기록정보 서비스와 정보공개 - 이용자 중심의 서비스 논쟁을 중심으로 - (Archival Reference Service and Freedom of Information in Korea)

  • 본고는 1980년대와 90년대를 거쳐 미국과 캐나다에서 활발히 이루어졌던 기록정보 서비스에 대한 논쟁을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 기록정보 서비스의 본질과 의미를 고찰하고자 한다. 당시 학자들은 논쟁을 통해 기록관리가 기록 중심에서 이용자 중심으로 바뀌어야 하는가에 대해 다양한 의견을 피력했고, 기록관리의 의미와 원칙에 대해 재확인했다. 이러한 이용자 중심의 기록정보 서비스 논쟁을 바탕으로 본고의 후반부에서는 한국의 정보공개 청구 중심으로 이루어지는 기록정보 서비스를 살펴보고 문제를 제기하였다.

  • There are some studies about user's participation to reflect their desire and value on the planning of house by this time. These were constitution of unit space focused on the apartments, which is mostly theoretical. In architectural planning process, it takes time for continuous discussion and revision between architects and users. Also changes of plan must of necessity be so because of in or outside conditions. So, user's participation has its meaning that they take part in each step and portion of process faithfully on whole architectural processes. In this case, tenants of single houses were decided and they already buy building site and lay out rules jointly. With this circumstance I've researched a kind of test the reflection on various desires and its acceptance in each steps through completion of a construction work, which is based on their participation.

  • 본 연구는 데이터 웨어하우스 환경에서 어떤 메타데이터를 어떻게 관리하는 가를 알아보기 위하여, 데이터 웨어하우징을 위한 3 가지 메타데이터 관리 스키마(추출 메타데이터, 웨어하우스 메타메이터, 사용자 접근 메타데이터)를 이용한다. 특히, 3 가지 메타데이터 중에서 사용자의 데이터 웨어하우스에 대한 접근과 그 활용을 위한 웨어하우스 메타데이터와 사용자 접근 메타데이터에 초점을 두고 이들 메타데이터 관리에 대한 사례를 연구한다.

  • 전통적 정보시스템과 그 개발방법이 application backlog의 증가 등 User의 다양한 개발요구에 적절히 부응할 수 없기 때문에 이에 대한 대안으로서 End-User Computin(EUC) 이 대두되었다. 따라서 EUC의 기대이익과 위험요소를 분석하고, 이를 시행하기 위한 적합한 모델이 필요하다. 이 연구는 정보시스템 연구모델을 바탕으로 EUC를 실행할 때 필요한 전략을 제시함으로써 기업의 MIS 정책방향 설정에 기여하고자 한다.

아바타의 의복이미지 (The Clothing Image of Avatar)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the usage condition of avatar, the clothing images of avatars, and the difference of self images among avatar user groups which were clustered by the clothing image of using avatar. Avatars were decorated not only to get personal satisfaction and joyfulness but also to realize the desire of relationship with other people. The clothing images of avatars were classified into 7 factors, which were labeled as cute, mature, sexy, old-fashion, unisex. and unique factors. There were no significant differences in self images among 3 avatar user groups which were clustered by 7 factors of clothing images. The result indicated that avatar users pursued various clothing images for their avatar, however, no significant relations were existed between avatar's images and user's self images and further studies would be required to find out significant variables which determined avatar's clothing images.

  • The aim of the present study is to find a good quality user equilibrium assignments under time varying condition. For this purpose, this study introduces a dynamic network loading method that can maintain correct flow propagation as well as flow conservation, and it develops a novel solution algorithm that does not need evaluation of the objective function by modifying the Schittenhelm (1990)'s algorithm. This novel algorithm turns out to be efficient and convenient compared to the conventional Frank-Wolfe (1956) algorithm because the former finds solutions based on routes rather than links so that it can maintain correct flow propagation intrinsically in the time-varying network conditions. The application of dynamic user equilibrium (DUE) assignment model with this novel solution algorithm to test networks including medium-sized one shows that the present DUE assignment model gives rise to high quality discrete time solutions when we adopt the deterministic queuing model for a link performance function, and we associate flows and costs in a proper way.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the determinants of actual demand for wireless broadband (WiBro) services in Korea. To this end, this study identifies conceptual definitions of diverse latent variables and determines the significance of the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables. It then presents the nomadic user concept by testing the moderator effect. This study also proposes a revised Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model, which is an appropriate model for wireless communication services and users' attributes. Prior research has concentrated exclusively on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on future potential users. Compared to previous studies, the current research model and analysis results are useful in not only academic but also industry contexts.

Customization using Anthropometric Data Deep Learning Model-Based Beauty Service System

  • As interest in beauty has increased, various studies have been conducted, and related companies have considered the anthropometric data handled between humans and interfaces as an important factor. However, owing to the nature of 3D human body scanners used to extract anthropometric data, it is difficult to accurately analyze a user's body shape until a service is provided because the user only scans and extracts data. To solve this problem, the body shape of several users was analyzed, and the collected anthropometric data were obtained using a 3D human body scanner. After processing the extracted data and the anthropometric data, a custom deep learning model was designed, the designed model was learned, and the user's body shape information was predicted to provide a service suitable for the body shape. Through this approach, it is expected that the user's body shape information can be predicted using a 3D human body scanner, based upon which a beauty service can be provide.

Performance Analysis of Cellular Networks with D2D communication Based on Queuing Theory Model

  • In this paper, we develop a spatiotemporal model to analysis of cellular user in underlay D2D communication by using stochastic geometry and queuing theory. Firstly, by exploring stochastic geometry to model the user locations, we derive the probability that the SINR of cellular user in a predefined interval, which constrains the corresponding transmission rate of cellular user. Secondly, in contrast to the previous studies with full traffic models, we employ queueing theory to evaluate the performance parameters of dynamic traffic model and formulate the cellular user transmission mechanism as a M/G/1 queuing model. In the derivation, Embedded Markov chain is introduced to depict the stationary distribution of cellular user queue status. Thirdly, the expressions of performance metrics in terms of mean queue length, mean throughput, mean delay and mean dropping probability are obtained, respectively. Simulation results show the validity and rationality of the theoretical analysis under different channel conditions.

콘텐츠와 패러디 특성이 UCC 사용자 태도 및 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Contents and Parody Traits on UCC User Attitude and e-Worth of Mouth)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of UCC parody content trait on user attitude and e-word of mouth. The conventional methods had two identified factors: UCC content factors - trust, usefulness, and information, and parody content factors - humor, satire, and mockery. It also analyzes the impacts gap in UCC attitude between a high-involvement user and a low-involvement user in UCC contents. In this study, our findings are broadly summarized as follows: first, both trust and information, of UCC content factors, showed a positive impact on UCC attitude; second, both humor and satire, of parody content factors, showed a positive impact on UCC attitude; third, UCC attitude showed a positive impact on e-word of mouth, and both humor and satire were highly correlated to UCC attitude in UCC involvement user groups. In conclusion, this study is expected to give useful suggestions on selecting variables for further studies on UCC parody contents.
