텍스트마이닝 방법을 이용한 간편결제서비스 이용자의 질문 분석 (Research on the Users' Inquiries on the Easy Payment Services using Text Mining Method)

  • Though easy payment service is the most well accepted one among various fin-tech services, the users still face difficulties and feel embarrassed when they use it. Over the past few years, many studies have been done on the users' experiences of easy payment service but there are little studies directly exploring the users' inquiries on the web. In this paper, we analyzed users' questions on Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, and Samsung Pay in Naver Jisik-iN, the biggest inquiry service in Korea from 2019 to 2020. We used keyword analysis, association analysis, and sentiment analysis. We found out that each payment service has distinct inquiries from the users according to its platform which it is based on.

  • 각종 비즈니스와 거래가 이루어지는 사이트에서 고객과 서비스 공급자와의 소통은 중요한 문제이다. 특히 어떠한 문제가 발생해 문의가 들어왔을 때 그 문제를 빠르고 정확하게 해결하는 능력은 사이트에 대한 신뢰와도 직결된다. 본 논문에서는 재능마켓 플랫폼 사이트에서 챗봇 기술을 이용해 사이트 이용자들의 불평과 문의를 처리하는 방식을 제안한다. 우선 문의자와 실시간으로 대화할 수 있는 챗봇을 구현하여 사이트 이용법, 단어 검색 등의 기능을 이용할 수 있게 하였다. 몇 단어 혹은 문장으로 정의하기 힘든 사이트의 각종 오류와 문제에 대해서는 에러코드를 지정해 데이터베이스화시켰다. 사이트 이용자들은 오류 발생 시 출력되는 에러코드를 챗봇에 문의하여 그에 대응하는 답변을 실시간으로 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 구현한 챗봇은 사이트 이용 시 오류를 경험하거나 문의가 생긴 이용자에게 빠르고 정확한 답변을 줄 수 있어 만족스러운 경험을 제공했다. 이는 장기적으로 사이트의 신뢰성과 호감도에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 오류 문의 등에 들어가는 인력과 시간비용을 줄이는 등의 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

  • ChatGPT has had a significant impact on society, business, and academia by influencing individuals and organizations through knowledge generation and supporting users in locating conversational inquiries and answers. It can transform how people seek answers by combining human-like conversational skills with AI. By eradicating the cumbersome process of selecting from multiple options, users can conduct preliminary research or create optimized solutions. The purpose of this research is to investigate how consumers use ChatGPT and digital transformation, specifically in terms of knowledge development, searching and recommending, and optimizing accessible possibilities. Using many linked theories, we address the potential implications and insights that can be gained from ChatGPT's early stages and its integration with other applications such as robotics, service automation, and the metaverse. Finally, the application of ChatGPT has practical, theoretical, and phenomenological impacts, in addition to improving users' experiences.

소상공인들의 고객 문의 데이터를 활용한 문의응대 챗봇의 개발 및 도입 (Development of Chatbot Using Q&A Data of SME(Small and Medium Enterprise))

  • In this study, we developed a chatbot (Dialogue agent) using small Q & A data and evaluated its performance. The chatbot developed in this study was developed in the form of an FAQ chatbot that responds promptly to customer inquiries. The development of chatbot was conducted in three stages : 1. Analysis and planning, 2. Content creation, 3. API and messenger interworking. During the analysis and planning phase, we gathered and analyzed the question data of the customers and extracted the topics and details of the customers' questions. In the content creation stage, we created scenarios for each topic and sub-items, and then filled out specific answers in consultation with business owners. API and messenger interworking is KakaoTalk. The performance of the chatbot was measured by the quantitative indicators such as the accuracy that the chatbot grasped the inquiry of the customer and correctly answered, and then the questionnaire survey was conducted on the chatbot users. As a result of the survey, it was found that the chatbot not only provided useful information to the users but positively influenced the image of the pension. This study shows that it is possible to develop chatbots by using easily obtainable data and commercial API regardless of the size of business. It also implies that we have verified the validity of the development process by verifying the performance of developed chatbots as well as an explicit process of developing FAQ chatbots.

