유치원 아동 어머니의 행위에 따른 자녀의 구강건강관리실태 조사연구 (A study on the actual conditions of the oral health of the infants in kindergarten according to mothers' care)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data required for the development of dental hygiene project for babies by investigating the relationship between mothers' dental hygiene activities and their socio-economic characteristics and the dental hygiene activities of babies. The survey was carried out with questionnaire to 306 babies of ages from 4 to 7 years and their mothers, from January 5 to January 25, 2007, in 4 kindergartens in Masan, Korea. The collected data was processed with SPSS v.12.0 for frequency analysis and ${\chi}^2$-test per item, to obtain following conclusions. 1. The frequency of toothbrushing of children is two times, accounted for 52.3%, they brush the teeth by them, and accounted for 52.3%, Fluorine toothpaste 68.3%. 2. The frequency of meal of children is 3 times, accounted for 93.5%, they ingestcariogenic snack 1 time, accounted for 45.4%, and they ingest protective and detergent snackfrom dental caries 2 times, accounted for accounted for 45.1%. 3. The shorter the period of mothers' duration of visit to dentists, the more experiences of fluorine coating and help from parent in toothbrushing had the children (pE.01, pE.05). 4. Children of housewife mothers received help from parent in toothbrushing and take teeth care and clean snack more than those of working mothers (pE.05, pE.01). 5. The children of working mothers had fluorine coating more than those of housewife mothers (pE.05). The fluorine coating, toothbrusing, protection and eating green food of babies show significant differences according to the frequency of mothers' visit to dentists and occupation.

체험적 패션 매장에서 체험 요인이 점포만족도와 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 시각적 자극물을 통한 가상 체험을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Experience Factors have on Store Satisfaction and Store Loyalty for Experimental Fashion Stores - Focusing on Virtual Experience by Visual Stimuli -)

  • Fashion stores have to change to fit such the taste of individual customers taste and try to give unique experiences to the customers. They need to develop a special space that entertains customers, and entices them to visit and revitalize the off-line stores. This paper aims to analyze the experimental factors of stores, and how each of the factors impact customer experience in order to find out its effect on store satisfaction and store loyalty. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Results of this study are as follows. First, Visual, Tactile, and Gustatory are the main senses that influence the emotional experience of the customers on a store visit. Second, three factors that influenced customer experience in experimental fashion stores are 'Causing Interest', 'Causing Concern', and 'Causing Relationship.' Third, the 'Causing Interest' factor and the 'Causing Concern' factor showed positive correlation with store satisfaction, while the 'Causing Relationship' factor did not impact store satisfaction, which affected store loyalty. Fourth, each experimental fashion stores can have different effect to consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Also, fashion store brands without an experimental store can cause various effects to consumers when a flagship store with an array of product information is formed. The conclusion drawn from this study will provide a guideline for fashion stores attract faithful customers by improving their store environment.

가상 패션 매장에서 친환경 소비 메시지의 설득 효과 -매장 분위기와 방문 동기의 영향- (Persuasive Impact of Eco-friendly Consumption Messages in Virtual Reality Fashion Stores -The Role of Store Ambiance and Visit Motivation-)

  • This study examines the impact of informational messaging and eco-conscious ambiances in online virtual reality (VR) fashion stores on consumers' intentions for eco-friendly consumption. By focusing on three dimensions of message informativity and the persuasive power of eco-friendly consumption messages, we investigate how immersive VR environments can foster eco-friendly consumption. Using a three-dimensional VR store simulation with eco-friendly and modern designs, the study assessed the effects on consumers' perceptions and intention through the elaboration likelihood model and cue consistency theory. Participants experienced the VR store under two primary visit motivation typess-browsing versus purchasing-and two store ambiance types-eco-friendly versus modern-and then completed online surveys. Results The results indicated that the eco-friendly VR ambiance significantly increased the perceived informativity and persuasiveness of eco-conscious consumption messages, particularly among exploratory shoppers. Reliability emerged as the most influential factor in boosting message persuasiveness and eco-friendly consumption participation intentions. These findings suggest that VR technology can effectively promote sustainable fashion by creating reliable, immersive experiences. Given that current VR store visits are often motivated by interest-based browsing rather than by specific purchase intent, this study contributes to the understanding of the eco-conscious consumption messaging and communication strategies in the new fashion retail space.

