The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the PC users' life pattern. This study found that PC use present conditions at home, demand for PC using space, and requirements for PC using area were analyzed. A survey was taken by 1108 residences, and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the PC using space. The results of this study were as follows; forty-seven percent of respondents said they used the PC in son's and daughter's room while 36.8% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the PC in the same area, or for their children's convenience. Users' consciousness was analyzed four factor, which were 'physical inconvenience:'satisfactions in PC position', 'inconvenience caused by narrowness', 'notion of privacy'. PC users' consciousness had significant differences in the satisfaction by PC users' characteristic and housing characteristic. It was to be classified that the PC use space into several pattern according to furniture arrangement, and channel pattern had the highest satisfaction among those pattern. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect lese requirements into interior design and house plan for PC user's needs.

Focusing on the situation where there are not many actual users of VR / AR, this study, from the viewpoint of technology adoption and use, explores the adoption-and-use process of AR contents that can be easily accessed by using smartphones. As a result, the factors influencing the necessity of AR contents were 'enjoyment' and 'satisfaction', and other factors, such as 'innovativeness', 'the experience of using similar media', and 'the number of AR usage', did not have significant impact on the necessity of AR contents. In addition, as a result of verifying level differences in 'enjoyment', 'satisfaction' and 'necessity' according to the experience of using AR content, only the 'enjoyment' and 'satisfaction' showed that there are differences. In other words, it can be interpreted that the users in their 20s actively use AR content only when they expect to have fun and satisfaction. To sum up, this study can provide an important implication for understanding the tendency of early AR content users' perception and usage behavior.

As usage of smartphone increases, it causes various social issues including smartphone addiction. This study, therefore, examined the impact of smartphone users' multitasking behaviors, satisfaction and flows on the smartphone addiction. Also, this research investigated the impacts of users' characteristics such as their polychronicity, innovativeness, and self-efficacy on their multitasking behaviors. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: users' polychronicity showed positive impact on their multitasking behaviors while innovativeness and self-efficacy did not. In addition, users' multitasking behaviors had significantly positive effects on satisfaction, flow and addiction. Users' satisfaction, however, did not show the direct impact on addiction while the positive impact on the flow, which in turn had direct effects on addiction. In sum, users' polychronicity and their multitasking behavior can be considered one of the most important predictors directly and indirectly through flow explaining smartphone addiction.

The purposes of this study are to find the difference in information literacy among the elderly home care service users and to identify the impact of information literacy on service quality and satisfaction among service users. To achieve the goals, this study used 466 responses from the elderly home care service recipients in Jeollabukdo providence, and conducted t-tests, ANOVA and a series of regression analyses. The results showed that there were significant differences in information literacy by gender, household type, residence area, education level and subjective health status among service users. The study also found that service users information literacy had a significant impact on service quality and satisfaction, and it confirms the importance of customized service. This study suggests that information literacy inequality exists among the elderly home care service users, therefore, the way to improve information delivery strategy should be developed for the information-poor elderly.

The purpose of this study was to describe the family life and relationships of national family center users in 2023. A sample of 1,086 adults was recruited from 48 family centers across South Korea. Participants, both online and offline, reported on various aspects of family life, including satisfaction, gender equality, work-home-life balance, family leisure, and internet usage for family and household purposes. Additionally, family relationships were explored in terms of dynamics with a spouse, children, and adult children. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. In the family life domain, center users reported a high level of satisfaction, with women exhibiting greater awareness of gender equality and higher engagement in household chores than men. Furthermore, although a moderate balance among work, home, and life was reported, time emerged as a significant challenge for family leisure. Regarding technology, center users frequently utilized the internet for family communication, leisure, shopping, and household management. In the family relationships domain, men were more satisfied with spousal relationships than women. Center users reported high satisfaction with parent-child relationships. Parents of school-aged children perceived economic burdens, while those with adult children frequently provided psychological and instrumental support. These findings suggest the need for program modification and the development of new initiatives within national family centers to better support the diverse needs of families in terms of life satisfaction and relationship dynamics.

