여행 패키지의 묶음판매 전략에 관한 연구 (Effect of Bundling Strategy on Tourists' Evaluation of Tour Packages)

  • 묶음판매(bundling) 전략이란 2개 이상의 제품이나 서비스를 단일 가격으로 판매하는 마케팅 방법으로 여행사들은 적은 비용으로 많은 상품을 판매하위 위한 수단으로 여행 패키지라는 묶음판매 전략을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문은 여행 패키지의 묶음판매(bundling) 전략에 관하여 연구하였다. 이를 위해 美 북동부와 캐나다를 10일간 여행하는 여행 패키지 상품을 상정하였다. 연구자들은 여행 패키지를 2(pure bundling vs. mixed bundling) ${\times}$ 3(0% lower than sum, 10% lower than sum, 20% lower than sum) ${\times}$ 3(not at all related, somewhat related, very related)의 54개의 여행 패키지로 디자인 하였다. 조사 자료에 대한 분석방법은 변수들의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위해 실뢰도 계수인 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 계수와 요인분석을 이용하였고 가설검증을 위하여 t-test와 ANOVA를 사용하여 실증분석 하였다. 실증 분석결과 연구자들의 예상대로 여행 패키지를 구성하는 개별적인 여행 구성상품들의 개수와 구성상품들의 할인율 그리고 여행 패키지 구성상품들 사이의 기능적인(functional) 관계가 관광객들의 인식에 차이를 미쳤다. 결과적으로 관광객들은 할인율의 폭이 크던 작던 일정 정도의 여행 패키지에 대한 할인을 기대하였으며, 여행 패키지를 구성하는 개별상품들의 개수가 많아지는 방향을 선호하였다. 또한 여행 패키지를 구성하는 개별상품들 간의 관계가 이질적인 여행 패키지를 선호하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

스마트 사이니지 광고에 대한 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (An Investigation of Affecting Factors on Consumers' Perceived Value and Attitude towards Advertising in Smart Signage)

  • Currently, smart signage as a new kind of advertisement media has been widely used and has had a significant effect on consumers. In this study, we examine the impact on the attitude towards smart signage advertisement based on the Ducoffe's Web advertisement model. In particular, we investigate how the advertising factors (interaction, informativeness, irritation, and entertainment) as well as the contextual factors (localization, immediacy, and personalization) have effects on the value and attitude towards smart signage advertisement. Furthermore, we examine the moderating effect of individual defensive propensity on the relationship between affecting factors and the advertising value. By analyzing 192 samples from undergraduates, we found that four out of seven factors have significant effects on the value towards smart signage. More specifically, for advertising factors, informativeness and irritation have positive effects on the advertising value. For contextual factors, on the other hand, localization and entertainment have positive effects on the value towards smart signage. Besides, we discovered that the defensive propensity moderate the relationship between localization and the advertising value.

The Impact of Financial and Trade Credit on Firms Market Value

  • This study employs data from CRSP/Compustat files for the period from 2003 to 2017 and applies a panel data analysis. The results of this study show a positive relationship between trade credit and the firm's market value, however, the results show a negative relationship if we test the impact of financial credit on the firm's market value. The results have direct policy implications for investors, the firm's management, and financial strategy. An implication of our study is that using trade credit as a source of financing may give a positive signal of the firm's creditworthiness and increase the firm's market value. Also, the results of our study indicate that the benefits of using trade credit may outperform the cost of using it as a source of finance. Prior studies examine the impact of financial leverage on the firm's value, however, this study contributes to the existing studies that examine the factors that affect the firm's market value by examining the impact of using trade credit finance on the firm's market value. The main limitation of this study is that the results are based on listed firms, using data from unlisted firms is not available.

