A Comparison of Customers' Perceived Value on Electronic Commerce and Traditional Commerce (전자상거래와 전통적 상거래에서 고객이 지각한 가치 비교)

  • As the importance of electronic commerce(EC) increases, some people argue that traditional commerce(TC) will ultimately give way to EC in the near future. Regardless of the type of commerce, however, it is the value factors of the customer that would formulate the direction of change in the market. This study investigates the influence of those value factors upon the attitude towards the type commerce and the repurchase intention of products and service. It also addresses the impact of the customer's risk disposition and level of confidence. A number of customer's value factors are hypothesized to affect the attitude, and the attitude in turn is expected to be related to the repurchase intention. Based on two hundred and ninety responses from the computer survey, the hypotheses are tested. The convenience, cost reduction, and information satisfaction factors affect EC attitude and repurchase intention. Similarly, the reliability, personal interaction, and shopping enjoyment factors affect TC attitude and repurchase intention. The comparison between EC and TC factors indicates the significant difference in the time saving factor in favor of EC. The personal characteristics such as risk disposition and level of confidence also influence the attitude and repurchase intention. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed. The value factors identified in this study may serve as important checklists for those firms already in EC and those intending to enter the market.

Effect of Consumption Values on Attitude and Behavioral Intentions toward a Premium Lunch Box at a Convenience Store (편의점 프리미엄 도시락에 대한 소비가치가 태도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates what consumption values affect attitude and behavioral intentions toward a premium lunch box at a convenience store using VAB(Value-Attitude-Behavior) model. The main survey was conducted by a research company by means of an online survey in the form of a self-administered questionnaire. The samples were limited to customers who had tried the premium lunch box before. The survey was conducted in October 2016. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows and AMOS 21.0. A structural equation model(SEM) was used to verify the proposed relationships among the study variables. Three factors representing the value of the premium lunch box were identified: social & functional value, economic value, and epistemic value. The finding showed that these values had a positive effect on attitude toward the premium lunch box and that attitude had a positive effect on behavioral intentions.

  • Purpose -This study aims to determine how the characteristics of the airline's SNS marketing affects brand image, brand attitude according to perceived values, and to analyze the impact of SNS marketing factors. It was intended to provide theoretical and practical implications for airlines to refer to SNS marketing activities. Research design, data, and methodology -A questionnaire was formed based on previous studies, and then an online questionnaire was created to conduct a survey. Explained the purpose and asked to respond. From February 1 to 14, 2020, 333 responses with a valid number of samples were confirmed for the final analysis of the data. The questionnaire was composed of five areas: demographic characteristics, SNS factor, brand image, brand attitude, and perceived value. Result -Airline's SNS marketing, brand image, and brand attitude are affected by the gender, age, and SNS usage time of the user, and the perceived value of the user is shown to be controlled by the airline's SNS marketing's influence on brand image and brand attitude. Conclusion -When SNS is to be effectively used for airline marketing, it is necessary to pay attention to the demographic characteristics and the control effect of perceived value, and use it for airline management. The perceived value has been shown to affect SNS marketing's brand image and brand attitude.

The Study of Marital Satisfaction, Parenting Attitude and Practice of Taegyo in Pregnant Women (임산부의 결혼만족도, 부모됨의 태도와 태교실천에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate marital satisfaction, parenting attitude and the practice of Taegyo and to examine the relationship between marital satisfaction, parenting attitude and the practice of Taegyo for pregnant women. The sample included 234 pregnant women who participated in Pregnant Education Programs in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. We analyzed the data which were collected by means of a questionnaire from June to September, 2012 and the data was analyzed with the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and Regression analysis by SPSS 19.0. The results were summarized as follows: First, the level of marital satisfaction and practice of Taegyo was relatively high. On the other hand the level of emotional value of parenting attitude was higher than that of instrumental value. Second, the group of higher marital satisfaction revealed a higher practice of Taegyo and also in the group of higher emotional and instrumental value of parenting attitude, the practice of Taegyo was high. Third, there was a positive relationship between marital satisfaction(respect, care, parent role, and housework role), parenting attitude(emotional value, instrumental value) and the practice of Taegyo such as food Taegyo, place Taegyo, language Taegyo, emotional Taegyo and behavior Taegyo. The significant factors influencing the practice of Taegyo was connected with parent role, housework role of marital satisfaction, and instrumental value of parenting attitude.

