해양수산부는 2016년부터 2020년까지 국제사회의 이내비게이션 도입에 선제적으로 대응하고 어선 등 소형선박의 해사안전 증진을 위해 "초고속 해상무선통신망(LTE-M)" 구축을 포함한 한국형 이내비게이션 구축사업을 추진하였으나, 초고속 해상무선통신망의 활용 관점에서 특정 목적에 한정하는 등의 한계점이 식별되었다. 이에 따라 통신망의 활용성 증대를 위해 사용자를 대상으로 설문 조사 및 인터뷰를 수행한 결과, 망 활용의 범위 확대, 망 활용 대상 확장, 망 활용 방식 다각화, 그리고 규제 완화 측면에서의 법·제도적 개선 사항을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 도출한 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하여 향후 관련 법제 정비방안에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

추락사고 방지를 위해 근로자의 단순 실수와 부주의까지 포용할 수 있도록 건설현장 스마트 안전장비 사용 의무화 등의 정책 및 법령이 시행됨에 따라, 스마트 안전장비 기술 개발 및 현장 도입에 대한 관심이 더욱 증가되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 안전장비의 잠재성에도 불구하고, 사용자에게 채택되거나 사용되지 않으면 건설 안전에 기여할 수 있는 기회는 주어지지 않는다. 본 연구의 목적은 추락사고 방지를 위한 스마트 안전장비의 성능과 특징에 따른 사용자별 인식과 기대의 차이를 통해 스마트 안전장비 채택에 관한 결정요인을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 스마트 안전장비 중 최근 국내/외에서 기술개발 및 연구가 활발히 진행 중인 스마트 안전대에 대한 안전관리자 및 근로자의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 스마트 안전장비에 대한 사용자별 인식 차이를 확인함으로써 건설현장 추락사고 방지를 위한 스마트 안전장비 도입 활성화에 관한 통찰을 제공할 것이다.

시스템으로의 로그인 과정에서 명확한 사용자 인증은 정보 보호 서비스의 시작이다. 요즘과 같은 개방형 통신 시스템에서 패스워드라는 하나의 보안도구와 이를 지원하기 위한 시스템 내부의 메카니즘과 암호화 알고리즘 또한 빈약한 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정확성과 안전성을 제공하는 사용자 인증 시스템을 구현하는 것을 최종목표로 삼았으며 암호화 알고리즘으로는 RSA와 DES(Data Encryption Standard)의 CBC(Cipher Block Chaining)모드, 인증 프로토콜로는 신청과 응답(Challenge-Response)스킴을 사용하였으며, 인증 프로토콜의 안전성을 보장하기 위해 토큰(Token)을 사용하여 일회성 패스워드로 서버에 접속하는 사용자인증 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 공개키 암호화 알고리즘을 사용하여 보다 안전한 사용자 인증 시스템을 설계할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 원활한 통신이 어려운 재난안전통신 환경에서 고출력 단말이 한정된 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 자원할당 기법을 제안한다. 고출력 단말을 도입함에 따라 단말 당 전송률이 증가하고 서비스 영역이 커질 수 있지만 일반 단말과 동일한 주파수 자원을 재사용할 경우 간섭도 증가하여 재난지역 및 인접 지역 전체 시스템 성능 저하의 원인이 된다. 간섭에 의해 기존 셀룰러 시스템 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project)에서는 고출력 단말의 사용 가능 주파수 대역을 상향링크 788-798MHz, 하향링크 758-768MHz로 제한하고 있다. 이러한 제약조건 하에서 단말의 최저 성능 보장을 위한 자원할당 방식을 제안하고 제안한 자원할당 방식의 성능을 모의실험을 통해 검증한다.

Safety-critical systems related to the railway communications are currently undergoing changes. Mechanical and electro-mechanical devices are being replaced by programmable electronics that are often controlled remotely via communication networks. Therefore designers and operators now not only have to contend with component failures and user errors, but also with the possibility that malicious entities are seeking to disrupt the services provided by theirs systems. Recognizing the safety-critical nature of the types of communications required in train control operations, the communications infrastructure will be required to meet a number of safety requirements such as system faults, user errors and the robustness in the presence of malicious attackers who are willing to take determined action to interfere in the correct operation of a system. In this paper, we proposed the safety strategies employed in the railway communications and a security mechanism for Korean railway communication system. Also, we presented the developed means for validation and determination of communication safety based on the proposed security mechanism in the railway system.

사회적 안전을 강화하기 위하여 범죄예방을 위한 Web DB의 구축을 하고 이를 시민들에게 개방하여 범죄로 부터의 위험성을 경감할 수 있다. 본 연구의 궁극적 목적은 지역사회의 생활안전 웹 데이터베이스 구축을 위한 사용자 요구를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 31개의 외국 생활안전 웹 데이터베이스를 분석하였으며 사용자 참여 스타일의 웹 서비스를 검토하였다. 그리고 어린이와 여성과 같은 범죄취약계층을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과로 일상적인 생활 및 통학, 통근 경로의 위험지역을 추출하였다. 지역사회의 생활안전 웹데이터베이스를 만드는 과정에 있어서 사용자의 요구는 경제적 상황 및 공공성 관계되는 것으로 분석되었다.

Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. Current system resulted in the inconvenience because customer and user must contact to each systems when they want to know the information about the order. In this time, we make the system customer and user can confirm all of order information from one system to solve this problem by integrating the information brought from two systems on constructing integrated DataBase.

This study is to develop a device of bath-seat with massage which is attached to bath-seat and is able to sustain massage on perineal region and anus effectively. And also develop new programmed driving-seat that is able to protect drowsiness. This seat is operated easily by user controlling time period (eg. 30 minutes or 60 minutes) of vibration. During the vibration, user can make a choice of making n sound which is proved as a better effects for concentration and comfort.
