대행 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 쇼핑성향, 가격지각, 구매만족도에 관한 연구 (The Relationships of Shopping Orientation, Price Perception, and Purchase Satisfaction of Internet Buying Agent Service Users)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of shopping orientation on price perception and the effect of shopping orientation and price perception on purchase satisfaction. This study administered a questionnaire survey to adults in their 20s and 30s who had once purchased fashion products in surrogate internet shopping malls. Among 327 questionnaires, 263 were collected through convenience sampling and 94 were collected from six internet communities. Data were analyzed by factor analyses and regression analyses. The results of this study are as follows. First, factor analysis of price perception revealed that two factors such as price reasonability and price reduction were extracted and the mean of price reduction was higher than one of price reasonability. Second, factor analysis of purchase satisfaction extracted four factors such as service quality, shopping convenience, product scarcity and product variety/price satisfaction. Mean comparisons showed that the mean of product scarcity was the highest among four factors. Third, regression analyses that recreational, economic, and convenience shopping orientation affected price reduction, a factor of price perception. Fourth, regression analyses showed that shopping orientations and the price perception had significant effects on the purchase satisfaction.

A Comparative Study on the Librarian and Users' Perception of the Specialized Library Operation

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of specialized services and the overall satisfaction of the operation of the specialized services for the librarians and users of the specialized libraries, and based on the ISA method, compare the specialized theme data, specialized service place, specialized program, specialized theme area facilities and environment, and derive issues of the specialized library operation and improvement measures. Consequently, first, when developing the program, the specialized library needs to develop programs in possession of unique characteristics specific to the areas of the differentiated themes from the cultural and educational programs run by the existing libraries. Second, it is necessary to focus on the specialized theme area information services for the users, and to this end, it is necessary to improve librarians 'professionalism. Third, it is necessary to secure the budget for the specialized services and secure space. Since the scope of the services which may be provided as per the budget intended for providing specialized services may be limited, it would be necessary to secure and operate the budget systematic to this end. Fourth, the specialized library needs to proceed with activities in connection with local residents for the purposes of facilitating specialized services.

소셜미디어 텍스트마이닝을 통한 패션디자인 사용자 인식 조사 (A Study on the User Perception in Fashion Design through Social Media Text-Mining)

  • This study seeks methods to analyze users' perception in fashion designs shown in social media using textmining analysis methods. The research methods selected 'men's stripe shirts' as subjects and collected texts related to the subject mainly from blogs. Texts from 13,648 posts from November 1st, 2015 to October 31st, 2016 were analyzed by applying the LDA algorithm and content analysis. As a result, the wearing status per season and subjects of men's stripe shirts were derived. Across the entire period, the main topics discussed by users to be pattern, customized suits, brands, coordination and purchase information. In terms of seasons, spring time showed the sharing of information on coordinating daily looks or boyfriend looks, and during the winter season the information shared were about shirts suitable for special occasions such as job interviews and stripe shirts that match suits. The study results showed that text-mining analysis is capable of analyzing the context and provide a user-centered index responding to demands newly mentioned by users along with the rapid changes in fashion design trends.

Research on UAV access deployment algorithm based on improved virtual force model

  • In this paper, a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) access deployment algorithm is proposed, which is based on an improved virtual force model to solve the poor coverage quality of UAVs caused by limited number of UAVs and random mobility of users in the deployment process of UAV base station. First, the UAV-adapted Harris Hawks optimization (U-AHHO) algorithm is proposed to maximize the coverage of users in a given hotspot. Then, a virtual force improvement model based on user perception (UP-VFIM) is constructed to sense the mobile trend of mobile users. Finally, a UAV motion algorithm based on multi-virtual force sharing (U-MVFS) is proposed to improve the ability of UAVs to perceive the moving trend of user equipments (UEs). The UAV independently controls its movement and provides follow-up services for mobile UEs in the hotspot by computing the virtual force it receives over a specific period. Simulation results show that compared with the greedy-grid algorithm with different spacing, the average service rate of UEs of the U-AHHO algorithm is increased by 2.6% to 35.3% on average. Compared with the baseline scheme, using UP-VFIM and U-MVFS algorithms at the same time increases the average of 34.5% to 67.9% and 9.82% to 43.62% under different UE numbers and moving speeds, respectively.

