  • 모바일 간편 결제란 모바일을 통해 재화, 서비스 이용에 관련된 결제를 처리하는 것을 의미한다. 모바일 접속자가 늘어나고 모바일 채널로 구매하는 사용자 규모가 커짐에 따라 모바일 간편 결제 시장은 지속적으로 성장되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년을 대상으로 모바일 간편 결제에 대한 이용 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 정보기술에 대한 개인혁신성과 현금 결제 습관을 사용자의 개인적 속성으로, 사용자가 인지하고 있는 위험성과 상대적 이점을 지각된 신념으로 보고 모바일 간편 결제 이용에 대한 청소년들의 인식을 연구하고자 한다. 대부분의 학생들이 온라인/모바일 쇼핑을 통해 모바일 간편 결제를 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적 이점이 있다고 높게 생각하고 있고, 현금 사용에 대한 습관 역시 높게 나타났다.

A Study on the Intention to Use Personal Financial Product Recommendation MyData Service (금융상품 비교/추천 마이데이터 서비스 이용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • With the revision of the Data 3 Act, the financial MyData industry was created newly. MyData services collect the financial customers' data scattered in various financial companies and provide personalized services such as personal financial product recommendation, personal expenditure advice, etc. Although MyData service started in 2022, but the use of the service has not been significantly activated. This study attempted to analyze the factors affecting the use of MyData services from the perspective of financial consumers through VAM, UTAUT2 model. The factors related to the perceived value and intention to use MyData services of financial consumers were verified using benefit and sacrifice variables. Personal Innovativeness was used as a moderating variable. As a result of this study, it was found that personal product recommendation service has an important influence on the use of MyData services, and personal innovativeness has an effect as a modulating variable. It can be said that it is meaningful as a preceding study in terms of timing because it studied the perceived value of consumers less than a year after the MyData service began. From the practical perspectives, it was possible to show the change direction and marketing points of the MyData service. In practice, it was possible to confirm the direction of the service and the marketing point.

  • The objective of this study is to pay attention to the personal media environment that is in the center of rapid changes in the media industry, to especially explore the activity area of one-person or minority media creators who lead the mobile media environment that could be connected, watched, and produced anywhere, and to closely examine the mutual ecosystem between creators and viewers. Especially, paying attention to the recommendation service YouTube provides, for example, based on the big data algorithm related to users' habitual use, when users' data used are provided more, the users face the advanced service, this study aimed to examine the effects of recommendation service on the formation of trust between user and producer, user flow, and subscription intention, and also to demonstrate the process of forming this mutual relation through concrete data. In the conclusion, implications that can be inferred based on the research results and suggestions for further research in the future were presented.

  • Mobile marketing is a brand new phenomenon. In Malaysia, marketeers do not seem to understand well enough the perceptions of consumers according to mobile marketing, especially to the mobile service users. This study analyses and evaluates any significant relationship between consumer perceptions and intentions with respect to mobile marketing, and seeks to determine the expectations, preferences, pattern and usage of the consumers of Mobile Marketing Product and Service (MMP&S). The data was obtained by convenience sampling in the big cities of Malaysia. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and a sample of 112 usable questionnaires was selected. The result of this research applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) point to the fact that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived innovative, social influence have a direct positive relationship with the intention to use mobile marketing. This, in turn, can shed light on the main factors determining consumer intentions to use mobile marketing that may control consumer adoption of mobile marketing.

  • The government is pursuing plans to create new e-government services. In terms of improving business procedures, dBrain (finance), e-people (personnel), and Onnara (electronic payment and business management) have achieved considerable results, and are currently making efforts to improve existing administrative services using newly emerged ICT. Among them, this paper attempted to study whether self-learning-based intelligent administrative services are efficient in the work process of public officials promoting actual work and affect their continued use. Based on individual perceptions and attitudes toward advanced ICTs such as AI, big data, and blockchain, public officials' influences on administrative services were identified and verified using UTAUT variables. They believe that the establishment and introduction of innovative administrative services can be used more efficiently, and they have high expectations for the use and provision of services as ICT develops. In the future, a model will be also applied to citizens

Why Do Laggards Resist the IT Adoption in Public Service? : A Case of Expressway Hi-Pass System (공공서비스 IT수용에 대한 사용자 저항요인 : 고속도로 하이패스시스템 사례)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is (1) to empirically examine why laggards resist IT adoption in public service and (2) to investigate the relationship between resistance and negative behavioral intention. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted on expressway users who do not use High-pass system. The collected 232 samples were analyzed using structure equation model method with AMOS 22.0. Results: Resistance is found to be a statistically significant factor affecting intention to reject. Also, incompatibility, privacy concern, status quo inertia and relative advantage are found to be statistically significant factors affecting resistance. Conclusion: Laggards have a tendency to intend to reject IT adoption rather than to postpone. They are affected not by monetary, procedural aspect associated with purchasing or registering OBU(On Board Unit). Incompatibility and relative advantage which are inherent attributes of Hi-pass system are more influential factors than privacy concern and status quo inertia. They make ethical and emotional decision partially affected by public-social factors.