대학도서관의 웹기반 전자참고정보 서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Web-based Electronic Reference Services of Academic Libraries)

  • 도서관서비스를 웹정보로 제공하는 국내 대학도서관 총178곳을 대상으로 전자 참고정보원 안내서비스와 전자 참고질의서비스 제공실태를 조사하였다. 국내 대학도서관의 25.8%만이 전자참고정보원 안내서비스를 불과 20.8%만이 전자 참고질의서비스를 제공하고 있어 대학도서관의 전자 참고정보서비스 사업은 그리 활발하지 않은 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 대학도서관은 한 달 평균 3.2건의 질문을 접수하는 것으로 조사되어 이용자의 전자 참고질의서비스 사용은 극히 저조하였다. 전자 참고질의서비스를 통한 접수한 총1,128개 질문중 19.8%만이 순수한 참고질문에 해당하는 것으로 나타났다.

다이어트넷(http://www.dietnet.or.kr)을 통한 인터넷 영양상담 내용 및 이용자 특성 분석 (Characteristic Analysis of Internet nutrition Counseling Served by the Korean Society of Community Nutrition)

  • An analysis for a period of 15 months (from September 2000 to November 2001), of the nutrition counseling internet site, “Dietnet” served by the Korean Society of Community Nutrition, showed the following results. Nutrition counseling was conducted without charge by 50 professionals, including professors in the food and nutritional areas, medical doctors, and dietitians. Counselees consisted of mostly females under 30 years of age. Although two thirds of the users of this site asked questions anonymously, they were very sincere. They asked questions mostly related to their own concerns, but there were quite a few inquiries about their parents or grandparents. There were significant differences in the counseling contents depending on the ages of the counselees. Teenagers showed the highest interest in height growth and weight control, whereas people in their twenties were mostly interested in diseases, foods, and weight control. Those over the thirty made inquiries mostly about diseases. The most frequent questions were relevant to gastrointestinal, circulatory and hepatic diseases. As indicated above, counseling questions included of a variety of both comprehensive and specific questions. There were also quite a few questions related to decisions on the correct usage of specific foods. Therefore, we recommend that more professionals, such as food science majors, medical doctors who practice western and oriental medicine, and other professionals who specialize in psychological behaviors related to weight control and infant food habits be recruited to serve the site more effectively and intensively. In light of the further need for internet sites with nutrition counseling and delivery of nutritional information to the public, nutritionists capable of managing websites are also required.

동장공정의 로보틱자동화를 위한 설계지원 시스템 (Computer aided design system for robotic painting line)

  • For successful implementation of robotic painting system, a structured design and analysis procedure is necessary. In designing robotic system, both functional and economical feasibility should be investigated. As the robotization is complicated task involving implemen- tation details (such as robot selection, accessory design, and spatial layout) together with operation details, the computer aided design and analysis method should be sought. However, conventional robotic design systems and off-line programming systems cannot accommodate these inquiries in a unified fashion. In this research, we develop an interactive design support system for robotization of a cycle painting line. With the developed system called SPRPL (Simulation Package for Robotic Painting Line) users can design the painting objects (via FRAME module), select robot model (ROBOT), design the part hanger (FEEDER), and arrange the workcell. After motion programming (MOTION), the design is evaluated in terms of: a) workpace analysis, b) coating thickness analysis, and c) cycle time (ANALYSIS).

초산모의 어머니 역할에 대한 웹기반 지지중재 프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of a Web-based Support Program for the Maternal Role of Primiparas)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a Web-based program for the maternal role of primiparas who use the internet. Method: The study process was a systems requirements analysis, design and development of a program, program testing by experts, program implementation, and program evaluation by users. A nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design was used. The data was collected from October 5th, 2002 to February 24th, 2003. Result: 1. Based on inquiries into mothers' needs, a Web-based support program was developed. The program was then modified from feedback received from experts. 2. In a sub-scale analysis of mothers' perception of a baby, amenability and persistence was significantly higher in the intervention group. The differences in the mean score of maternal self-confidence and maternal satisfaction were significant. 3. Cyber counseling was done for a total of 73 cases and the most frequent problems for counseling were feeding and nutrition (28.8%), followed by baby care, and health problems. Conclusion: It was proven that a Web-based support program provided appropriate support to primiparas and was effective in promoting their maternal role. Therefore, this study suggests that a Web-based support program for primiparas can become a powerful nursing intervention on virtually all mother and infant health concerns.

