Optimal synthetic condition of barium sulfate were investigated from the viewpoint of yield and bulkiness according to a randomized complete block design proposed by G.E.P. Box and K.B. Wilson. Barium chloride and magnesium sulfate were utilized as reactants in order to prepare barium sulfate in this study. It was found that optimum temperature range of reactant solutions was $60{\sim}100^{\circ}C$ and the optimum concentration range of the reactant solutions was $10{\sim}17.3%$ and $10{\sim}20%$ respectively, on the viewpoint of yield and bulkiness. The optimum mole ratio of $BaCI_2$ to $BaSO_4$ was in the range of $1.50{\sim}2.0$ and the optimum mole ratio of $BaCI_2$ to $BaSO_4$ was in the range of $1.50{\sim}2.0$ and the optimum reacting time range was $15{\sim}20$ minutes. The optimum drying temperature range was $110{\sim}130^{\circ}C$ from the viewpoint of yield, but it was $90{\sim}110^{\circ}C$ on the basis of bulkiness. Apparent viscosity of barium sulfate suspensions dispersed in various concentrations of Na. CMC was measured by using Brookfield synchrolectric viscometer model LVT, the relative equation, log ${\eta}_{sp}=A+B.{\phi}$ was examined and the equation was found to agree fairly well. 1 w/v% Na. CMC aqueous solution and 0.1 volume fraction of $BaSO_4$ powder were optimum in the preparation of $BaSO_4$ suspension showing highest viscosity at infinite shearing.

As there has recently been growing interest in Alternative Medicine, Oriental Medicals have been trying to incorporate Alternative Medicine into Oriental Medicine evolutionarily. The purpose of this study is to make a comparative study of the historical background and present condition, the view of life, the principle of therapeutics, and the various therapeutics in Alterative Medicine and Oriental Medicine from the viewpoint of Oriental Medicine. The conclusion of this study is; 1. Although Alternative Medicine has become influential mainly in the effort of finding a solution the limit of western medicine, the clinical effect of Alternative Medicine should be verified continuously. 2. Alternative Medicine includes all of the therapeutics such as Traditional Medicine, Naturopathy, Complementary Medicine and Selective Medicine whose characters are different from Western Medicine and Oriental Medicine can be regarded as a sort of Alternative Medicine. 3. The holistic, systematic view of life of Alternative Medicine, from which viewpoint human considered as a harmonious vital existence, is a sort of recurrence to the view of Hipporcrates. 4. From the viewpoint of Alternative Medicine, a disease is not partial but holistic disorder and is treated by utilizing natural products as a medicine based on the principle that pursues harmonious and balanced psychosomatic function. This principle of therapeutic is the same as Oriental Medicine is based on. 5. Alternative Medicine may be classified largely five category, (1) Eastern Therapy, (2) Manipulative Therapy, (3) Natural Therapy, (4) Active Therapy, (5) Therapy Involving External Powers. 6. Besides Alternative Medicine which is used in clinical treatment, Massage, Homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies, Meditation, and other Music Therapy and Color Therapy is relatively accordant with therapeutics in Oriental Medicine and should be more actively accepted in clinics and improved.

Considering the established research about the characteristics of traditional expression in a contemporary korean architecture, there are two critical problems. the one is that the extent of a case is limited to a public building and a large exhibition building. the other is that the angle of research focus on the viewpoint of specific a level. To settle these problems and supplement a established research, this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics of popular traditional expression in small commercial buildings. In A viewpoint on the expansion of a case and a various angle, A small commercial buildings is selected as a case. because it is felt that the populace's taste vis-a-vis traditional expression. To investigate and analyze, A main analytic criterion is follows. 1) A expressional method on traditional architectural form 2) A expressional aspect by architectural element 3) A expressional aspect in architectural material 4) A expressional aspect in architectural structure. In consequence we can find out the following results in the process of analysis. 1) In expressional method on traditional architectural form, the traditional expression is represented as the imitation and transformation of a traditional folk house forms, and the embodiment of traditional image 2) In expressional aspect by architectural element, the traditional expression elements is mainly represented at a straw roof and a mud-plastered wall 3) the traditional expression material is mainly straw, timber, small wood boards and mud 4) In expressional aspect in architectural structure, the traditional expression is represented from the viewpoint of decorative expression.

In this paper, we propose a landmark recognition method which is irrelevant to the camera viewpoint on the navigation for localization. Features in previous research is variable to camera viewpoint, therefore due to the wealth of information, extraction of visual landmarks for positioning is not an easy task. The proposed method in this paper, has the three following stages; first, extraction of features, second, learning and recognition, third, matching. In the feature extraction stage, we set the interest areas of the image. where we extract the corner points. And then, we extract features more accurate and resistant to noise through statistical analysis of a small eigenvalue. In learning and recognition stage, we form robust feature models by testing whether the feature model consisted of five corner points is an invariant feature irrelevant to viewpoint. In the matching stage, we reduce time complexity and find correspondence accurately by matching method using similarity evaluation function and Graham search method. In the experiments, we compare and analyse the proposed method with existing methods by using various indoor images to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed methods.

However, it is very hard to find the systematic approaches and business process models from the viewpoint of the company willing to start B2C(Business-To-Customer) EC. Therefore, we develop business process models for the planning, systems analysis and design, implementation, and operation of internet shopping mall to suggest a guideline and reference model for the realization of successful B2C EC.

The purpose of this article, the first part of series, is to describe the general theory applicable to various chromatographic procedures. History of chromatography, separation of matters, classification of chromatography, underlying principles of separation in chromatography, covering resolution, column efficiency, column selectivity, and capacity factor, movement of solute in chromatographic phase, including elution development, displacement development, and frontal analysis, were discussed. Mathematical description of plate theory and thermodynamic viewpoint of retention were emphasized.

Using the analyzed results, subjective noise criteria such as the loudness, noisiness and articulation index at each vehicle speed can be estimated and characteristics of interior noise for various running mode can be discussed in the viewpoint of noise quality.
