우리나라의 급속한 산업화는 도시침수, 하천 건천화, 지하수 고갈, 수질오염 등의 많은 문제를 야기하였으며, 최근 이에 대한 대안으로 저영향개발 기법이 제시되고 있다. 저영향개발 기법은 도시의 불투수 면적을 줄이고 녹지면적을 확보하여 자연 상태의 물순환체계를 구축하기 위한 도시개발 기법이다. 이에 본 연구는 토지이용계획 단계에서 적용가능한 저영향 개발 설계기술을 개발하고 비점오염 저감효과를 정량적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였으며 구체적으로는 토지이용계획 단계에서 적용가능한 저영향개발 설계요소를 도출하고 실제 대상지에 적용, 비점오염 저감효과를 LIDMOD2 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 기존 토지이용계획안에 비해 저영향개발을 적용한 토지이용계획안의 경우 불투수율과 연간 표면 유출량은 각각 19.8%, 19.0% 감소하고, 연간 침투량은 164.1% 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 비점오염 발생량의 경우 T-N, T-P, BOD 모두 18.7~22.8% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 저영향개발을 적용한 토지이용계획안은 기존 토지 이용계획안에 비해 각 용도별 연면적 변화 없이도 비점오염 저감효과가 상당히 큰 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 비점오염 저감효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 기존 LID시설 위주의 계획에서 나아가 토지이용계획 단계에서부터 저영향 개발기법을 적용하여 관련 계획을 수립할 필요가 있다.

국내 정보통신 기술의 위상이 추격형에서 선도형으로 변화함에 따라, 신기술과 신시장을 창조하기 위한 원천기술 및 지식재산권 확보가 무엇보다 중요하고, 동시에 상용화의 수준을 높이는 기술개발이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 과제 기획단계에서 창의적 현식적인 아이디어가 연구과제로 채택되어 성공적으로 수행될 수 있도록 과제의 가치 및 기능에 대한 공감대 형성을 위한 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 요구사항 추출에 사용된 유스케이스 작성 방법들을 분석하여 창의적 혁신적 과제에 적용할 수 있는 유스케이스 작성 방안을 제시하고, 이를 LASA 디스플레이 개발 과제에 적용하여 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. 향후에도, 새로운 기술 개발 에 대한 요구가 점증할 것으로 예상됨으로 지속적으로 유스케이스 발굴 방안에 대한 연구가 이루어 져야하고, 보다 정형화 되고 단계간의 연계가 논리적으로 이루어 질 수 있는 방법론에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그리고 작성된 유스케이스 간의 연계 분석 방안 및 논리적 근거 제시 방안에 대한 방법론이 요구된다.

Object-oriented development methodologies require consistent and seamless object-oriented paradigm to be applied from analysis to testing. Testing must focuses on the state of aggregated objects. This paper suggests testing methods that satisfy such requirements. In order to confirm appropriate implementation of the user requirements, the methods apply extended use case[Jacobson et al., 1992] that are prepared form analysis stage. Testing must be performed based on the use cases because the user requirements are formally documented in the use cases. The notations of the original use case are modified for the state-based testings. The testing methods consist of a unit testing and four-level of integration testing. Particularly, the level 0 testing is based on FREE state machine [Binder, 1995, 1996]. The testing methods have been applied to 3 projects and proved their practicability.

The Urban Transit Standardization Program has been supported by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. The Program consists of dozen or more projects and thus is quite complex, which implies that the program success heavily depends upon the effective management of various artifacts during the development. Particularly, in the complex systems development, developing and managing requirements is very important throughout the whole system life cycle. The requirements can be the basis of the design changes to be made later as well as the test and evaluation to be performed in the subsequent stages of the systems development. As such, the derivation of the system's requirement based on the needs from the customers, or stakeholder in a broad sense must be done properly. In particular, notice that the system is being developed but the system requirements are not fully available for some reasons. To complement this situation is the purpose of the study. To derive proper requirements effectively in the process of development, this paper proposes to draw up scenario using the output of the system under development and to utilize the use case diagrams and operational scenarios.