소셜미디어의 디지털 준언어 행동유도(PDA : Paralinguistic Digital Affordances) 의미 해석: 대학생을 중심으로 (Sementic Analysis of PDA (Paralinguistic Digital Affordances) in Social Media :Focusing on College Student)

  • 본 연구에서는 이용과 충족이론(Uses and Gratification, U&G)을 통해 소셜 미디어에서의 디지털 준언어 행동유도(PDA : Paralinguistic Digital Affordances)의미를 연구하고자 한다. 이 연구에서 PDA는 페이스북이나 인스타그램의 '좋아요'(Like)나 트위터의 '즐겨찾기'(Favorites)처럼 동일한 행동과 의미는 아니지만 그것을 누르는 행동을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 왜 사람들은 PDA를 사용하며, 송신자일 때와 수신자일 때 그것을 어떻게 해석하는 지를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 수도권 대학생 36명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 이용과 충족 프레임 안에서, 반 구조화된 이론을 적용하여 PDA의 이용 동기와 만족을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과 PDA를 이용하는 사람들이 송신자와 수신자로서 접촉할 때 언어를 통한 커뮤니케이션 이상으로 만족을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각 SNS 종류에 따라 PDA가 갖는 의미가 다른 것으로 나타났다. 즉 인스타그램의 '좋아요'는 페이스북의 '좋아요' 보다 더 가볍고 의미 없게 사용됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 PDA를 사용함에 있어서 대부분 아주 부담 없이 사용하는 경우가 많았다. 아울러 PDA를 충실하게 사용하는 경우가 대부분이었으나 때로는 모순되게 사용되는 경향이 많은 것으로 나타났다.

서울시 주민생활지원을 위한 공공시설의 현황 및 복합화 특성에 관한 조사연구 (Research on the Status Inquiry and Complex Characters of Public Facilities for the Community Life Style in Seoul)

  • The aim of this research is to understand the characteristics and status of existing public facilities, in order to propose the necessary basic materials for the planning and development of improved public facilities to assist communities. Objects of this research are the public facilities provided by the Government throughout the 25gu in Seoul. The methods of this research were carried out through the home page of each facility, telephone inquiries and gujung backseo. Investigations were carried out 3 times between the periods of January-June and September in 2009. Results of the research are as follows - 1) Through the investigations of classifications and distribution status of 5 public facilities over 25gu, quantity supply problems were analyzed. 2) Building distributions of 5 public facilities were classified by types and analyzed. 3) A number of compound facilities were classified and analyzed to determine the complexities of the 5 public facilities. 4) Complex types and characteristics of public facilities in 25gu in Seoul were analyzed. Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Public facilities throughout the 25gu in Seoul have common characteristics and functions and they are spread out evenly in each gu. This means that public facilities are standardized in Seoul. Characteristic public facilities suitable to each gu should be planned accordingly. 2) Public facilities in Seoul show a single form of one facility. Therefore, initiative plans for the complexity of facilities are required. 3) Complex public facilities in Seoul need to be the center of community life in each gu. It is necessary to take into account the diverse life styles and classified needs of residents for complex facilities. Based on the research, complex types such as public administrative+cultural facilities, culture+welfare facilities, medical+welfare facilities can be presented. These complex types should not be classified according to any particular use, but they should be commonly used by diverse generations and every social class. The inquiries of users of public facilities and the programs of each public facility are not included in this research. Thus, the reseaarch limits the proposals for complex public facilities. In the future, the characteristics of each gu in Seoul should be studied and understood, so that appropriate public facilities and their complex plans can be researched continuously and necessarily.