치과위생사의 근무환경과 직업병의 연관성에 대한 조사연구 (A research study on the relationship of work environments to occupational diseases in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the work environments of dental hygienists to their occupational diseases in a bid to provide some information on their health care, health promotion and the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods : The subjects in this study were 300 dental hygienists who worked in Seoul, urban communities involving large cities and rural areas. One-on-one interviews and a self-administered survey were implemented with their consent. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: 1. 60 percent of the dental hygienists investigated replied that they had occupation-related physical symptoms. By the length of service, the dental hygienists who worked for six to 10 years had the most symptoms. 2. Out of the occupation-related symptoms, the most prevalent symptom was a pain in the shoulders and neck(41%), followed by a pain in the lower back, a pain in the legs, a pain in the wrists and skin diseases. The most painful parts of the body were hands and arms. 3. In regard to the relationship between the general characteristics and the intensity of pain, the highest group of the dental hygienists in Seoul replied that they had a severe pain, and the lowest number of those in the large cities gave the same answer. 4. Concerning the cause of occupational diseases, 65.7 percent cited the wrong posture. 5. As to relationship between the general characteristics and regular hospital-visit experiences for the prevention of pain during work hours, many of the dental hygienists who were in their 40s and 50s visited hospitals from time to time, and many of those in their 20s never did that. 6. In regard to links between the general characteristics and an opinion on the necessity of regular education, many of the respondents from Seoul and urban regions involving large cities considered it necessary to receive education on a regular basis. By daily work hours, the highest number of those who worked for eight hours or less considered that necessary, and lots of those who worked for 11 hours didn't consent to that. The gaps between them were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusions : Given the findings of the study, daily work hours and length of service were two integral factors to affect the regular hospital-visit experiences and pain, and the wrong posture was identified as the most common cause of occupational diseases. To ensure the successful prevention of occupational diseases, dental hygiene students should be taught the importance of occupational disease before they start to work, and supplementary education should be provided for dental hygienists to work in the right posture.

Dermoid cysts: Epidemiology and diagnostic approach based on clinical experiences

  • Background Dermoid cysts are congenital tumors that are benign. Dermoid cysts with intracranial extension can cause serious neurological complications. It is important, therefore, to determine whether a patient has a dermoid cyst when their chief concern at a doctor's visit is a mass in the head or neck area. In this study, we present a literature review of dermoid cysts and an analysis of the authors' experiences, with the goal of providing guidance useful for the diagnosis and treatment of dermoid cysts. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the medical records of 62 patients who visited the two medical clinics with which the authors are affiliated. The patients were enrolled between October 2003 and January 2017. Results Of the 62 patients analyzed in this study, 32 were 0 to 5 years of age (52%) and 23 were 17 years of age or older (37%). Forty-seven patients underwent 1 or more imaging study during the process of diagnosis. Thirty-two patients were suspected to have a dermoid cyst. Forty-nine patients were analyzed to determine the depth of the cyst. Bone was seen in 43 patients through imaging tests or during actual surgery, and nine of the 43 had bony problems (21%). Conclusions This study found that dermoid cysts were present in many adults, and that a high rate of deep lesions was observed, as well as many cases in which even the bone was affected. These results suggest, therefore, that dermoid cysts should be considered, and medical professionals should actively conduct imaging studies.