도시의 외연적 확산은 도시 주변부의 농지나 녹지지역을 도시적 용도로 전환시킨다. 도시주변부의 개발은 도시기반시설의 설치비용 및 교통비용 등 여러 가지 사회적 비용을 수반한다. 도시의 확산과정에서 새롭게 개발되는 도시 주변부의 개발특징을 파악하고 이를 합리적으로 관리하는 것은 지속가능한 도시발전을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구는 대구광역시를 대상으로 1990년과 2000년 사이 도시주변부의 신개발지를 대상으로 위성영상, 토지관리정보시스템, 인구 및 주택총조사 자료 등을 GIS로 구축 활용하여 토지이용전환에 영향을 주는 요인, 토지이용현황 및 공간적 분포, 개발 밀도 등을 중심으로 개발특성을 도출하였다. 분석결과 대구광역시의 도시지역의 확장은 주거지 개발이 주도한 가운데 지역에 따라 산업단지 및 유통단지 등의 형태로 토지이용의 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 도시개발의 입지, 규모, 밀도 등의 도시성장관리에 필수적인 다양하고 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

With the development of information and Internet technology, traditional museums have been long followed the trend of integrating innovative technological elements into the changed museums. It is necessary that the museums seize the opportunity of the trend transforming into smart museums, the key is to grasp the characteristics and laws of the Internet era, and use Internet thinking to explore the future development path. However, there are few studies on Internet thinking among the existing results. On the other hand, most of the relevant actual case studies still focus on the micro-level, which has obvious limitations. This paper will start from the current situation and trend, focus on the Palace Museum as a case study object, and discuss the problems and characteristics, so as to put forward the thinking about the development of smart museums in four aspects to explore the optimal path of transformation for smart museums.

The primary purposes of this study are to identify the characteristics of land development in urban area through GIS and remote sensing techniques and to provide useful implications for urban spatial policy. To perform these tasks, Daegu metropolitan city and its vicinities were selected as a study area, and remote sensing data and attributed data were collected, organized and analyzed. This study focuses on the following three steps. First, it identifies the characteristics of land development in urban areas by utilizing multi-temporal satellite image data (Landsat TM, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000 and 2005). Second, it tries to find an answer on a critical question concerning land use conversion, i.e., which land use leads expansion of urban area? Third, it derives implications for urban spatial policies based on these findings. The characteristics of the urban extents tell us that the main land use converted into urban use from non-urban uses is green areas. The public sector, central and local governments, leads the land use conversions of suburban lands as exclusive legal body to issue permission of land use change. Based on these findings, this study concludes that the more systematic and technically advanced management tools should be utilized for more effective spatial management for urban growth.

예를 들어, 옥션에서 실시하고 있는 경매 서비스가 타 쇼핑몰과 비교할 때 우위성을 토대로 사업을 강화시키고 발전시켜 나갈 경우에 국내 인터넷 비즈니스에서 가장 강력한 모델이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 현재까지 옥션은 인터넷 경매시장에서 확고 부동한 선두자의 자리를 취하고 있으며 수수료 수입이 거래 규모와 비례하는 관계를 보이고 있다. 또한 향후경매 인구확대 및 시장규모 증대시 옥션의 수익 증가가 추가적으로 이루어질 전망이다. 이와 같은 인터넷 상거래와 네트워킹 마케팅이 결합될 경우 유통 및 소비혁명을 이루어갈 것으로 예상된다.

A brief review of literature on the incidence, etiology and-development, symptomatology, diagnosis, and treatment of the lingual thyroid was done.

There are many attempts to develop rural areas by the use of local resources. Local industrialization is a well-known means to found industrialization by the local people using specialized local resources. However, there are many difficulties local people face in the industrialization of these local resources. This is mainly due to local people's lack of experience and knowledge in the development of these resources and the foundation of industrialization in these rural areas require further assistant. This thesis intends to examine the local conditions in order to represent the possibilities and limitations of the industrialization in the use of local resources, Gokseong cotton. We will further suggest various methods & means of these applications and illustrate the efficient approach to development scheme.
