모바일 인터넷 컨텐츠 유형 분석 및 인터페이스 설계 (The Design Interface and Mobile Internet Contents Type Analysis)

  • Recently, retrieval of various video data has become an important issue as more and more multimedia content services are being provided. To effectively deal with video data, a semantic-based retrieval scheme that allows for processing diverse user queries and saving them on the database is required. In this regard, this paper proposes a semantic-based video retrieval system that allows the user to search diverse meanings of video data for electrical safety-related educational purposes by means of automatic annotation processing. If the user inputs a keyword to search video data for electrical safety-related educational purposes, the mobile agent of the proposed system extracts the features of the video data that are afterwards learned in a continuous manner, and detailed information on electrical safety education is saved on the database. The proposed system is designed to enhance video data retrieval efficiency for electrical safety-related educational purposes.

  • Safety certification and inspection of dangerous machines and equipments used in industries are to save lives of workers and properties involved. Cause analysis of industrial accidents is essential to prove the effectiveness of such certification and inspection. This study focuses on suggesting systematic method for cause analysis of industrial accidents associated with dangerous machines and devices. Incorporating transition from the current user-oriented indirect regulations to more manufacturer and user balanced direct regulations, suggested method coupled with safety certification, safety inspection, safety management and safety education will guarantee more effective prevention of industrial accidents.

  • In this paper, the QFD(quality function deployment) technique is used to acquire the quality requirements of package software which is sold in a commercial software shop. To select the principal quality characteristics of package software, an user survey was conducted for a quality model developed based on the international standards and the previous research. The software user is divided into three groups:the general user, the expert, and the developer. The method of QFD is applied to choose the software quality attributes which have strong correlation with the selected quality characteristics.

  • Development of safety monitoring system for workers in the ship building industry is currently under progress using RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) for successful development of the U-BUSS(Ubiquitous- Safety User Safety System). For decades, RFID technology has become a key technology to provide the real-time location system of worker and is variously used for safety monitoring system to increase productivity, improve the blasting quality and enhance the safety of working condition in the ship building industry In this paper, 2.45GHz band RTLS(Real Time Location System) technologies and the ubiquitous safety monitoring system of the ship yard's blasting cell are described.

개인이동형 교통수단(PM) 유형별 사고특성 및 위험도 비교연구 (A Comparison Study on the Risk and Accident Characteristics of Personal Mobility)

  • This study deals with characteristics and risk of a PM based on user survey result, road driving test and data analysis of PM accident. Text mining method is applied to extract PM accident data from Big Data, which are claim data of private insurance company. Road driving test and survey on safety, convenience, noise, overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are performed to evaluate user's safety and convenience considering domestic road condition. As the result of claim data analysis, annual average increase rate of PM accident is 47.4% and average compensation of personal mobility is higher than that of bicycle by maximum 1.5 times. 79.8% of PM accident is self-caused accident due to unskilled driving and age-specific diagnosis rate of driver over 60 is higher than that of under 60. Diagnosis rate of over 60 at lower limb, foot, rib and spine is especially higher than that of under 60. As the result of road driving test and user survey, satisfaction level on safety and convenience of PM is evaluated as close to that of bicycle and satisfaction level of PM is increased after boarding. Overtake ability, steering ability, and climbing ability of PM are evaluated as same or better than that of bicycle but warning equipment to pedestrian or bike such as horn is required because noise level of PM during driving is too low. Finally, user survey result shows that bicycle road is suitable for PM and safety standard, advance-education and insurance are required for PM. It is suggested that drivers' license for PM can be replaced by advance-education. Results of this study can be used to prepare safety measures and legal basis for PM operation.

딥러닝 기반의 사용자인증을 활용한 어린이 버스에서 안전한 승차 및 하차 시스템 설계 (Design for Safety System get On or Off the Kindergarten Bus using User Authentication based on Deep-learning)

  • 최근 어린이 차량의 승하차 과정에서 어린이 안전사고가 발생한다. 차량 인솔 교사가 없는 경우 버스에서 하차하지 않은 어린이의 질식사나 차량 전후방의 사각지대의 어린이 안전사고가 빈번하게 발생한다. 딥러닝 기반의 얼굴인식기술을 스마트 미러에 적용하여 사용자인증의 활용시 안전사고 방지를 위한 서비스가 가능하다. 스마트미러는 어린이를 위한 도우미 역할이 가능하고, 운전기사나 선생님이 미처 발견하지 못해 발생 가능할 사고를 방지할 수 있다. 어린이의 얼굴을 사전에 등록하여 어린이의 승하차시에 사용자인증을 수행하여 누락되지 않고, 버스의 전후방에 근접센서 및 카메라를 통해 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다. 본 연구는 어린이의 버스 승하차 과정에서 누락여부를 확인하고, 차량 전후방의 사각지대를 줄일 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고, GPS 정보를 활용하여 다양한 서비스가 가능한 안전시스템을 제안한다.

