최근 스마트폰의 보급 및 웹 서비스의 도입으로 온라인 사용자들은 대규모의 콘텐츠를 시간과 장소에 관계없이 접할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 사용자들은 대규모의 콘텐츠 사이에서 원하는 콘텐츠를 찾는 데 어려움을 겪게 되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 분야에서 사용자 모델링 및 추천 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하게 수행되었다. 그러나 정보 환경의 변화에 따른 시니어 계층의 적극적인 변화에도 불구하고 시니어 계층에 초점을 맞춘 사용자 모델링 및 추천 시스템에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기계 학습 방법을 기반으로 스마트 시니어 계층의 선호도를 파악할 수 있는 모델링 방법을 제안하고, 스마트 시니어 분류 모델을 개발한다. 이 결과, 스마트 시니어 계층의 선호도를 파악할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 스마트 시니어 분류 모델 개발을 통해 시니어 사용자에게 가장 적합한 활동 및 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 추천 연구에 대한 발판을 마련하였다.

현재 사용자 추천 서비스를 위해 사용자 상황정보 모델링을 통해 사용자에게 맞는 서비스가 이루어져야 한다. 개인화 추천 서비스를 위해서는 상황인식 기술이 필수적이고, 상황인식을 위해서 상황정보의 적절한 표현 및 정의가 필요하다. 상황정보를 표현하기 위한 방법에는 온톨로지 기반 모델이 표현법이 가장 뛰어나고, 널리 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인화 추천 서비스를 위하여 상황 정보의 OWL 모델링을 통해 상황을 정의하였으며, 상황 추론을 위하여 추론규칙과 추론엔진을 사용한 서비스 기법을 제안하였다.

사용자 비정상 행위를 탐지하기 위해서 기존의 연구들은 주로 통계적 기법을 이용해 왔다. 그러나 이들 연구들은 주로 사용자의 평균적인 행위를 분석하기 때문에 사용자의 비정상행위가 정확하게 탐지될 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 정상행위를 모델링하는 새로운 클러스터링 방법을 제안한다. 클러스터링은 분석 환경에서 임의 개수의 빈발 영역을 식별할 수 있기 때문에 통계적 기법에서의 부정확한 모델링 방법을 개선할 수 있다. 빈발 공통 지식은 트랜잭션 단위로 발생되는 유사 데이터 객체들의 빈도수와 각 트랜잭션에 포함된 유사 데이터 객체들의 반복 비율로 나타낼 수 있다. 이와 더불어, 제안된 방법은 공통 지식을 축약된 프로파일로 유지하는 방법을 설명한다. 따라서 생성된 프로파일을 이용하여 온라인 트랜잭션에서의 비정상 행위를 쉽게 탐지할 수 있다.

This paper focuses on the consideration of not only QoS parameters in wired network, but also QoS parameters in wireless network that supported for the Efficient QoS in the Al1 Service Levels. So, We supposed the "Efficient QoS Model" that guaranteed the QoS parameters "Loss Profile" , "Service Degradation" , "Latency and Jittering" , "Mobility of Mobile User" , "Probability of seamless communication" in wired-wireless networks. And the Method of Efficient QoS support that we supposed consists of "Multicast Routing-RSVP Protocol architecture based on Mobile IP" and "Protocols internetworking model ".

Recently, online job websites have been activated as unemployment problems have emerged as social problems and demand for job openings has increased. However, while the online job platform market is growing, users have difficulty choosing their jobs. When users apply for a job on online job websites, they check various information such as job contents and recruitment conditions to understand the details of the job. When users choose a job, they focus on various details related to the job rather than simply viewing and supporting the job title. However, existing online job websites usually recommend jobs using only quantitative preference information such as ratings. However, if recommendation services are provided using only quantitative information, the recommendation performance is constantly deteriorating. Therefore, job recommendation services should provide personalized services using various information about the job. This study proposes a recommended methodology that improves recommendation performance by elaborating on qualitative preference information, such as details about the job. To this end, this study performs a topic modeling analysis on the job content of the user profile. Also, we apply LDA techniques to explore topics from job content and extract qualitative preferences. Experiments show that the proposed recommendation methodology has better recommendation performance compared to the traditional recommendation methodology.

A method of multiple transport-aircraft mission modeling is proposed in order to improve the efficiency of evaluating and optimizing pre-mission plans. To deal with the challenge of multiple transport-aircraft missions, the object-oriented modeling method is utilized. The elements of the mission are decomposed into objects and businesses, And the major mission objects and their important properties are summarized. A complex mission can be broken down into basic business modules such as the ground section and flight section. The business models of loading and fueling services in the ground section are described. The business model of the flight section is composed of an air route and flight profile with the flight equation and the fuel consumption model. The logical relationship of objects and business modules is introduced. The architecture of the simulation system, which includes a database, computation module, graphical user interface (GUI) module, and a result analysis module, is established. A sample case that includes two different plans is provided to verify the model's ability to achieve multi-aircraft composite mission simulation.

