Li/V6O13 리튬 폴리머 전지의 성능 (The Performance of Li/V6O13 Lithium Polymer Battery)

  • $Li/V_6O_{13}$ 전지의 성능과 poly(acrylonitrile)[PAN]계 폴리머 전해질의 전기화학적인 성질을 조사 하였다. 폴리머 전해질의 이온 전도도는 상온에서 $2.3{\times}10^{-3}S/cm$를 보였으며 리튬 전극과의 상용성도 우수하였다. 또한 4.3V(vs. $Li^+/Li$)까지의 전기화학적인 안정성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. $Li/V_6O_{13}$ 전지 반응은 $V_6O_{13}$ 전극과 폴리머 전해질간의 계면 저항이 지배적 이었다. $V_6O_{13}$내의 리튬 이온의 확산 계수값은 $2.7{\times}10^{-9}{\sim}4.2{\times}10^{-8}cm^2/sec$로 나타났다. $V_6O_{13}$ 활물질의 이용률은 C/8($50{\mu}A/cm^2$)에서 95%였으며 C/4($100{\mu}A/cm^2$)에서는 82%로 각각 나타났다.

  • An H-magic labeling in a H-decomposable graph G is a bijection $f:V(G){\cup}E(G){\rightarrow}\{1,2,{\cdots},p+q\}$ such that for every copy H in the decomposition, $\sum{_{{\upsilon}{\in}V(H)}}\;f(v)+\sum{_{e{\in}E(H)}}\;f(e)$ is constant. f is said to be H-V -super magic if f(V(G))={1,2,...,p}. In this paper, we prove that complete bipartite graphs $K_{n,n}$ are H-V -super magic decomposable where $$H{\sim_=}K_{1,n}$$ with $n{\geq}1$.

  • Let V be any valuation domain and let E be a subset of the quotient field K of V. We study the ring of integer-valued polynomials on E, that is, Int(E, V)={f$\in$K[X]|f(E)⊆V}. We show that, if E is precompact, then Int(E, V) has many properties similar to those of the classical ring Int(Z).In particular, Int(E, V) is dense in the ring of continuous functions C(E, V); each finitely generated ideal of Int(E, V) may be generated by two elements; and finally, Int(E, V) is a Prufer domain.

  • In this study we determine the structure of m-adic residue codes over the non-chain ring $F_q[v]/(v^2-v)$ and present some promising examples of such codes that have optimal parameters with respect to Griesmer Bound. Further, we show that the generators of m-adic residue codes serve as a natural and suitable application for generating reversible DNA codes via a special automorphism and sets over $F_{4^{2k}}[v]/(v^2-v)$.

Solid-State 51V NMR and Infrared Spectroscopic Study of Vanadium Oxide Supported on $ZrO_2-WO_3$

  • Vanadium oxide catalyst supported on ZrO2-WO3 was prepared by adding the Zr(OH)4 powder into a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium metavanadate and ammonium metatungstate followed by drying and calcining at high temperatures. The characterization of prepared catalysts was performed using solid-state 51V NMR and FTIR. In the case of calcination temperature at 773 K, for the samples containing low loading V2O5 below 18 wt % vanadium oxide was in a highly dispersed state, while for samples containing high loading V2O5 equal to or above 18 wt % vanadium oxide was well crystallized due to the V2O5 loading exceeding the formation of monolayer on the surface of ZrO2-WO3. The ZrV2O7 compound was formed through the reaction Of V2O5 and ZrO2 at 873 K and the compound decomposed into V2O5 and ZrO2 at 1073 K, which were confirmed by FTIR and 51V NMR.

  • The notion of linear 2-normed spaces was introduced by S. Gahler ([8,9,10,11]), and these space have been extensively studied by C. Diminnie, R. Ehret, S. Gahler, K. Iseki, A. White, Jr, and others. For nonzero vectors x,y in X, let V(x,y) denote the subspace of X generated by x and y. A linear 2-normed space (X,v) is said to be strictly convex ([3]) if v(x+y,z)=v(x,z)+v(y+z) and z not.mem.V(x,y) imply that y=ax for some a>0. Some characterizations of strict convexity for linear 2-normed spaces are given in [1,3,4,5,12]. Also, a linear 2-normed space (X,v) is said to be strictly 2-convex ([6]) if v(x,y)=v(x,z)=v(y,z)=1/3v(x+z, y+z)=1 implies that z=x+y. These space have been studied in [2,4,6,13]. It is easy to see that every strictly convex linear 2-normed space is always strictly 2-convex but the converse is not necessarily true. Throughout this paper, let (X,v) denote a linear 2-normed space.

