모바일 커머스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on Behavior Intention for Mobile Commerce)

  • Mobile commerce is defined as any direct or indirect transaction conducted and facilitated through a wireless telecommunication network such as payment, ticketing, auction and mobile banking. Despite the importance of mobile commerce, there have not been so many academic studies on the unique characteristics of mobile commerce environments. In this study, our research model is developed based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user's technology acceptance process in mobile commerce environment. The factors, such as ubiquity, compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, cost, security, attitude and behavior intention for mobile commerce were selected from pier study in information systems area. The data for empirical analysis of the research model is collected online-questionnaire of 167 mobile commerce users in South Korea. The hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of our study show that: (1) compatibility, perceived usefulness and security had influences on the attitude whereas perceived ease of use and cost did not have any significant impact on the attitude, (2) compatibility influenced perceived usefulness whereas perceived ease of use did not, and finally (3) ubiquity, perceived usefulness and attitude had considerable influences on intention for mobile commerce. Therefore, practitioners should focus on enhancing security, quality of contents and services as well as offering what mobile commerce users want. The results of this study may useful for academicians and practitioners alike.

웹사이트 광고에 대한 지각특성이 웹사이트 방문행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Perceived Attributes about the Website Advertisement in Website Click Behavior)

  • In the past days, most of studies about website behavior and website advertisement have been mainly focused on the effectiveness of website advertisement and advertisement attitude. But the generic model of website click behavior via website advertisement has not been made and the leading theory of that has not been existed. This purpose of this research is to explore the effects of internet advertisement in website click behavior. Specially, I deal with the influence of advertisement attributes(informativeness, entertainment, attentiveness, uneasiness, website attitude and advertising attitude) which is gradually being increased or decreased to attract the website click behavior of internet users. Added to this, it is to examine the influence of two attitudes(advertisement attitude and website attitude) as mediating variables on website click behavior. Major findings of this research are summarized as follows: First, mediating effects of website attitude and advertisement attitude were tested significantly in affecting the website click behavior by website advertisement attributes(informativeness, entertainment, attentiveness, uneasiness). Second, the website attitude was affected by website advertisement attributes(informativeness, entertainment, attentiveness, uneasiness). And the advertisement attribute(except of entertainment and attentiveness) such as informativeness and uneasiness did significantly affected in the website click behavior. Also, the website click behavior was not affected but the website advertisement attitude, however the mediating effect was tested significantly.

뉴스서비스별 전자투표시스템 관련 가짜뉴스가 뉴스 이용자의 이용 태도, 선거 참여 의도, 뉴스서비스 신뢰도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Fake News Related to the Electronic Voting System each News Service on News Users' Attitude of Using System, Intention to Participate through System and Reliability of News Services)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가짜뉴스가 크고 작은 사회적 문제를 야기한다는 점에 주목하여, 전자투표시스템 관련 가짜뉴스가 뉴스 이용자의 시스템 이용에 대한 태도, 시스템을 통한 선거 참여 의도, 뉴스서비스 신뢰도에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 실험을 통해 확인하는데 있다. 연구결과, 부정적인 내용으로 프레임된 가짜뉴스는 이용자의 태도와 선거 참여 의도 수준을 감소시키는 효과를 보였다. 특히 각 뉴스서비스에 따른 가짜뉴스 영향력 차이를 검증한 결과, 이용자가 일반 인터넷신문을 통해 가짜뉴스에 노출되고 해당 뉴스가 가짜임을 인지한 경우에는 태도와 선거 참여 의도 수준이 감소 후 다시 회복되는 모습을 보였다. 하지만 네이버와 페이스북 가짜뉴스에 노출된 이용자들은 가짜뉴스에 담긴 부정적인 내용을 더욱 강하게 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 가짜뉴스가 이용자의 인지적 차원에 영향력을 행사하고, 최초 노출 정보와 일치하는 방향으로 인식을 강화하려는 경향이 있다는 사실을 실증적으로 확인하였다.

The Influence of Product-brand Web Sites on Attitudes toward Brand Image

  • A web site focused on a specific product brand so called product-brand web site has become one major marketing tool as such product-brand web site provides chances for customers to experience the detailed information of the specific brand as well as emphatic the image of the brand. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the product-brand web site on the formation of attitude toward the product brand. Subjects of this study are users of two web sites of leading sanitary product brands. The result shows that not only emotion, playfulness and convenience perceived from the web site but also existing attitude toward the brand influence the attitude toward the web site. Further, the attitude toward the web site in turn affects attitude toward the image of the brand. The importance of this study is in its conceptualization and empirical verification of the relationship between the product-brand web site and the reputation of a brand.

사용자 편익과 맞춤화가 스마트뱅킹 이용에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the affecting factors of Smart banking usage in terms of user's benefits and personalization)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application in terms of user's benefits and personalization. While the prior researches on mobile banking adoption focus on the characteristics of service itself, this paper intends to investigate the smart banking application in terms of user's benefits, which are personal value consumers attach to the product or service attributes. Based on prior studies functional benefits, social benefits, experiential benefits, and personalization are identified as affecting factors of the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, all benefit factors(functional benefit, experimental benefit, social benefit) and personalization were found to be significantly related to the user's attitude. Users' attitude on smart banking was found to be significantly related to the real usage as well. This paper has value in that it investigates the attitude and usage of smart banking in terms of benefits.