자료포괄분석(DEA)을 이용한 주식의 가치 평가 (Evaluating Stock Value using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • This study suggests a DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) based model to evaluate the value of corporate stock. The model integrating PER(Price-Earning Ratio), PBR(Price-BookValue Ratio), PSR(Price-Sales Ratio) and volatility in DEA structure has an advantage of overcome the limitation of traditional financial ratio based models. In order to show the effectiveness of the suggested model. we compare the performance of portfolio composed by DEA approach with those of portfolios made by traditional approaches such as PER, PBR, and PSR in terms of stock return and volatility. Specifically, we use the data of all the enterprises listed on the S&P 500 in the U.S. in 2007 and 2009 as the sample data for the experiments. The results of the experiments show that the performance of the DEA approach is clearly better than those of other approaches. Particularly, in sharply plummeting market, the performance of the DEA approach is shown to be prominently better than those of other approaches as the DEA approach reflects investment risk as well as profitability and growth. The DEA score combining the existing investment indices may serve as a useful barometer for selecting a stable and profitable portfolio.

Online Parameter Estimation for Wireless Power Transfer Systems Using the Tangent of the Reflected Impedance Angle

  • An online estimation method for wireless power transfer (WPT) systems is presented without using any measurement of the secondary side or the load. This parameter estimation method can be applied with a controlling strategy that removes both the receiving terminal controller and the wireless communication. This improves the reliability of the system while reducing its costs and size. In a wireless power transfer system with an LCCL impedance matching circuit under a rectifier load, the actual load value, voltage/current and mutual inductance can be reflected through reflected impedance measuring at the primary side. The proposed method can calculate the phase angle tangent value of the secondary loop circuit impedance via the reflected impedance, which is unrelated to the mutual inductance. Then the load value can be determined based on the relationships between the load value and the secondary loop impedance. After that, the mutual inductance and transfer efficiency can be computed. According to the primary side voltage and current, the load voltage and current can also be detected in real-time. Experiments have verified that high estimation accuracy can be achieved with the proposed method. A single-controller based on the proposed parameter estimation method is established to achieve constant current control over a WPT system.

가치창조를 위한 기업자원관리: 전사적자원관리 구현을 기반으로 (Managing firm Resources to Create Value: Based on ERP Implementation)

  • 전사적자원관리(enterprise resource planning: ERP)의 효과적 구축을 위해서는 다양한 요소들의 상호작용이 필수적임에도 불구하고 이들 요소들간의 상호작용에 대한 연구는 그간 개별적으로 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 이러한 요소들이 어떻게 상호작용하고 이러한 상호작용이 효과적인 전사적자원관리의 구축에 영향을 미치는가를 전체적인 관점(holistic perspective)에서 파악하기 위한 연구모형을 제안하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구는 가치 창출을 위한 자원준거이론(resource based theory), 전략형성 프레임웍(strategy formulation framework), 동적자원관리(dynamic resource management) 모형을 기반을 어떻게 자원의 번들링(bundling) 프로세스와 역량의 레버리지(leverage) 프로세스가 전사적자원관리의 효과적 구축에 영향을 미치는가에 초점을 두고자 한다. 제안된 연구모형은 호주의 항공산업에 속한 기업을 대상으로 사례연구를 수행하여 검증하였다. 사례연구 결과 효과적 역량 구축을 위한 자원의 번들링 프로세스와 효과적 전사적자원관리의 구축을 위한 역량의 레버리지 프로세스의 중요성을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 자원간 그리고 역량간 상호작용의 중요성을 명시함으로써 효과적 전사적 자원관리를 위한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인지 무선 네트워크에서의 베이지안 추론 기반 다중로봇 위치 추정 기법 연구 (Localization Method for Multiple Robots Based on Bayesian Inference in Cognitive Radio Networks)