센싱 기술이 발달함에 따라, 다양한 도메인에서 각각 다른 목적을 가진 상황인지 기술들이 개발되어 왔다. 많은 서비스들이 개발되고 실제로 사용되고 있지만, 특정한 공간을 도메인으로 둔 서비스는 미흡하였다. 이를 해결하고자 여러 시도들이 있어왔으며 실제로 성과를 거둔 연구도 많이 있었다. 이 중, 온톨로지 기반 추론을 이용한 방법들이 상황인지 시스템에 비교적 신뢰성 있고 적합하였으나, 복잡한 규칙을 사용하지 않는 이상 사용자 별로 상황을 인지하지는 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 사용자 중심의 상황 모델링에 기반 한 추론에서 벗어나 개체 중심으로 그 범위를 확대하였다. 또한, 사용자 및 홈 프로파일을 사용하여 사용자 별 상황을 인지 할 뿐만 아니라 각 개체 별 상황을 인지함으로써 더욱 구체적인 상황정보를 제공하고자 한다.

To construct user profiles automatically, an extraction method for representative keywords from a set of documents is needed. In our previous works, we suggested such a method and showed its usefulness. Here, we apply it to the classification problem and observe how much it contributes to performance improvement. The method can be used as a linear document classifier with few modifications. So, we first evaluate its performance for that case. The method is also applicable to some non-linear classification methods such as GIS (Generalized Instance Set). In GIS algorithm, generalized instances are built from training documents by a generalization function and then the K-NN algorithm is applied to them, where the method can be used as a generalization function. For comparative works, two famous linear classification methods, Rocchio and Widrow-Hoff algorithms, are also used. Experimental results show that our method is better than the others for the case that only positive documents are considered, but not when negative documents are considered together.

최근 초고속 인터넷 사용자는 꾸준하게 증가해서 천만을 넘어섰다. 그러나 사용자 액세스 네트워크(xDSL, Cable, B-WLL 등)가 다양해지고, 고부가가치의 유무선 컨텐츠 서비스가 발전함에 따라 기존의 단순 접속만을 하던 서비스는 네트워크 대역폭 보장 및 지연 방지 등의 한계에 부딪히게 되었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 에이전트 기반의 인터네트워킹 플랫폼(Agent based Inter Networking Platform)은 계층적 객체지향 시스템으로 사용자 요구(User on Demand)에 따른 다양한 서비스(Access QoS, 맞춤 응용 서비스, 보안 서비스)를 제공할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 사용자 에이전트와 에이전트 지역관리 서버 및 중앙관리 서버로 나뉘어져 있으며, 중앙 관리 서버는 사용자 에이전트로부터 할당된 대역폭, 현재 전송 속도, 지연, 현재 서비스 등의 상태정보를 주기적으로 받아서 처리한 후, 정책을 세우고, 이를 토대로 작성된 사용자 개개인의 프로파일에 따라 서비스를 하는 것이다. 시스템의 이식성과 통합을 고려해 객체지향의 모델링 기법을 사용하교 계층화된 서버를 통하여 보안에 강한 시스템을 구현하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

개인화된 데이터와 함께 콘텐츠 제공 등의 서비스를 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 다양한 디바이스와 단말기에서의 정보 이용 및 서비스의 융합은 수많은 콘텐츠에서 양질의 콘텐츠를 사용자가 원하는 시간과 장소에서 어떠한 개인화 메커니즘을 이용해서 제공하는지에 대한 필요성을 제시한다. 기존 메커니즘은 각 서비스 제공자별로 분리된 선호도와 개인 정보를 가지고 있어 다른 서비스 제공자가 다루기 힘들며 서비스 사용자들이 직접 설정하고 관리해야 하기 때문에 매우 불편하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 프로파일을 서비스 제공자에 상관 없이 동적으로 통합 관리하기 위해 시맨틱 서비스 제공 및 확장성을 위한 미들웨어인 OSGi기반 시맨틱 사용자 프로파일 관리자를 제안한다. 또한 사용자 프로파일링, 온톨로지 도메인 모델, 시맨틱 추론이 가능한 개인화된 시맨틱 프로파일 모델을 정의한다. 논문의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 시맨틱 프로파일은 OSGi기반에서 동작하도록 번들로 구현한다. 사용자가 서비스 지역에 들어오면 다양한 디바이스 및 단말기의 시맨틱 사용자 프로파일에 시맨틱 서비스를 대응하여 매치한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자 프로파일에 대한 서비스의 매칭과 사용자 프로파일에 대한 사용자 프로파일 또는 다른 서비스에 대한 매칭을 쉽게 확장시킬 수 있다.
