This research which applied with Uses and Gratification Theory tried the comparative analysis between internet purchasers and internet non-purchasers by the user's motivation, attitudes, and behavior in Mongolia, By utilizing the two-group discriminant analysis method, which tested the hypotheses of this study. In Internet Market of Mongolia, This research classifies all internet consumers into internet purchasers, and non-internet purchasers and examines the differences in motivations, behaviors, and attitudes between the two groups; based on the assumption that these two groups have different needs and expectations while using the internet. The two group discriminant analysis was conducted to identify a lot of differences between the two groups. Research results show that important differences are found in motivations for using the Internet, attitudes toward the Internet, amount of Internet usage, and frequency of visiting a certain type of Web site. In the practical aspect, This result provides an understanding of the Mongolia Internet shopping, also it could give some valuable implication for the Internet company marketers who are trying to find out how to penetrate into Mongolia internet market.

For the decreasing of switching loss, this paper designs the improved buck converter circuit and then compare with the conventional buck converter and finally analyzes the performance. When the switch is turn-off, in the buck converter using the smoothing capacitor, the flow of transient current and peak voltage having the high frequency components was generated because of the instantaneous open-state in the teminals of the switch. However, the buck converter presented in this paper eliminated this disadvantage by using the L-C circuit. Therefore, the higher PF in 0.85 is achieved than that of the buck converter using the smoothing capacitor. Also, due to the decreasing of the harmonic contain rate, the current usage rate is to be higher than that of the conventional buck converter by 4.48dB and the output voltage varient rate for the step response is to be lower 1.32 times than that of the conventional buck converter.

Due to the high cost of constructing anechoic chamber, the multi-usage of a chamber in various applications is very effective in terms of cost as well as space. In this paper, we describe an anechoic chamber currently used at SK Telecom in Korea. This is designed for the measurements of both far/near field antenna and EMC/EMI in the identical chamber. This anechoic chamber and measurement system support antenna test in the frequency range of 150 MHz to 40 GHz and meet the requirement of ANSI C63.4 and CISPR 16.1 for EMC/EMI.

This paper proposes a robust direct adaptive control system implementation using a 80286 microprocessor-based system for controlling the speed of a DC servo motor. In this paper, assuming that the unmodeled dynamics of the plant are sufficiently small in the low-frequency range, the plant as linear time-invariant system is the second relative degree, we construct the direct adaptive control system with the algorithm considering plant unmodeled dynamics and execute the experiment, and compare the characteristics with those of PI algorithm's. It shows that an easy implementation of the built controller is due to the usage of software for the algorithm.

The purpose of this study was to construct fashion banner advertising strategy. For this purpose, the following hypotheses were set up : (a) analyze the present state of the fashion banner advertising, (b) examine whether it is any difference of the fashion banner advertising by their demographic variables, media using groups, clothing involvement and brand loyalty. A sample of 553 people in the age group 16-34s living in Seoul were selected from internet users. The data were analysed with Frequency, Percentage, ANOVA. Duncan test by using SPSS Package. The results of this research were as follows : First, fashion banner advertising took the first step. there was small in number. Second, it was found that the attitude of fashion banner advertising had some difference depending on their demographic variables, media usage groups, clothing involvement and brand royalty. Female in lower age groups were greater interests in illustrated/inquisitive fashion banner advertising. And high involvement groups preferred the fashion banner advertising.

Effective management of knowledge is essential to keep up with demands of this challenging information age. The first step for this kind of management would be to define indicators to evaluate the quality of knowledge. In this paper, we use five latent variables (intrinsic quality, representational quality, ease of use of quality, maintainable quality, usage of quality) as basis for a preliminary path analysis for knowledge management. Preliminary study results showed that high intrinsic quality does not necessarily guarantee high frequency of use. A modified questionnaire is made and is used for SERVQUAL. The result of SERVQUAL shows that customers are not relatively happy about both intrinsic quality and its ease of use. Additional path analyses are done for both expected and observed quality indicators. The path model based on the expectation indicated that the presentation method of knowledge would induce its easy maintenance while that based on observation did not back up the same phenomenon.

To apply easily the K-RBI program in domestic industries, an implemental procedure for K-RBI program was prepared. The K-RBI program had been developed, based on API-581 BRD. Therefore, through the usage of the developed K-RBI program and the implemental procedure, industries would have a benefit from reduced costs by modifying a frequency of an inspection efficiently. Also, the reliability of facilities would be maximized through improvement of an inspection method for facilities, considering its risk.

Stage lighting plays a significant role in drawing out the mood and images that are intended by the choreographer. It is related to the dancers' movements and affects them both directly and indirectly. This study is on a reciprocal relationship between dance choreography and stage lighting, covering a broad range of functional factors of lighting effects on the dance choreography. Also, the data on preferred lighting colours and their frequency of usage are gathered through surveys by lighting specialists. The data is used to identify the lighting colour in general dance choreography. It is collected to serve the purpose of providing opportunities to acknowledge the needs of various colour changes on the stage. It is hoped that a collaboration of studies related in this subject are continuously promoted and researched in producing high quality dance performances.

본 논문은 지상파 DMB에서 각 서비스 사업자들을 위해 이미 할당된 주파수 블록(block)들간 가드밴드내에 신규 블록을 추가로 할당함으로써 주파수 이용 효율을 높이기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문은 특히 6 MHz TV 대역내에 이미 할당되어 서비스 중인 현재의 지상파 DMB 서비스와 역방향 호환성을 유지하면서 주파수 가드밴드 영역을 최대한 활용하기 위해, 종래의 송신 시스템에 새로운 서브캐리어를 삽입하고 단일 6MHz 주파수 대역의 전송신호를 생성하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서의 제안한 방법을 활용하면, 서비스 사업자 입장에서는 가변적인 주파수 대역폭 이용을 통해 좀 더 다양한 서비스 모델을 구상할 수 있고, 사용자 측면에서는 단말 상황에 따라서 기본적인 서비스부터 고품질의 모바일 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공받을 수 있을 것이다.

Local names of weedy melons, growing as wild-ecotype along the southern and western coasts, and around Jeju island in Korea were collected. The collected local names ranked in frequency in descending order of Gaetongchamoe, Jurae, Juloe, Toloe, Joronge, Jureongge, Tongoe, Jorange, Dolchamoe, Tongchamoe, Ganjeolgui, and Jwibangulchamoe. Gaetongchamoe, Juloe, Toloe, Jureongge, Tongoe, Jorange, Dolchamoe, Tongchamoe were the words derived from natural habitats of the weedy melons, and Jurae, Jorongge, Kare derived from usage as playing toys.