방한 의료관광객의 정보요구도 및 만족도 연구: 중국인 러시아 인을 중심으로 (A Study about Information Demand and Satisfaction of Medical Tourists who Visit Korea: focusing on Chinese and Russian)

  • 한국은 2009년 의료관광을 국가의 신성장동력산업으로 선정하여 외국인 환자 유치활성화를 위해 정부차원에서 뒷받침을 해왔다. 그 결과 의료관광을 목적으로 한국을 찾는 외국인 환자가 증가하였고, 중국과 러시아 환자가 상위를 차지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 중국인 환자와 러시아 환자의 한국에서의 체험을 알아보고, 이들이 원하는 정보 요구와 체험한 활동의 만족도를 국적별로 파악하였다. 자료는 2015년 2월 1일부터 3월 15일까지 방한하여 의료서비스를 받은 중국, 러시아 국적의 환자를 대상으로 하였고, 유치 등록기관을 통해 우편조사를 실시하였다. 경험 측면에서는 중국은 뷰티제품이나 피부관련 제품을, 러시아 환자는 식료품 구매나 웰니스 관련 서비스를 더 많이 체험하였고, 두 국적 모두는 한국전통음식을 가장 많이 체험하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 뷰티 제품에 대한 정보 요구도가 높았으며, 중국인이 한국전통음식에 대해 많은 정보를 얻기를 원하였다. 관광 명소 방문경험에서 만족도가 높았고, 그 다음은 의료경험이었다. 전반적인 만족도는 러시아 환자가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중국, 러시아 외국인환자들의 실제 체험, 정보요구, 만족도를 확인하였으며, 추후 이를 반영한 컨텐츠를 개발하는 것이 의료관광객 유치에 도움이 될 것이다.

서양요리의 이용실태 및 소스(Sauce)가 음식품질에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Western Food Experience and the Influence of Sauce on Food Quality)

  • The purpose of this study was to research Koreans western food experiences and the influence of sauce on food quality. Among 1,340 respondents, 660 were males and 680 femails in Daegu and Kyeongbuk area. The first part of this study was about their experiences on western foods. As the main motivation to visit western restaurants, 33.2% responded the facilities and atmosphere and 23.7% because they liked western foods. Family was the most common group of company with 33.5% of respondents when they visited the restaurants. In terms of monthly frequency, most of them (60.7%) visited 1~2 times a month. Taste of food was the main factor (34.0%) for choosing western foods. But taste of food was also the most common dissatisfaction with western foods for 36.2% of respondents. Price of foods was next (31.6%) and quality of waiter and waitress services was the third most common factor (13.6%). The second part of the study was an investigation of the influence of sauce on food quality. 35.0% of respondents tasted the sauce at the hotel restaurant. 40.5% of respondents indicated sauce influenced the image of the western foods and 40.9% indicated the level of the influence as substantial. In total, 81.4% of respondents answered that the quality of the quality of the sauce influenced the image of the western foods. In general, the influence of sauce on western food quality was perceived as a significant contributing factor with an average 4.00 on 5-point scale in 15 questionaires. Notably, the questionnaire, "The taste of the western food is improved mostly with sauce." ranked the highest with 4.45 on the 5-point scale.int scale.

외국인 방한시장 확대에 따른 질적 성장 연구 - 방한 중국인 경호대상자의 심리적 만족감 중심으로 - (A Study on the Qualitative Growth of Foreigners Visiting the Chinese Market: Focusing on Psychological Satisfaction)