레벨 4 자율주행자동차의 제작 안전 가이드라인에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Safety Guideline of Level 4 Automated Driving Vehicles)

  • Since automated driving system (ADS) has great potential to innovate various fields of automobile and mobility industries, major countries are establishing safety standards for autonomous vehicles to support technology development. However, in order to prevent technology development from being hampered by the safety standards for technologies still under development, safety guidelines are applied until the technologies are mature. For example, the safety 'guideline' for level 4 ADS was published in December 2020 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea, while the safety 'standards' for level 3 ADS was promulgated in December 2019. In this study, the domestic safety guideline for level 4 ADS is analyzed with the guidelines of major advanced countries in terms of safety elements. As it takes a lot of time before the safety standards of level 4 ADS is introduced, it is expected that the safety guideline will be updated several times. As necessary considerations when updating the safety guideline, industry acceptance, harmonization between safety elements, validation methods of system performance, and the user options are discussed.

알뜰교통카드를 활용한 대중교통 최소서비스 수준 분석 기준 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on Improving Minimum Level of Service for Public Transportation Using Altteul Transport Card Data)

  • 수요대응 교통수단 및 자율주행 대중교통서비스 등 이용자 중심의 대중교통서비스가 제공되고 있으나 수요대응 교통수단의 도입 기준인 대중교통 최소서비스 수준은 이용자의 대중교통 접근성을 확인할 수 있는 자료의 부재로 운영자 중심으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이용자의 대중교통 접근성을 파악할 수 있는 알뜰교통카드 데이터를 기반으로 법정동보다 작은 GRID 분석을 통해 동일 법정동 내에서도 대중교통 접근성이 차이가 있음을 확인하였고, 이를 기반으로 이용자 중심의 대중교통 최소서비스 수준 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 방식을 적용한 결과 현재 대중교통 최소서비스 수준에서는 확보 지역인 많은 법정동이 비확보 지역으로 분석되었다. 그러나 알뜰교통카드 데이터의 접근 시간은 이동 시간과 대기 시간을 포함하고 있으므로 확보 여부 판단 기준에 대한 추가적인 검토가 필요하다.

산업용 위험기계 및 기구관련 산재예방 정책 연구 (Safety Policies on Prevention of Industrial Accidents Associated with Industrial Machines and Devices)

  • This study suggests systematic procedures to improve safety policies on prevention of industrial accidents associated with industrial machines and devices. Specifically, new method of cause analysis of industrial accidents associated with industrial machines and devices is suggested and the related accident data are re-analyzed. Effectiveness of direct safety regulations such as safety certification, self-declaration of conformity, safety device regulation and safety inspection of industrial machines and devices are also analyzed. Based on those analysis results, transition from the current user-oriented safety device regulation to more balanced direct regulations on both manufacturer and user is suggested. Together with severity and frequency of industrial accidents, unit severity and unit frequency need to be taken into account to further assess the risk associated with a particular industrial machine or device. Balance between safety regulations will be realized by proper adjustment of lists of safety certification and inspection, and certification and inspection standards. This will also guarantee the maximum benefit over cost in such safety regulations.

블루투스 통신을 이용한 스마트공장 안전관리 시스템 (Smart Factory Safety Management System using Bluetooth)

  • 산업현장에서의 안전사고는 언제 어디서나 발생할 수 있다. 최근 사물인터넷을 기반으로 하는 산업현장 안전관리 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. doi지만 대부분의 연구가 안전사고가 발생한 이후 조치에 대한 연구이거나 단순 모니터링을 하는데 그치는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 안전사고가 발생하기 전에 안전장비를 착용하도록 안내하고 대상자를 근로자뿐만 아니라 방문자까지 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 안전사고가 발생하기 전에 사용자의 모션 및 상황을 주기적으로 감지하고 예측하여 사고에 대처할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 안전관리를 위한 기기를 안전모에 부착하고 사용자의 스마트폰 및 산업현장에 부착된 블루투스 비콘 기기를 이용하여 주기적으로 안전 상황을 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다.
