Verification method and Simulation of Object model Converted to Formal Specification (형식명세로 변환된 객체모델의 검증방법과 시뮬레이션)

  • In this paper, We define convert rules from objects and relation presented in object model to the state and operation domain in formal specification. Namely, object and relation in information model converted to state domain in formal specification. State, event and behavior converted to operation domain. And that way informal object model change to formal language, it can be verify through formal method. Verification process make an offer convenience and confidence in software development early phase. And we implement simulation tool in order to verification method of formal specification and to consistency verified model between user's requirement. It is possible to select the suitable model and reduce the costs and efforts on software development.

  • In case of environment requiring safety such as human body and requiring flexible shape, a conventional mechanical actuator system does not satisfy requirement. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, a research of various smart material such as EAP (Electro Active Polymer), EAC (Electro Active Ceramic) and SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) is in progress. Recently, the highest preferring material among various smart material is EP (Electrostictive Polymer), because it has very fast response time, poerful force and large displacement. The previous researches have been studied properties of polymer and simple control, but present researches are studied a polymer actuator. An EP (Electostrictive Polymer) actuator has properties which change variably as shape and environmental condition. Therefore, in order to coincide with a user's purpose, it is important not only to decide a shape of actuator and mechanical design but also to investigate a efficient controller. In this paper, we constructed the control logic with an adaptive fuvy algorithm which depends on the physical properties of EP that has a dielectric constant depending on time.

  • A connected car's major factor is connectivity and it can be applied for new concept smart PC hardware and software design method of digital virtual assistance using voice recognition engine at server when infotainment functions are implemented because internet connecting LTE or 5G wireless mobile communication is always is possible. In this paper, a hardware architecture of smart auto-PC and software architecture based on GENIVI platform, and necessary functions are proposed. Also an effective analysis and design method of connected car infotainment system will be presented by showing user requirement analysis using object-oriented method, flowchart and screen design.

  • Global Navagation Satellite System(GNSS) is divided into Local Area Differential GNSS and Wide Area Differential GNSS. Wide Area DGNSS has more complicated structure and massage type. And transfer rate is limited, so efficient message scheduling algorithm is needed to guarantee user's accuracy and integrity. There are about 30 message types in Wide Area DGNSS. Each message type has different update interval. In this paper, the performances of message scheduling algorithm for Wide Area Differential GNSS are investigated. For all message types, results show that max update time interval requirement is satisfied.

  • As an increase in recent optical network-based IP services, GMPLS management framework becomes more important than ever before. In this paper, we propose the dynamic GMPLS path management algorithm, which can satisfy the users with their traffic engineering recovery requirements and find out the best backup service path under multiple link failures. To be more specific, we are deriving the soluble conditions of a backup path which is satisfied in a GMPLS network. In addition, through proposing the fast backup path selection algorithm, we can sufficiently satisfy a user's recovery requirement and minimally protect the suspension of the service against a link failure.

  • Recently, the world's Information Society, already central to humankind, is rapidly changing towards a fully ubiquitous computing society through the development of USN technology. USN application web services provide convenience through environment recognition as well as automatic recognition of specific situations all through the use of USN technology. It has been proven that it can also enable the safety of human life by providing an optimal service through real-time management. Therefore, USN application web services using such technology can be applied to various aspects of life. In this paper, we have implemented a scenario of with a specific user requirement regarding collected meta-data and sensing data based USN technology. We have implemented a visualization of the solutions suitable for each scenario.

  • This paper describes the implementation procedures and results of Fishery Safety and Security System to secure an aquaculture area from a thief. The system designed with various functional modules to implement selectively available system providing low cost to high cost and simple function to high function according to user's requirement in a practical fishing fields. In the abalone farm field located in Jin island, Jeonranam province and having condensed aquaculture facilities with 50 cages (10 row by 5 column) within 0.5 miles from coast, practical field tests are carried out. As results from that tests, it is found that the system can guard not only the whole area of cultivating farm field but also each cages with detail.

Optimal Signal Amplitude of Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing Systems in Dimmable Visible Light Communications

  • Visible light communications (VLC) using the intensity modulation of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) provides a new communication medium to overcome the shortage of radio spectrum, and allows reuse of LED lighting infrastructures. Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) was introduced to VLC for its merits in mitigating the fading effects resulting from delay spread, and in avoiding low-frequency ambient interference. Noise and clipping are two major factors that degrade the performance of OFDM in VLC. A larger signal easily overcomes noise, but experiences impairment by clipping. Therefore, degradation due to clipping has a trade-off relationship with that due to noise, depending on the signal amplitude of OFDM. In this paper, the optimal signal amplitude in the trade-off is obtained by simulation when the dimming and LED intensity are given. The former indicates a user's requirement for lighting, and the latter represents the channel quality. The required LED intensity-to-noise ratio, as the channel quality that guarantees dimming as well as an adequate bit-error rate (BER), is also discussed.

Efficient Blog Retrieval System by Topic-based Weighting (주제어 가중치 기법에 의한 효율적인 블로그 검색 시스템)

  • In the new generation of Web, commonly called "Web 2.0", blogging has facilitated the publishing information or his/her opinion on the web. Various blog retrieval algorithms have been proposed to search for blogs more effectively. However, actually keyword-based searching or link-analysis blog ranking system cannot satisfy the user's requirement. In this paper, we suggest a topic-based weighting blog retrieval system in which the links between blog writings and searching words are considered to improve the search results. Our system extracts topics from each blog and weights them much higher than other guide words. In the comparison with other systems, we see that the proposed topic-base system has better recall rate of search results.

  • Cloud BIM, which incorporates cloud computing technology and BIM technology, is increasingly used in construction. In particular, the recent trend of cloud services in IT field is to provide customized cloud services according to the characteristics of users. These changes are also linked to the cloud BIM, which is emerging in the construction industry. However, cloud BIM researches and commercial technologies that are currently underway do not reflect these trends, and they provide services through generalized management functions in construction projects. In order to solve these problems, a new type of customized cloud BIM service is needed that can provide cloud services by reflecting the characteristics of the project, customization based on the user's work, and providing the knowledge service. Therefore, this study aims to derive the system requirement function that should be preceded for implementing the customized cloud BIM service, and the target project is selected as the medical facility.