  • 국내 민간경호 발전에 매우 필요할 것으로 사료되어 방한 중국인들의 경험 사례를 통하여 국내 민간경호 활동을 평가 분석하고 대한민국 민간경호 업체에게 있어서는 방한 외국인과 중국인을 고객화 하기위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 한국계 중국인 민간경호 서비스를 이용하고 있는 방한 중국인의 경험을 통하여 국내 민간 경호활동의 심리적 만족감을 분석하여 방한 중국인뿐만이 아닌 방한 외국인에게 적합한 국내 민간경호 활동의 개선방안을 논의하고자 하였고 반구 조화된 면담을 활용하였고 한정된 자료, 부족한 선행연구에 적합한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 첫째, 지금의 중국인 방한 규모를 우리 민간경호와 관계성 없는 별개 산업으로 판단하지 말아야 한다. 둘째, 경호대상자의 선택이 탁월했음을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 마케팅을 준비된 자세로 자신감을 가지고 실시해야 한다. 셋째, 동반자적인 회사 경영이 필요하다. 넷째, 커뮤니케이션이 되어야 한다. 다섯째, 충성도 높은 '집사'가 되어야 한다. 방한 외국인과 중국인을 우리와 상관없는 고객이라는 안일한 관념을 걷어내야 한다. 방한 외국인에게 적합한 경호서비스를 제공하는 노력과 변화를 통하여 믿음직한 안위를 책임져 주는 피 의뢰인으로 만들어져야 할 필요가 있다.

서울지역 초등학생들의 보건의사소통 요구도 특성 : 학교 건강관련 행사를 중심으로 (School child health communication activity needs in Seoul : Focused on school-based health fairs)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe elementary school students' health communication needs based on school-based health fairs by students' demographic characteristics and school health education experiences. A self-administered survey was conducted to a total of 851 fifth-grade students in 8 elementary schools in Seoul. For survey participant sampling, Seoul area was divided into four districts: north, south, east, and west, and two elementary schools were selected from each district by the stratified convenient sampling process. Three class 5th-grade students in each selected school finished the survey. Questionnaires and survey instruction letters were delivered to vice-principals in the designated schools and the vice-principals managed the survey process. The survey Questionnaire included demographic characteristics (sex, parent's marital status, parents' educational status, famil financial status, the person whom was with after school, and daily computer hour), health education experiences (health education at school, and school health education satisfaction), and health communication types. The health communication types were reorganized into eight types based on comprehensive literature review on health fairs (or child and adolescence. The health communication types were 'health exam and advice fair,''health promotion advertising and campaign,' 'health-related exhibition and experience fair,' 'profession visit-in-school education,' 'health-related VCR or movie festival,' 'health-related institute visits,' 'internet health counseling,' and 'telephone health counseling.' Regarding demographic characteristics, sex, family financial status, and academic performance were significant factors related to health communication need scores (p <.05). Girl, high level of family financial status, and excellent academic performance score were related to high score of health communication need. In terms of school health education experience, taking regular class for health education and satisfaction with school health education were linked to higher health communication need scores. This result discusses that experience and satisfaction with school health education largely contribute to building participants' health communication concepts and needs.

  • 소셜플랫폼과 기술의 발전 덕분에 온라인 커뮤니케이션이 일상화 되면서 자신의 감정, 생각, 경험 등을 인터넷에 표현하는 것은 지극히 일반적인 일상이 되었다. 특히 SNS는 자신을 쉽게 표현하는 동시에 다른 이용자들과 교류할 수 있는 대표적 플랫폼이다. 개인의 소소한 일상부터 무엇을 하고 어떤 경험을 했는지 SNS로 소통하는 방식이 보편화되었다. 이에 따라 미술관은 관람객들의 참여와 관심을 끌어내기 위해 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 관람객들을 끌어들여 놀이와 학습을 동시에 즐길 수 있는 콘텐츠 기반의 프로그램 및 환경을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 신기술의 발전과 이를 수용한 미술관 환경의 변화와 함께 단순한 감상에 그치지 않고 일상의 소통방식이 미술관 관람에서도 어떻게 나타나는가를 탐색할 것이다. 이를 통해 SNS을 비롯한 모바일 기반 소통이 미술관 관람의 질적 다양성을 제공하고, 의미있는 미술관 경험으로 완성될 수 있으며, 이에 따른 경험의 플랫폼으로서 미술관, 더 나아가 기술수용에 따른 문화예술기관의 다양한 역할과 기능을 제시하고자 한다.