ESCO 에너지절약 M&V 방법의 선택 및 적용방안 연구 (A Survey on the M&V to guarantee the energy saving performance of ESCO)

  • 국내에서도 에너지절약성과 보증계약 방식 위주의 역량강화를 위한 측정 검증(M&V)이 중요한 과제로 부각됨에 따라 선진국과 같은 M&V 방법의 선택과 적용이 필요하다. 국내 ESCO 산업의 역량강화를 촉진하기 위해 에너지절약성과에 대한 M&V를 위해서, 적합한 M&V 선택 및 적용방안의 제시가 요청되고 있다. 본고에서는 IPMVP, 미국 및 일본 사례를 참조하여 국내의 M&V 적용목표 및 적용방향을 설정하고, 적용절차 및 유의사항을 설명한 뒤 M&V 방안(A, B, C, D)의 선택 및 검증방안을 제시하였다. 향후 연구과제로 앞에 제시된 M&V 선택 및 적용방안을 기초로 한 M&V 계획서 및 결과서 작성을 위한 가이드라인 제시방안이 마련될 필요가 있다.

  • A 765kV Transmission line system plays an important role in delivering the electric power produced at mid-western in Korea. This system will be constructed and operated normally on 2002. By doing the number of test operation in a given time, the reliability on the operation of 765kV transmission system could be secured.

조피볼락에 대한 Vibrio harveyi의 병원성 (Pathogenicity of Vibrio harveyi to black rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli)

  • 본 연구는 V. harveyi의 luminescence 유무와 해수 어류에 대한 병원성의 관계를 알아보고자 non-luminous V. harveyi 와 luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주로 조피볼락에 대한 병원성 시험을 시행하였다. 시험 균주 V. harveyi 모두 haemolytic activity를 나타내었으며, 어체 내 생존능은 non-luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주 FR 2가 강한 생존능을 나타내었다. 또한 조피볼락에 인위 감염시, non-luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주 FR 2가 강한 병원성을 나타내었으며 luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주 VIB 391은 낮은 병원성을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 조피볼락에서는 non-luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주 FR 2가 강한 병원성을 나타내었으며 luminous V. harveyi 분리 균주 VIB 391은 매우 약한 병원성을 나타내어 luminescence의 유무에 따라 해수 어종에 대한 병원성의 차이가 있을 것으로 생각된다

R3V6 Amphiphilic Peptide with High Mobility Group Box 1A Domain as an Efficient Carrier for Gene Delivery

  • The R3V6 peptide includes a hydrophilic arginine stretch and a hydrophobic valine stretch. In previous studies, the R3V6 peptide was evaluated as a gene carrier and was found to have low cytotoxicity. However, the transfection efficiency of R3V6 was lower than that of poly-L-lysine (PLL) in N2A neuroblastoma cells. In this study, the transfection efficiency of R3V6 was improved in combination with high mobility group box 1A domain (HMGA). HMGA is originated from the nuclear protein and has many positively-charged amino acids. Therefore, HMGA binds to DNA via charge interaction. In addition, HMGA has a nuclear localization signal peptide and may increase the delivery efficiency of DNA into the nucleus. The ternary complex with HMGA, R3V6, and DNA was prepared and evaluated as a gene carrier. First, the HMGA/DNA complex was prepared with a negative surface charge. Then, R3V6 was added to the complex to coat the negative charges of the HMGA/DNA complex, forming the ternary complex of HMGA, R3V6, and DNA. A physical characterization study showed that the ternary complex was more stable than the PLL/DNA complex. The HMGA/R3V6/DNA complex had a higher transfection efficiency than the PLL/DNA, HMGA/DNA, or R3V6/DNA complexes in N2A cells. Furthermore, the HMGA/R3V6/DNA complex was not toxic to cells. Therefore, the HMGA/R3V6/DNA complex may be a useful gene delivery carrier.
