이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스는 이용자의 개별 특성을 고려한 이용자별 선호 대중교통정보를 언제 어디서나 정보제공 매체를 통해 빠르고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 서비스로, 차내장치, BIT, 모바일 3가지 매체와 서비스에 대한 개발 연구가 진행되었다. 서비스에 대한 평가를 목적으로 테스트 베드 지역인 부산시를 대상으로 만족도 평가를 실시하며, 각 매체별/종합만족도의 영향을 미친 중요요인을 분석하고, 이러한 결과를 기초로 서비스 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균값 3.54로 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 각 매체별로는 차내장치 3.29, BIT 3.62, 모바일 4.05의 만족도를 보였다. 이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 종합만족도는 범주형 회귀분석 결과 표준화계수 .632인 "차내장치"가 만족도를 결정짓는 중요요인 매체로 작용한 것으로 분석되었다. 제공 서비스 측면에서 현재 제공되는 정보만으로도 충분히 구득이 가능하므로 콘텐츠의 추가보다는 이용환경의 개선 요구가 더 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 이용자 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Since the guaranteed service quality(QoS) is spotlighted as a strategic competitive tool to Broadband Convergence Network(BcN) service providers, many scholars have dealt with QoS issues in the BcN environment. However, just a few researchers focus on end-users and most are lean toward service providers or technology itself. In this paper, therefore, we investigated how end-users could measure service quality in the BcN environment, and moreover, proposed the end-user oriented measurement guideline for BcN QoS. Through literature review and two surveys, four QoS dimensions and nineteen measurement items were derived from end-user's perspective. proposed QoS dimension and items would be utilized as meaningful tools for future BcN service.

Traditionally, simulation method is used to test and evaluate the performance of communication protocol or functional elements for mobile communication service. In this paper, wireless network simulator is implemented using the C++ object-oriented programming language. This simulator can simulate wireless data services, like as ad-hoc networks, by considering the user's mobility. In this paper, the simulator includes network traffic model to reflect wireless data service and traffic source model to represent a user's mobility similar to real service environment and traffic characteristics can be reflected on the simulation, and also more accurate simulation results can be got through that. In addition, by using object-oriented techniques, new service feature or environment can be easily added or changed so that the developed mobile communication simulator can reflect the real service environment all the time. This simulator can be used in adjusting the characteristics of wireless data hosts following the mobility of the user, and also can be used in building new wireless ad-hoc network routing protocols.

현대 마케팅의 특징은 소비자지향성에 있다. 일반기업이 소비자만족을 목표로 모든 경영활동을 통합하듯이 도서관경영에서도 이용자만족을 목표로 모든 도서관업무를 계획하고 조직하고 지휘하고 통제하는 경영마인드가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 마케팅지향적 경영철학의 실행을 위하여 소비자의사결정과정모델을 이용하여 도서관 이용자의 행동을 깊이 있게 이해하고 그 결과를 도서관 마케팅전략 수립에 활용하는 방안을 연구하였다.

The recent Web service field emerges as the fastest growing IT paradigm as a result of the increasing interest in SOA (Services-Oriented Architecture) and the expansion of B2B market. With an increasing number of Web service that provide similar features, it becomes more important to provide the most appropriate service for the user's request. A service user in general requires the quality information of Web service when selecting a service among a number of similar Web services. Yet, finding a service through UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery and Integration) does not consider the non-functional aspects of users because it is only based on the functional aspects. That is, the quality, non-functional aspect will be an important factor for the mutual success of the user and provider. Using 3 factors in the Qos factors of the existing studies: the execution cost, reliability, and the quality level, the QoS of Web service is saved and the factors for the QoS are recorded in order to consider non-functional factors when selecting a Web service in this study. The Quality Broker determines the rank and shows the desired result of the service for users. The Quality Broker suggested in this thesis can be used to select a Web Service that considers the user-oriented and non-functional factors.

