This study makes a general view of human-, natural environment, actual condition of use, management and administration of Sissinghurst castle garden and proposes the following directions for our model of herb industry, herb garden plan with the analysed results. 1) The location of herb garden should be selected at a place where Is close to scenic spots, sight-seeing place or big city and conveniently situated, 2) For the basic design of herb garden, the ecological features, human -, natural environment should be analysed and for the implementation of the plan, it should have variety and coordination to give the pleasure and appreciation to the users. 3) For the plan of herb garden, time limit system and number limit admission have to be introduced by calculating carrying capacity so that the user can have a comfortable atmosphere and the garden should be environment - friendly.

The principal objective of a sampling plan is to make efficient use of the budget allocated and to obtain as precise an estimate of a population parameter as possible. In order to estimate the proportion of defectives produced or to determine some measure of product Quality, it is necessary to select random samples which represent a population parameter of the process. In this case, the two stage sampling is more efficient and convenient than simple random sampling. Therefore this paper aims to propose the design procedures of two stage sampling plan to obtain a representative samples in considering the sampling precision under the restricted sampling unspection cost.

This paper proposed an effect analysis method that meets the characteristics and purposes of the revitalization project for old industrial complexes, and quantified the economical effects about the project in Jeollabuk-do by case analysis. The problems on the existing effect analysis about revitalization project for old industrial complexes, estimated as transportation benefits on the main entrance roads plan and the increased rent benefits on the internal roads and other plans, were examined. In addition, the land use plan ratio on the old industrial complexes compared to the averages, and the surveys to the residential company were conducted. And this paper finally proposed an effect analysis methodology for the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in consideration of the increase in the operation rate and the added values through the conversion to high value-added industrial sectors. It was analyzed that new value added of KRW 743,278 million can be generated for next 30 years when the revitalization project for old Industrial Complexes in Jeollabuk-do is implemented.

Foodservice industry serves enormous volumes of food each day, yet they rely on what might be the most poorly educated, most transient, and youngest work force in the whole food industry. These individuals handle every meal or item which is served. It is a situation ripe for problems, problems which are all too real. HACCP system is a preventive approach stages where loss of control could present a food safety risk in a food service operation. But it is very difficult to using HACCP Plan. The objective of this study was to develop a HACCP Plan using Six Sigma Methodology. This new HACCP Model from this study will be left to the each operation to develop for themselves. This means that foodservice industry operations should modify new HACCP Model provided in this study to establish their own HACCP system for use in their own operations.

Knowledge has been considered one of the important elements that determine our future. Competitive power of an enterprise has also been transformed from labor, capital, and technology-oriented to knowledge-oriented. Current construction environment is experiencing overall decrease of number of construction contracts due to opening of domestic construction market and economic slump, problems on methods of receiving orders/bidding, and change of costumers' attitude, which intensify competition, therefore many companies consider adopting knowledge management to secure their competitive power. However, there are difficulties in adopting knowledge management and increasing the use by establishing management plan, Performance Measurement, and knowledge maintenance system in reality. Therefore, this study is to provide assistance to successful realization of knowledge management by suggesting development plan of knowledge management that enables knowledge management more efficient with certain goals.

This study investigates the factors affecting behavioral intention of professors and students at universities to use academic libraries in a hybrid library environment where a traditional physical library is combined with a digital library that is centered on online information use. The structural relationships among factors were also analyzed in this study by utilizing a combined behavioural model which was based on TPB and TAM. This study identified users' intention to use academic libraries according to changes in the use environment, and the findings of this study bring a valuable meaning to library administrators for setting up the strategic plan for the future of academic libraries. The results of this study imply that academic libraries should strategically setup an effective and efficient operating plan based on awareness, attention and cooperation, in order to survive as well as to accomplish balanced growth in rapidly changing environment.

Purposes: This study has the purpose to the improvement of health promotion for local residents through delivery of high-quality medical service by improving imbalance of medical use and seeking an improvement plan for accessibility of effective medical service by understanding the pattern of medical use by region. Methodology: As for the method, this study derived results at the significance level of p<0.05 through chi square test(χ² test) and Generalized Estimating Equation(GEE) SAS 9.4 version by using the data of the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing 2018. Findings: Study results show that local residents use medical service such as hospitalization care and outpatient visit more as compared to the residents in Gyeonggi-do/large or medium-sized cities. The more the number of chronic disease, the more they select hospitalization care rather than outpatient visit. Results also show that patients engaged in labour tend to select outpatient treatment rather than hospitalization treatment. Meanwhile, severity of disease turned out to be higher amongst medical care beneficiaries than that of national health insurance patients when comparing the types of medical security. Practical Implications: In stead of solving the problem of the difference in medical use by region from the aspect of income and economic level, an integrative solution shall be provided putting viewpoint on the social phenomenon suited to the changes of the times. This study suggests a plan for using a health and medical community care center that acts as a gate keeper of regional medical service.

In this study, we looked at how to preserve and use the Yibugok earthen fortification ruin in Sangju, which has recently been actively investigated and researched. Now that the coronavirus pandemic has become a reality, a utilization plan using local historical and cultural resources can be the starting point for regional revitalization. To this end, this study first reviewed the historical value of the Sangju Yibugok earthen fortification. The historical and cultural resource value of the fortification was reviewed in recent archaeological achievements along with the results of existing literature research, and distortion in its utilization was avoided. Next, an analysis of the perception of the demand class and local residents, the subject of utilization, was conducted with visitor statistics and surveys. This is because empathy for historical and cultural resources by the demand class and local residents, who are the main agents of utilization, is the most important factor in the use of cultural assets. Based on the theoretical review presented above, the use cases of ancient fortification ruins were examined in the last chapter 4, and a utilization plan for the fortification was presented focusing on empathy. This study was conducted with a focus on the historical value of the use of the fortification ruins, the empathy of the demand class, and the public. In order to overcome the crisis in Sangju, a high-risk area due to population decline, various measures must be proposed, and establishing historical and cultural identity at the center of Sabeolguk and enhancing its image through various utilization measures can be one of the alternatives.

The purpose of this study is to apply land use planning model (LUPM) to a test village. The LUPM was tested to Uhang village, Ucheon-myeon, Gangwon-do, and its parameters calibrated by land use data from 1973 to 1980. When two test cases were considered of its extended built areas of 10,600㎡ from 1980 to 1985 and 51,300㎡ from 1985 to 1992, there was good similarities between simulated and observed results with R$^2$ being more than 0.95. Land use transfer patterns to residential use could be very similarly simulated from LUPM when comparing the observed patterns, so, LUPM can be applied to the comprehensive simulation of land use change due to the village growth.