  • In this paper, a localization method for multiple robots based on Bayesian inference is proposed when multiple robots adopting multi-RAT (Radio Access Technology) communications exist in cognitive radio networks. Multiple robots are separately defined by primary and secondary users as in conventional mobile communications system. In addition, the heterogeneous spectrum environment is considered in this paper. To improve the performance of localization for multiple robots, a realistic multiple primary user distribution is explained by using the probabilistic graphical model, and then we introduce the Gibbs sampler strategy based on Bayesian inference. In addition, the secondary user selection minimizing the value of GDOP (Geometric Dilution of Precision) is also proposed in order to overcome the limitations of localization accuracy with Gibbs sampling. Via the simulation results, we can show that the proposed localization method based on GDOP enhances the accuracy of localization for multiple robots. Furthermore, it can also be verified from the simulation results that localization performance is significantly improved with increasing number of observation samples when the GDOP is considered.

패러다임 전환에 의한 기업 측면의 IoT 경영 프로세스 구축방안 연구 (A Study on the establishment of IoT management process in terms of business according to Paradigm Shift)

  • 본 연구는 최근 가장 큰 이슈로 떠오르는 "사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things)"의 개념과 국내 외 IoT 시장에 대한 현황을 고찰하였으며, IoT 시대의 도래로 인해 유발되는 패러다임 전환 발생에 따른 기업측면의 적절한 대응방안에 대한 해결책을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 티핑포인트(Tipping point)에 있는 IoT 경쟁 시대에 적절하게 대응하기 위한 기업의 경영전략을 '패러다임 전환(paradigm shift)'이라는 시각을 통해 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 과거의 경영 패러다임과 IoT 시대의 경영 패러다임을 비교 분석하여 i)지식 및 학습 주도 경영, ii)기술 및 혁신 중심 경영, iii)수요 창출 경영, iv)글로벌 협업 경영으로 새롭게 패러다임 전환(Paradigm Shift)이 발생할 것으로 예측 및 제안하였고, 이러한 패러다임의 전환에 대응하기 위한 기업측면의 경영전략 프로세스 모델을 구축하기 위해 Gartner가 제시한 'RTE Cyclone model'을 활용하였다. '실시간 기업(RTE)' 이라는 개념은 급변하는 IoT 시대에 기업측면의 경영 전략 프로세스로 활용가치가 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구에서 적절히 응용하여 'IoT-RTE Cyclone model'을 제안하였다. 특히, 제안한 모델은 기업의 민첩성을 강조하고 IT 및 IoT 기술을 통한 실시간 모니터링, 분석, 실행을 기본으로 하며, 기업의 경영 프로세스 각 부문을 통합시켜 기업의 전반적인 서비스를 지원하기 때문에 빠르게 변화하는 IoT 시대에서 영위하는 기업측면에서의 효과적인 대응전략으로 활용할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper was to revise menu management in Korean restaurants of first class hotels in Cheju. This study was conducted to examine and analyze menu mixes using menu engineering and surveys of customer willingness to pay for price adjusting. The results were as follows. Those restaurants in this study need menu re-engineering and price adjustment for sales enhancement. And this paper suggested some recommendations. They have to develop new menu focusing on customer value based menu management. Furthermore, customer behavior analysis must be applied to menu engineering and new menu development.

우리나라 공공 정보화 정책에 대한 철학적 조망 : 가치철학을 기반으로 (Philosophical Review of Korean Public Informatization Policy)

  • This study reviews Korean public informatization policy implemented in last 20 years from the philosophical perspective and attempts to suggest directions to be considered in the future. To accomplish the research goal, this study first analyzes literature in the relevant areas, including philosophy of value, administrative ideology, and public informatization policy. Second, based on the results of literature review, criteria to analyze the public informatization policy are established. Then, the Korean public informatization policy is analyzed based on the established criteria. Lastly, implications for planning and implementing public informatization policy are suggested. Significance of the study lies in its attempt to examine public informatization policy from the philosophical perspective. However, due to its exploratory nature, this study has limitations including less rigorous measurement instruments, limited source of data, limited number of propositions established. Therefore, further studies are needed in these areas.