A Study on the Dietrary Attitude of the House Wives in Pusan by Nutrition Knowledge, Purpose Value of Meals and Monthly Food Expenditure (부산지역 일부 주부들의 영양지식, 식생활가치관 및 식생활비에 따른 식행동 조사)

  • The purpose of this survey was to study nutrition knowledge dietary attitude purpose value of meal and monthly food expenditure in the house wives. The survey was conducted from September 1 to October 20 in 1998. The results were summarized as follows. Nutrition knowledge of the 30s and 40s group were higher than that of the other group. Dietary attitude of the 20s group was lower than that of the other wives. House wives tended to choose food for the pleasure of its taste and intake of nutrients. There was a significant positive correlation between nutrition knowledge and dietary attitude. The diet-ary attitude and nutrition knowledge were significant positive correlations with food diversity. There was negative correlation between age and nutrition knowledge.

The Effect of Characteristics of Attitude and Perceived Value of Motivation of Package Tour on Satisfaction (패키지관광 동기에 대한 태도 및 지각적가치가 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of package tour motivation(harmony, amusement, and convenience) on satisfaction through its attitude and perceived value(emotional value and functional value). This study was conducted an empirical analysis of 297 people aged 19 years or older who experienced package tours. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, all of the sub-factor like tourism motivation -amusement, convenience- had a positive influence on the attitude. but the harmony which is one of the sub-factor of tourism motivation did not have any influence on the attitude. Secondly, harmony, a sub-factor of tourism motivation, did not positively affect the perceived value sub-factor of emotional value. Thirdly, the character of attitude had a positive effect on satisfaction. Finally, both emotional and functional value factors, a sub-factor of perceived value, were found to have a positive effect on satisfaction. Through these research results, the competitiveness of package tours should be secured and expanded to research on efficient marketing strategies so that package tours can be activated.

Effects of Omni Channel Characteristics on Perceived Value, Attitude, and Intention of Consumers (옴니채널 특성이 소비자들의 지각된 가치와 태도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of Omni Channel and examined the influence of them on consumers' perceived functional value and emotional value as well as the effect of perceived functional value and emotional value on user's intention of use through Omni Channel. To verify the research model, the questionnaire survey was conducted on 20's to 40's men and women residing in Seoul and the metropolitan area by convenience sampling. The number of copies used for data analysis was 696. To verify the research model, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 20.0. First, Omni Channel characteristics consisted of four factors: instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment. Second, the instant connectivity, location-based provability and entertainment positively influenced functional value and emotional value; however, the interactivity was significant only to the emotional value. Third, consumers' perceived value of Omni Channel characteristics had a significant effect on attitude. Fourth, the more favorable the attitude toward Omni Channel is higher for the intention to use Omni Channel.

The Impact of Online Shopping Experience on Consumers Shopping Values and Purchase Intention (쇼핑가치가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 분석 : 인터넷 구매 경험 차이의 관점에서)

  • This study deals with shopping value and trust as the factors to influence consumer attitude and purchase intention in online shopping. Utilitarian and hedonic shopping values, trust, attitude and purchase intention are incorporated into the Value-Attitude-Behavior model to find out how differently shopping values and trust influence online shoppers attitude and purchase intention when they have different purchase experiences. Data are collected from survey of 187 subjects and divided into two groups according to their online purchase experiences : 97 shoppers with low online purchase experiences and 89 with high experiences. PLS(Partial Least Square) method is applied to estimate the research model and to test 7 hypotheses. The results show the difference of the way how shopping value and trust influence purchase intention. In the case of low experienced online shoppers, trust has the greatest influence purchase intention, followed by hedonic shopping value mediated by attitude. However utilitarian shopping values have a bigger impact on it for shoppers with high purchase experiences. In the latter, trust also has a significant impact on purchase intention at confidence level of 0.05. The results also provide useful implications for practitioners to build and manage their marketing strategies. Managers of online shopping mall should react to the different shopping value by shopper's experience.

