가변 순차 여파기를 이용한 직류 전동기의 속도 제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the DC Motor Speed Control with a Variable Sequential Filter)

  • 본 논문에서는 위상 고정 회로를 이용한 직류 전동기의 동기화 속도 제어 방법 중 가변 순차 여파기를 주파수 비교기로 사용한 제어 방식을 제안하고, 이를 실제로 구성하여 특성을 조사하였다. 가변 순차 여파기를 이용하므로써 제어계의 과도 응답 시간을 단순한 가역 계수기를 주파수 비교기로 이용한 계보다 15(%) 이상 개선시켰고, 정상 상태 속도 오차는 1회전상 0.05(%)이내로 줄일 수 있었다.

  • PID제어기는 산업자동화 설비에 널리 쓰이고 있다. 하지만 시스템 특성이 변화하면, 정밀제어를 위한 매개변수 결정과 동조가 쉽지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 본 논문에서는 PLC를 사용한 전문가 자동동조 PID 제어기를 제안하였다. 전문가 자동동조 알고리즘은 Ziegler-Nichols의 계단응답법과 전문가 지식을 기초로 하였다. 제어의성능 실험은 가변부하시 유도모터 속도제어의 수행에 의하여 확인하였다.

Dynamic Simulation of Pump-Storage Power Plants with different variable speed configurations using the Simsen Tool

  • Pumped storage power plants are playing a significant role in the contribution to the stabilization of an electrical grid, above all by stable operation and fast reaction to sudden load respectively frequency changes. Optimized efficiency and smooth running characteristics both in pump and turbine operation, improved stability for synchronization in turbine mode, load control in pump mode operation and also short reaction times may be achieved using adjustable speed power units. Such variable speed power plants are applicable for high variations of head (e.g. important for low head pump-turbine projects). Due to the rapid development of power semiconductors and frequency converter technology, feasible solutions can be provided even for large hydro power units. Suitable control strategies as well as clear design criteria contribute significantly to the optimal usage of the pump turbine and motor-generators. The SIMSEN tool for dynamic simulations has been used for comparative investigations of different configurations regarding the power converter topology, types of semiconductors and types of motor-generators including the coupling to the hydraulic system. A brief overview of the advantages & disadvantages of the different solutions can also be found in this paper. Using this approach, a customized solution minimizing cost and exploiting the maximum usage of the pump-turbine unit can be developed in the planning stage of new and modernization pump storage projects.

Development of 3D scanner using structured light module based on variable focus lens

  • Currently, it is usually a 3D scanner processing method as a laser method. However, the laser method has a disadvantage of slow scanning speed and poor precision. Although optical scanners are used as a method to compensate for these shortcomings, optical scanners are closely related to the distance and precision of the object, and have the disadvantage of being expensive. In this paper, 3D scanner using variable focus lens-based structured light module with improved measurement precision was designed to be high performance, low price, and usable in industrial fields. To this end, designed a telecentric optical system based on a variable focus lens and connected to the telecentric mechanism of the step motor and lens to adjust the focus of the variable lens. Designed a connection structure with optimized scalability of hardware circuits that configures a stepper motor to form a system with a built-in processor. In addition, by applying an algorithm that can simultaneously acquire high-resolution texture image and depth information and apply image synthesis technology and GPU-based high-speed structured light processing technology, it is also stable for changes to external light. We will designed and implemented for further improving high measurement precision.

  • Control algorithms and implementation issues for a wind turbine simulator are presented for realistic emulation of variable wind characteristics using a lab-scale motor and generator set. When the average wind speed nd turbulence level is given, the torque reference of prime mover is decided through various blocks, such as random wind speed generator, blade characteristic curves, and tower effect compensation. The variable nature of wind can be implemented and tested by not only the computer simulation but also the hardware-in-loop-simulator (HILS). Some application examples of HILS include the development and test of turbine control software for more efficient and stable operation. Feasibility of the proposed simulator has verified by computer simulations and experiment.

  • A direct torque control(DTC) based sensorless speed control system which employs a new closed loop flux observer is proposed. The flux observer takes an adaptive scheduling gains where motet speed is used as the scheduling variable. Adaptive nature comes from the fact that the estimated values of stator resistance and speed are included as observer parameters. The parameters of the PI controllers adopted in the adaptive law for the estimation of stator resistance and motor speed are determined by simple genetic algorithm. Simulation results in low speed region are given for comparison between proposed and conventional flux estimate scheme.

  • In this paper, Fuzzy-Observer is designed to control the speed of DC Servo Motor. Fuzzy-Observer estimates the speed of DC Servo Motor with the measurement of the amature current. The constant speed and variable speed experiments are excuted to evaluate the performance of Fuzzy-Observer.

  • This paper proposed a hydraulic pump system which uses a variable SR drive and constant capacity pump. The base and maximum speed, torque are determined from displacement capacity of the pump and maximum pressure. The drive system is set to have a minimum power consumption having hydraulic preset pressure, which is operated within a maximum capacity and maximum preset pressure. This is achieved by controlling motor speed and power with feedback signal of pressure of the hydraulic pump. A 2.2kw, 12/8-pole SR motor and DSP based digital controller are designed and prototype drive system is manufactured. The proposed variable speed SR drive system is simulated and tested with experimental set-up. The test results show that the system has some good features such as high efficiency and high response characteristics.

  • 본 논문에서는 V55 마이크로프로세서로 제어되는 반브릿지 인버터를 사용하여 영구 콘덴서형 단상유도 전동기의 가변속 구동에 대해 연구하였다. Patel의 알고리즘을 이용한 SHE(Selected Harmonic Elimination) PWM 구동방식에 의한 V/F 제어로 출력전압의 고조파분을 제거할 수 있으며, 속도의 제어 범위가 넓어짐을 알 수 있었다. 제안한 방법을 시뮬레이션과 실험의 결과로 입증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 LM-FNN(learning Mechanism-Fuzzy Neural Network) 제어기를 이용하여 IPMSM 드라이브의 고성능 속도를 제어한다. 고성능제어를 위하여 신경회로망과 퍼지제어를 혼합 적용한 FNN을 설계한고 더욱 성능을 개선하기 위하여 학습 메카니즘을 이용하여 FNN 제어기의 파라미터를 갱신시킨다. 그리고 ANN(Artificial Neural Network)을 이용하여 IPMSM 드라이브의 속도 추정기법을 제시한다. 추정속도의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 시스템을 구성하여 제어특성을 분석한다. 그리고 추정된 속도를 지령속도와 비교하여 전류제어와 공간벡터 PWM을 통하여 IPMSM의 속도를 제어한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 LM-FNN과 ANN 제어기의 제어특성과 추정성능을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시한다.