  • 한국 농업·농촌의 고령화 현상과 농업인구의 감소가 점차 심화됨에 따라 귀농·귀촌을 통한 인구 유입이 절실한 상황이다. 이를 위해서 귀농·귀촌 희망자가 의사결정 시에 도움을 받을 수 있는 귀농·귀촌 통합플랫폼을 구축 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 빅데이터기반 귀농·귀촌 통합플랫폼 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하여 실제 플랫폼 구축 시 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 온라인 커뮤니티는 사용자들의 상호작용을 기반으로 생성된 컨텐츠(member-generated content)를 그 핵심가치로 제시하고 있으며, 이용자들은 소통의 장으로써 온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 정보획득, 교육자료 공유 등 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 최근 2년 페이스북과 카카오스토리, 밴드 등과 같은 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 이용자 수가 감소한 반면, 온라인 커뮤니티만 상승세를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여자고등학생들을 대상으로 고등학생들의 온라인커뮤니티 이용 실태와 이용하는 의도를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 정보품질, 커뮤니티 정보의 신뢰성, 학습 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 자아존중감 혜택, 쾌락적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 지속사용의도와 관련된 설문을 실시하였다.

  • 4차 산업혁명시대가 도래함에 따라 해운항만기업에서 4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 ICT를 활용하기 위한 노력이 다양하게 전개되고 있다. 특히 해운항만물류분야에서는 IoT센서가 만들어내는 다양한 데이터를 분석하여 도출된 인사이트를 기반으로 업무효율성을 높이고자 빅데이터분석 기법을 적용하기 시작하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해운항만기업들 중 빅데이터분석을 도입해서 활용하고 있거나, 빅데이터를 업무에 활용하기 위해 도입의도를 가지고 있는 기업의 종사자들을 대상으로 어떤 요인들이 빅데이터 사용의도를 높여주는 지에 대하여 실증분석.

An Empirical Analysis on the Persistent Usage Intention of Chinese Personal Cloud Service (개인용 클라우드 서비스에 대한 중국 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 실증 연구)

  • With the rapid development of information technology, the ways of usage have changed drastically. The ways and efficiency of traditional service application to data processing already could not satisfy the requirements of modern users. Nowadays, users have already understood the importance of data. Therefore, the processing and saving of big data have become the main research of the Internet service company. In China, with the rise and explosion of 115 Cloud leads to other technology companies have began to join the battle of cloud services market. Although currently Chinese cloud services are still mainly dominated by cloud storage service, the series of service contents based on cloud storage service have been affirmed by users, and users willing to try these new ways of services. Thus, how to let users to keep using cloud services has become a topic that worth for exploring and researching. The academia often uses the TAM model with statistical analysis to analyze and check the attitude of users in using the system. However, the basic TAM model obviously already could not satisfy the increasing scale of system. Therefore, the appropriate expansion and adjustment to the TAM model (i. e. TAM2 or TAM3) are very necessary. This study has used the status of Chinese internet users and the related researches in other areas in order to expand and improve the TAM model by adding the brand influence, hardware environment and external environments to fulfill the purpose of this study. Based on the research model, the questionnaires were developed and online survey was conducted targeting the cloud services users of four Chinese main cities. Data were obtained from 210 respondents were used for analysis to validate the research model. The analysis results show that the external factors which are service contents, and brand influence have a positive influence to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, the external factor hardware environment only has a positive influence to the factor of perceived ease of use. Furthermore, the perceived security factor that is influenced by brand influence has a positive influence persistent intention to use. Persistent intention to use also was influenced by the perceived usefulness and persistent intention to use was influenced by the perceived ease of use. Finally, this research analyzed external variables' attributes using other perspective and tried to explain the attributes. It presents Chinese cloud service users are more interested in fundamental cloud services than extended services. In private cloud services, both of increased user size and cooperation among companies are important in the study. This study presents useful opinions for the purpose of strengthening attitude for private cloud service users can use this service persistently. Overall, it can be summarized by considering the all three external factors could make Chinese users keep using the personal could services. In addition, the results of this study can provide strong references to technology companies including cloud service provider, internet service provider, and smart phone service provider which are main clients are Chinese users.