A Study on the Changing in Social Interest, Motivation and Attitude of Nursing College Students to Voluntary Activity after a Voluntary Program (간호대학생의 사회봉사활동 후 사회성, 사회봉사활동에 대한 동기 및 태도의 변화)

  • This study attempted to compare the social interest, motivation, and attitude of nursing college students who participated in a voluntary program and the students who didn't participate in a voluntary program. The purpose of this study can be summarized as to find the effect of a voluntary program and to offer fundamental data for institutionalizing a voluntary program in college. The subjects were composed of two groups, one group attend the voluntary program and the other group doesn't. The subjects were 390 nursing students: 179 in the experimental group and 211 in the control group. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Before voluntary activities, the mean value of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group in social interest and altruistic motivation. The difference is statistically meaningful(t= -2.2.53, p=.25, t= -2.509, p= .013). 2. After voluntary activities, selfish motivation and altruistic motivation in the experimental group was higher than before. The difference is statistically meaningful(t= 2.404, p=.0l7, t=-2.751, p=.007). 3. The social interest, selfish motivation, altruistic motivation toward voluntary activities and selfish attitude, altruistic attitude toward voluntary activities will not have changed in the control group before or after voluntary program. However, the altruistic attitude lowered after voluntary activity. It is statistically meaningful(t=2.694, p=.008). 4. After the voluntary activities, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in altruistic attitude. In the experimental group, the mean value of altruistic attitude increased significantly, but in the control group the mean value of altruistic attitude decreased ( t = 2.15, p = .032). The results of this study showed that voluntary activities not only increase social interest and altruistic attitude, but also the subject's understanding toward the community. 3. The social interest, selfish motivation, altruistic motivation toward voluntary activities and selfish attitude, altruistic attitude toward voluntary activities will not have changed in the control group before or after voluntary program. However, the altruistic attitude lowered after voluntary activity. It is statistically meaningful (t=2.694. p=.008). 4.   • The purpose of this study was to estimate the industrial worker's knowledge, attitude, and practice about occupational health and to provide the basic data for the development of industrial health services. The study was undertaken from January 15 to January 30, 1993. 549 industrial workers at the Industrial Complex located in Chonbuk Province were participated in this study. The results were as follows; 1. The Knowledge, Attitude and Practice leveles of Workers about Occupational Health. The levels were measured by five point scale. The mean score of knowledge was 2. 59 point out of 4. The mean score of attitude was 2.37 point out of 4. The mean score of practice was 2. 38 point out of 4. 2. The analysis of their knowledge" attitude, and practice about general characteristics. 1) There was significant difference among different age groups. $(P{\leqq}0.0001)$ -. The group of age 25-29 was the highest value in knowledge and attitude. -. The group of age over 50 was highest value in practice. 2) There was significant difference between sexual groups in all items. -. Male workers were higher than Female workers in all items. (P=0.0000) 3) There was significant difference according to the marital status in all items. -. Married workers were higher than Single workers in all items. (P = 0.0000) 4) There was significant difference among different groups of educational level in attitude and practice. (P<0.05) The value was positivly correlated to their educational level. 5) There was significant difference among the groups of job-part in knowledge and practice. (P=0.000, P=0.031) -. Office workers were higher than Production workers in all items. 6) There was significant difference among different group of job experience in knowledge and attitude. (P=0.0000. P=0.0387) The value was positively correlated to the years length of job experience. 7) There was significant difference among the groups of different monthly income in all items. (P=0.000) The value was positively correlated to their monthly income.