유비쿼터스 홈 환경(UHE: Ubiquitous Home Environment)에서의 멀티미디어 서비스에서는 사용자의 직접적인 명령 없이 자동적으로 실행되는 지능화된 서비스 와 각각의 사용자에 맞는 맞춤형 서비스, 사용자 편의성 및 투명성, 이종 디바이스간 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 상호 호환성 등의 요구사항이 증가할 것이다. 또한, 이에 적합한 멀티미디어 보호 관리 및 인증 권한관리 방식 등이 필요 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 UHE에 적합한 인증방식을 제안$\cdot$적용하며, 이종 기기간 멀티미디어 상호 운용성을 보장하며, 센서모듈과 홈서버를 이용한 상황정보(사용자 취향 정보, 디바이스정보 등)를 지능적으로 처리하고, 투명하고 안전한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 사용자 중심 멀티미디어서비스(UHMS: Ubiquitous Home Multimedia Service)를 제안한다.

The purpose of information retrieval is to help users solve their problems. To fulfill the purpose the user's problem needs to be focused on. The purpose of this study is to identify components and the structure of the user's problem in an academic research environment. From this study it was found that the scientific problem dealt within an academic environment is complicate and the problem is composed of 8 topical and 4 non-topical components. And they could be organized into a stucture. This study has three implications for user-oriented information retrieval. (1) The components and the structure of the problem need to be the framework for the effective information retrieval process and for the evaluation of information retrieval. (2) The research methodology used in this study can be applied to other information service situations and this will result in greater practical implication of a study for more effective information retrieval. And (3) for more effective user-oriented information retrieval, the user needs to be observed and studied in the actual' situation. This study showed that the complicate problem of the actual user can be studied in a systematic way and this resulted in important implications for information retrieval.

전통적인 시스템 차원에서의 신뢰도 분석 모형에서 탈피하여 사용자가 인지하는 서비스 가용도에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선 서비스 가용도 모형에 대해 살펴보고 이의 근간을 이루는 UBG에 대하여 논하였다. 그리고 사용자 모델, 시스템 모델 및 서비스 모델을 복합적으로 고려하여 서비스 가용도를 산출하는 시뮬레이션 모델을 제안하였다. 아울러 예제를 통하여 사용자 모델의 UBG와 시스템 모델을 작성하고 이를 토대로 서비스 모델을 정의하는 일련의 과정을 보여 주었다. 그리고 시스템 모델과 UBG의 여러 파라메타들이 서비스 가용도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다.

요즈음, 웹 서비스의 확산으로 인하여, 등록된 웹 서비스를 합성함으로써 복잡한 응용프로그램을 구축하는 것이 가능하다. 이러한 추세는 오늘날 서비스 지향의 컴퓨팅 환경에 있어서 합성된 웹 서비스의 서비스 품질 보장을 중요한 문제로 대두시키고 있다. 하지만 주어진 서비스 품질 보장을 만족하는 전역적 최적화된 웹 서비스의 합성은 NP-hard한 문제로 분류된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, K-way Super node 접근법을 제시하고 실험 결과를 통하여 이의 효과를 보인다.

Recently, web-based service software has been used as to combine various information or to share information according to the needs of users and the convergence of specialized fields and individual dependent systems. According to the necessity of the user, the proper service environment and the selective service environment according to the purpose and the needs of the user have been studied in a variety of specialized and combined professional research fields and industries. Software based on cloud systems and web services is being used as a tool for appropriate group and user groups and roles. A service system combined dynamically needs a module to manage a user through internal logic and grant a service access authentication. Therefore, it has been considered various approaches that a user who accesses the system is given a service access authority for a certain period of time. Also, when the deadline is over, the authority that you are given to access system will go through the process of expire the right. In this paper, we define the roles of users who access web services, manage user rights according to each role, and provide appropriate service resources to users according to their rights and session information. We analyzed the procedure of constructing the algorithm for the service according to the procedure of each user accessing the web service, granting the service resource and constructing a new role.