중국 여행객의 항공사 비대면 탑승수속 서비스에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Airline Non-Face-to-Face Boarding Service among Chinese Travelers)

  • This study is based on the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) and categorizes trust types in non-face-to-face boarding services into three dimensions: structural assurance, platform, and service provider. It analyzes the impact of these trust types on users' perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuous usage intentions. Using a structural equation model, the study found that the three dimensions of trust positively influence users' satisfaction and perception of usefulness, thereby promoting intentions for continuous use. However, perceived risk weakens the positive relationship between trust and continuous usage intentions. By exploring the moderating role of perceived risk in non-face-to-face boarding services, this study analyzes its impact on user behavior patterns, contributing to the optimization of service design and enhancement of user trust. This study promotes widespread acceptance and continuous use of the service, and is crucial for developing effective non-contact service strategies that meet the needs and expectations of Chinese travelers in the post-pandemic travel environment. The findings provide a new perspective and empirical evidence for understanding user attitudes and behaviors towards non-face-to-face services, holding significant theoretical and practical implications.

  • 이 연구는 S여대도서관 이용자를 대상으로 전문대학도서관의 자료와 서비스에 대한 일반적 인식도 즉, 도서관의 이용빈도, 상대적 중요성, 이용목적, 불만족 요인, 자료와 서비스에 대한 만족도 등을 조사 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 700명을 대상으로 인식도를 설문조사한 후에 학년, 전공계열별로 이용상의 만족도 및 불만족 요인을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

모바일 오피스에 대한 이용자 인식과 수용에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on End-user's Perception and Acceptance of Mobile Office)

  • In order to implement the real-time enterprise (RTE) and smart work effectively, many companies have introduced a mobile office. A mobile office improves employee productivity and increases ability to respond to business opportunities by helping employee manage their business anytime and anywhere. However, it also raises the user's stress level. We conducted in-depth interviews with users to assess user's perception of a mobile office according to Saaty's BOCR model. Based on the results of the interviews, we set variables affecting user's perception of the mobile office using factor analysis. This study revealed that support for real-time business, support for communication and collaboration, and information processing quality were positively related to continuous intention to use mobile office. Further study demonstrated that three variables have mediating effect between the psychological stress and continuous intention to use. This result implies that the system quality and function are the key elements of mobile office and may contribute to the continuous use.

치과이용자의 치과 감염관리 인식과 경험에 관한 융복합 연구 (A convergence study on dental infection management awareness and experience of dental users)

  • 본 연구목적은 치과이용자를 대상으로 감염관리 인식과 경험을 조사하고 치과 감염관리 개선을 제언하고자 하였다. 2020년 7-8월, 20세 이상 198명을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 감염관리 인식과 경험, 개선안에 관한 설문조사를 하였고, PASW Statistics ver 18.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 치과 이용자 91%가 감염관리 중요성을 인식하였고, 감염관리 인식에서 진료기구 멸균, 의료진 손 위생과 장갑교체가 높게 조사되었다. 의료진의 일회용가운 및 보안경 교체는 상대적으로 낮게 조사되었다. 치과 의료진의 개인방호와 기구멸균은 수행을 잘하고 있다고 인식하였고 표면소독과 수질관리는 개선이 요구되었다. 연구를 통해 치과이용자 관점의 감염 인식과 경험을 토대로 감염관리 개선을 제언하는데 의미가 있었고 치과 의료기관에서 질 높은 의료서비스 수행에 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

공공도서관에 대한 사서와 이용자 인식 비교 연구- 서울시교육청 소속 공공도서관을 대상으로 - (A Comparative Study of the Perceptions on Public Libraries between Librarians and Users: A Survey of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사서와 이용자의 공공도서관에 대한 인식을 비교 분석함으로써 도서관 발전방안 수립 및 서비스 방향 설정에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울특별시교육청 공공도서관의 사서와 이용자 각각 270명, 820명을 대상으로 현재 도서관의 환경, 미래 도서관의 역할 및 위상, 도서관 정책과 관련한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 조사 결과, 사서들은 오랜 역사와 축적된 자원을 가장 큰 강점으로 인식하는 반면, 이용자들은 인적자원에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 공공도서관의 역할과 미래의 위상에 대해서는 사서와 이용자 모두 독서와 교육을 중요하게 인식하고 있어, 두 집단이 공공도서관에 대한 공통된 기대를 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 미래 도서관의 정책 방안으로 사서는 노후시설의 개선과 사서의 재교육을 제시한 반면, 이용자는 장서 확충과 열람실 이용 확대를 원하는 등 두 집단 사이의 인식차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 이러한 인식 차이를 고려한 공공도서관 정책 개발의 필요성을 보여주었다.
