A number of studies have been conducted on the resonator hose and its analytical models. However, there are few studies which deal with the influence of resonator hose on vehicle interior noise because the most of studies focused on transmission loss of the resonator hose. (omitted)