The Structural Relationship between SNS Sports Advertisement Engagement and Advertising Attitude and Purchase Intention

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the formation of advertising attitudes and purchase intentions for users' products according to the difference in engagement of SNS sports advertisements and provide them with evidence to suggest directions for SNS sports advertising strategies. For this purpose, after establishing a hypothesis between engagement, advertising attitude, and purchase intention, a questionnaire was distributed to employees of sports administration organizations that have experienced or are using SNS and statistically processed using 460 copies of self-administeration. Through this process, we obtained the following results. First, it was found that engagement had a significant effect on advertising attitude. Second, it was found that engagement had a significant effect on purchase intention. Third, it was found that advertising attitude had a significant effect on purchase intention. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the SNS sports advertisement engagement has a positive effect on the attitude and purchase intention of advertisements conducted on SNS. In other words, it should be actively used to increase more efficient advertising attitudes and purchase intentions through this identified engagement.

The development of a mobile u-Health program and evaluation for self-diet management for diabetic patients

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This study aims to develop a mobile nutritional management program for integration into the already developed web-based program, Diabetes Mellitus Dietary Management Guide (DMDMG) for diabetic patients. Further, we aim to evaluate the amended DMDMG program. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The mobile application based on an Android operating system includes three parts: 1) record of diet intake, which allows users to take pictures of the meal and save to later add diet records into DMDMG; 2) an alarm system that rings at each meal time, which reminds users to input the data; 3) displays the diet record and the results of nutrient intake, which can be also viewed through the web program. All three parts are linked to the web-based program. A survey was conducted to evaluate the program in terms of nutrition knowledge, dietary attitude, eating behavior and diet intake by non-equivalent control group design among diabetic patients with 14 DMDMG users and 12 non-user controls after a one-month trial of DMDMG. RESULTS: Non-users did not use the program, but participated in the weekly off-line nutrition classes for one month. The program users showed increased healthful dietary behavior (P < 0.01) and dietary attitude scores (P < 0.05). More DMDMG users had higher nutrition knowledge scores after one-month trial than non-users. However, dietary intake significantly increased in non-user group for calcium and sodium (P < 0.05) while the user group did not show significant changes. CONCLUSIONS: The program has created positive changes in patients' dietary life. All the users were satisfied with the program, although some expressed minor difficulties with an unfamiliar mobile app.

위험지각과 효능감에 따른 인터넷 사용자의 개인정보 유출 예방행위 분석 : 위험지각태도 프레임웍을 기반으로 (Analyzing the Privacy Leakage Prevention Behavior of Internet Users Based on Risk Perception and Efficacy Beliefs : Using Risk Perception Attitude Framework)

  • 개인정보 유출에 미치는 영향요인 및 유출의 결과와 관련된 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔음에도 불구하고, 인터넷 사용자에 따라 개인정보 유출 예방행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 위험지각태도(risk perception attitude: RPA) 프레임웍을 기반으로 인터넷 사용자의 개인정보 유출 예방행동이 어떻게 달라지는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 보다 구체적으로 개인정보 유출에 대한 지각된 위험과 이의 예방을 위한 효능감을 기준으로 인터넷 사용자를 4가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있으며 각 그룹이 개인정보 보호동기, 정보탐색, 유출 예방행동에 있어 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 276명의 인터넷 사용자로부터 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 인터넷 사용자는 즉각대응(responsive), 회피(avoidance), 상황주도(proactive), 무관심(indifference)의 4가지 그룹으로 분류 가능하며 각 그룹 간 보호동기, 정보탐색, 예방활동에 있어 차이가 있음을 규명하였다. 본 연구는 개인정보 유출 예방전략 및 정책수립을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

포털사이트의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Determinants of Continuance Use Intention to Use Web Portal)

  • Today, the World Wide Web (WWW) impacts many facets of our lives, including communication, entertainment, social activities, shopping, etc. The web portal is the most accessed type of site and is advertising-supported the more users who visit the site, the more income it generates. User perception to a web site is very important much research has focused on the internet users' behavior. Some well-known theories, such as the technology acceptance model have been used to examine variables that motivate individuals to accept and use an IS. But Understanding continued use is the goal of this study. We focus on user beliefs (specifically, perceived usefulness) and attitude because pier studies of IT usage, predominantly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and similar models, have established these perceptions as the dey determinants of both initial IT usage (acceptance) and long-term usage (continuance) intention and behavior (Bhattacherjee 2001; Davis et al. 1989). Any change in beliefs or attitudes will likely have a corresponding impact on, and may even revers, users' continuance intention and behavior. Also, continuance use have some features which are prior use, habit, feature-centric view of technology. So this research reflected continuance use features. Examination of the paths in the model revealed several interesting results. First, Perceived usefulness was a stronger predictor of acceptance intention in TAM than attitude, But attitude was a stronger predictor of continuance intention in this study than perceive usefulness. Second, confirmation was not affect directly to attitude. Last, Habit was strongest predictor of continuance intention in this study.

모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도가 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Gaming Behavior by Mobil Game User on Intention of Continuous Usage)

  • 본 연구는 모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도와 게임 지속사용 의도 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 태도는 어떤 대상이나 사태에 반응하는 행동을 말하는 것으로 보편적으로 일관성 있는 행동을 하게 되고 또한 이후의 반응을 예측할 수 있기 때문이다. 연구를 위해 한국과 중국의 20세 이상 성인 모바일게임 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 게임 태도를 고려하지 않는다면, 남자일수록, 대한민국 국적이 아닐수록(중국 국적일수록) 지속사용 의도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도가 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 인지적 태도, 행동적 태도는 모두 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다.
