It can be said that P2P means the pattern that every linker could be both a supplier and a customer by means of the direct connection and survey with personal computers out of the concept of server and client. P2P business has been a great impact all over the world. for it came to be possible as the express internet log-on service is getting widely used and the user environment is getting better with the supply of high-tech computer. Recently the various system of P2P has been developed not as the only service of file share between the personal users but as the application of the electronic trade between the companies. This study is to suggest the most effective system that has the function of complement of P2P.

Recently the wireless-internet has been spreading extensively. People are spending a large part of their time gaining access to information using a mobile device. However. limited process speed. low bandwidth, the low battery capacity of mobile devices and a high rate of wireless network errors brings out many overheads during service time with server for service. In this paper, we suggest an autonomous service delivery system. which provides mobile agent capability to users that can not maintain a connection. We have developed the system based on java mobile agent technology. Using this system, we can provide more effective services to users when the user is sending requirements of service through a mobile device that has limited resources and can manage the contact server dynamically when new services are added.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of specialized services and the overall satisfaction of the operation of the specialized services for the librarians and users of the specialized libraries, and based on the ISA method, compare the specialized theme data, specialized service place, specialized program, specialized theme area facilities and environment, and derive issues of the specialized library operation and improvement measures. Consequently, first, when developing the program, the specialized library needs to develop programs in possession of unique characteristics specific to the areas of the differentiated themes from the cultural and educational programs run by the existing libraries. Second, it is necessary to focus on the specialized theme area information services for the users, and to this end, it is necessary to improve librarians 'professionalism. Third, it is necessary to secure the budget for the specialized services and secure space. Since the scope of the services which may be provided as per the budget intended for providing specialized services may be limited, it would be necessary to secure and operate the budget systematic to this end. Fourth, the specialized library needs to proceed with activities in connection with local residents for the purposes of facilitating specialized services.

For the quality increase of agricultural and aquatic products, it is necessary to the efficient management system of integrated control and accurate data for improving the water quality of reservoirs. This may be using the USN save time and money. In this paper, the water surface robot was designed and manufactured for measuring and announcing the environment informations, and it's network was constructed. The robot had more excellent durability and was more inexpensive than previous model. The network was designed considering connection with ZigBee, TRS, Wi-Fi or LTE network. Also the exploration function of the robot was confirmed by the simulation and the user interface was programmed.

The recent rapid growth of air conditioning load has become a major reason of peak load increase in summer. In connection with this, we surveyed the load management projects of utilities world-wide and their detailed activities. This study is to develop a remote load control system using computer and radio communications. We finished the field-test of this system on August 1995 in Seoul area. During the field-test, the remote load control of air conditioners was proved to be well-timed. Two control modes, group control and all control, are available for the user to select. The transmission reliability of the load control signal was very good and the functions of system hardware as well as the software were excellent. So we confirmed the applicability of the load control system including the paper communication network. In this paper, detailed information on the system functions and experimental results are described.

Home Networking is the last connection point for global information and telecommunication infrastructure establishment. In this paper, we propose packet selection and significance based interval allocation algorithm for real-time streaming service. In real-time streaming of inter-frame (and layer) coded video, minimizing packet loss does not imply maximizing QoS. It is true that packet loss adversely affects the QoS but one single packet can have more impact than several other packets. We exploit the fact that the significance of each packet loss is different from the frame type it belongs to and its position within GoP. Using packet dependency and PSNR degradation value imposed on the video from the corresponding packet loss, we find each packet's significance value. Based on the packet significance, the proposed algorithm determines which packets to send and when to send them. The proposed algorithm is tested using publicly available MPEG-4 video traces. Our scheduling algorithm brings significant improvement on user perceivable QoS. We foresee that the proposed algorithm manifests itself in last mile connection of the network where intervals between successive packets from the source and to the destination are well preserved.

Number of disabled persons in Japan that have been registered in 2011 was about 2.5 million people, it is continuously increasing. Given the potential failure considering the aging, to increase more and more. This fault is open, and how to use the facilities, we examined Disabled Facilities DB how to build, how to take advantage. In the development of information technology, the use of technology to increase smartphone, fused evolves, disabled and was able to get the information easily. It is possible to take advantage of this amenities DB, to ensure convenient facilities for handicapped and provide equipment and position information of the user easily by using the audio position.

This study aims to understand functional spaces within university dormitory, examine the influences of residential environment factors and personal characteristics on users' satisfaction through what parameters and probability among these parameters and seek improvement methods for dormitory users to live at dormitory as the best residential space through causal analysis of residential space uses at university dormitory based on such a probability. Research methods include theoretical research of architectural space characteristics of university dormitory facilities through literature survey, analysis of satisfaction with spaces and their uses through questionnaire and causal analysis of each residential environment factor after making route model using data obtained from the results of analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Factors affecting residents' satisfaction with cultural activities of residential environment factors are safety, territoriality, interior finishing and complexity and those affecting residents' educational activities are safety and amenity of space. Residential function space of university dormitory must have spatial planning that social activities including individual and small group culture and educational activities from the view of spatial territoriality and flexibility based on safety and amenity and facilities related to continuity and connection of common space and unit residential space should be decentralized rather than centralized.