This study aims to examine what factors park users value in urban parks and to find ways to elevate user satisfaction for the creation and usage of an urban park. To achieve this, the study relied on two methods: the descriptive method of researching publications and related scholastic writings, and the empirical study method including a survey of present condition and interviews with users. The result shows that the 'sense of nature' is more important than 'functional facilities' in urban natural parks and 'management part like safety and cleanliness of park' is more important than 'utilizing facilities' in urban neighborhood parts. Generally, the importance rating of urban parks visitors felt in them were higher than the satisfaction rating, in terms of living surroundings. Factor analysis resulted in six factors in a natural park and in eight factors in a neighborhood park. Regression analysis in a natural and a neighborhood park showed a positively correlated factor: benefits sought, suggesting that people recognize the importance of urban parks through the benefits they gain in them and the satisfaction they find in urban parks depends on utilizing facilities. Therefore, in urban natural parks, people will find greater satisfaction through pursuit of the benefits they are seeking; improvements to park facilities should address the benefits that park users are seeking.

Purpose: This study explored the degree of internet addiction and its influencing factors in lower grade elementary school children in rural areas. Methods: Subjects included 1,137 elementary school children. A structured questionnaire consisting of questions internet addiction, family function and school life satisfaction was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA and Correlation and Regression were performed using a SPSS program. Results: Among the subjects, 85.8% were regular users, 8.1% were potential risk users, and 6.1% were high-risk users. Career of internet use, daily internet access time, the number of conversations per week, the number of times spent eating out and traveling with parents within the last month and activities with friends, and satisfaction on school life differed significantly according to the degree of internet addiction. Finally, among the factors studied, daily internet access time, conversations within family, activities with friends and school life satisfaction in children in early elementary school was 20.7% of the explanatory power of the subjects' degree of internet addiction, collectively. Conclusion: Use of the internet by early elementary school children should be monitored and strategies to promote familial conversations, activities with peers and school life satisfaction should be developed.

The purpose of this study was to determine dimension of service quality, there by to analyze difference of service quality according to the types of fashion retail stores. and to investigate consumer variables (demographic characteristics, purchase behavior) and service quality which affect consumer satisfaction. The subject were 451 women in the age of twenty to forty years old who live in Seoul and the suburban of Seoul. The results of the study were as follows : First, it was found that fashion retail store's service quality was classified 5 factors: (1)salesperson. (2)convenience of shopping, (3)variety of product and facility. (4)store policy, (5)efficiency of movement. Second, departmentstore was evaluated the highest in terms of all factors. Discountstore was evaluated highly in terms of store policy and lowly in terms of variety of production and facility. East & South gate fashion shopping mall was evaluated the lowest in terms of all factors except variety of product and facility. Third, service quality and satisfaction showed significant differences in demographic characteristics. Purchase behavior of each fashion retail stores showed significant differences. The difference of service quality and satisfaction depending on purchase behavior showed a significant positive relation. Forth, service quality of discountstore and East & South gate fashion shopping mall were affected by purchase behavior partially. Departmentstore users were affected by salesperson and store policy. Discountstore users were affected by all factors except convenience of shopping. East & South fate fashion shopping mall users were affected by all factors.

This research has analyzed factors affecting customers' satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars' traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians' movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users' satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians' movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users' satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars' traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the community center users' the determinants of utilization & satisfaction for the exploit and to draw out the implication as to what are the influencing factors. The ordered logit model approach was used to examine the determinants. For the use of community center, we surveyed by mail subjecting on rural residents for one month, June 2012, analyzed 625 valid questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First, 'Facility-Satisfaction', 'Education', 'Exploit-Frequency' and 'Age' are the most important factors which affect users' satisfaction. Second, 'A meeting hall function', 'Cultural & Educational function', 'Social & Organizational function', and 'functional criticality function' influence the attributes of users' utilization. Therefore, it is needed to establish the various functions of community center and to prepare the vitalization plan in futuristic viewpoint reflecting the change of rural area. In addition, since there is no clear entity to supervise community center administratively, policy support system to community center should be equipped. Along with these, it is needed to develop managing and operation model for customized community center.
