외식업체 한우 이용 실태조사를 통한 저지방 부위 한우 이용 메뉴 개발 (Hanwoo Usage Survey and Menu Development using Lean Cut Hanwoo for Restaurants)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze Hanwoo usage in restaurants and to develop menus of lean cut Hanwoo. Restaurant served customers Hanwoo menus, with the exception of broiled or roasted meat, mainly to provide various menus to customers (4.14), due to customer needs (3.87) and utilizing stocks (3.59). On the other hand, the reason for not providing Hanwoo menus, with the exception of broiled or roasted meat was manpower shortage (3.63), lack of popularity (3.58), low profit (3.29), preservation of Hanwoos' original flavors (3.28) and complex cooking methods (3.22). Concomitantly, the restaurant owners' intentions to apply new menus with lean cut Hanwoo was 73.4%, showing an interest in developing new menus and recipes using lean cut Hanwoo suitable to the changing owner awareness of customer health and trends. This study has established a standard for developing cooking methods and developed menus according to classified recipes for lean cut Hanwoo, based on the survey of restaurants' current status of using Hanwoo and the owners' opinions. 20 menus using lean cut Hanwoo (rump or shank) were developed by $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ cooking experiments, and in-depth interview of experts-groups. Of these, 12 menus suitable for the restaurant were finally selected based on the results of consumer's evaluation using JARS. Structured recipe flow diagram and recipe instructions were developed for future semi-processed or processing foods. Diverse recipe methods using lean cut Hanwoo were obtained from the study, however aggressive public relations work is required for promoting the developed menus.

최근 국내 이동통신서비스 이용행태 분석 (An Empirical Study on the Subscribers' Usage and Attitude in the Korean Mobile Service Market)

  • The Korean mobile service market has persistently grown with the number of subscribers and volume of mobile traffic. It shows the slow diffusion of 5G subscribers, and rapid growth of both the MVNO(Mobile Virtual Network Operator) market and unlocked mobile phones. Therefore, this study derives the direction of telcos' strategies and policy implications by empirically analyzing the usage and attitude of LTE and 5G subscribers. Our major findings are as follows: First, our current mobile service subscription market constitutes most long-term customers for their incumbent carriers only by device change from lock-in with bundle services. Mobile tariffs, data speed, and benefits of bundle services are important factors affecting choices and customers' satisfaction with a provider and intentions of churning to another. Second, demand and satisfaction for using 5G are less because speeds and service tariffs act as pain points for 5G services. Third, the users' high preferences for MVNOs and unlocked mobile phones are linked to their subscription to MVNOs' low-cost plans with unlocked mobile phones on online channels. These streams lead to a big change in the market competition that MNO(Mobile Network Operator)s' market shares are expected to decrease and MVNOs' shares will be increased by two times, in the near future. Therefore, MNOs need to change their distribution strategies from offline to online channels and try to resolve the stereotype, "mobile tariffs are expensive," by enhancing their service values. Finally, as consumers prefer one-stop service in the same channel regardless of the distribution channel, policies should focus on the consumers' needs for convenience rather than on the channel separation for perfectly unlocked mobile phones.

  • Recently, as personal information utilization devices such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and wearable devices that focus on the individual have spread, privacy violations are also increasing. However, the privacy paradox of providing personal information to enjoy services while worrying is getting stronger. However, there are still preliminary studies on this. In this study, an intelligent home camera based on IoT technology was selected as a research object, and whether privacy paradox exists in the IoT environment, including smart home camera, was studied. To this end, the effect of perceived usefulness, a benefit factor of smart home camera use, and privacy concern, a risk factor, on intention to use was verified. In addition, it was investigated whether the relationship between privacy concerns and intention to use differs according to the presence or absence of use experience. In order to verify the research model, a survey was conducted with people with and without experience in using smart home cameras, and a total of 298 data samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that both perceived usefulness and privacy concerns had a positive effect on the intention to use, proving that privacy paradox exists in the IoT-based smart home camera environment. In addition, by analyzing the fact that privacy concerns have different effects on usage intentions depending on the user experience, it was verified that those with experience have a strong privacy paradox and those without experience have a weak privacy paradox. This study is meaningful because it seeks strategic implications to improve service and business performance by understanding the relationship between privacy attitudes and behaviors of IoT service providers, including smart home cameras.

도심항공교통(Urban Air Mobility) 운영 최적화 연구 동향에 관한 연구 (Research on Urban Air Mobility Operations Optimization Research Trends)

  • 우리나라 정부와 산업계는 도심항공교통(UAM) 서비스 상용화를 위한 로드맵을 제시하고 본격적으로 추진하고 있다. 본격적인 UAM 서비스의 도입을 위해서는 우수한 성능의 기체개발, 네트워크 거점과 회랑(corridor) 설계, 운영관리 최적화, 관련 법과 제도의 정비 등 해결해야 할 다양한 이슈를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 운영관리 최적화 측면에서 우리나라를 중심으로 분야별 연구 동향을 살펴보고 추후 해결해야 할 연구 주제를 정리하여 제시하고자 한다. 국내 연구자는 UAM 서비스 이용요금, 이용 의도와 수용 모델, 버티포트 위치선정을 중심으로 연구가 진행되고 있으나 향후에는 서비스 주문 수락(order acceptance), 항공기 재배치(repositioning), 배터리 충전과 유지보수(charging and maintenance) 스케쥴링 등의 운영 최적화 연구가 필요함을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 웹툰의 지속적 성장 전략을 이끌어 내기 위해 웹툰의 이용동기를 규명하고, 웹툰과 관련된 파생 문화 콘텐츠 상품 및 서비스, 즉 웹툰 기반 영화 관람의도, 웹툰 유료 전환시 구매의도, 웹툰 캐릭터 상품 구매의도를 예측해 내고자 했다. 특히 본 연구는 이용과 충족이론의 관점에서 웹툰 이용동기와 인간의 사회문화적 행동의 도를 예측하는데 유용성을 보이는 계획행동이론을 융합한 모델을 통해 웹툰 관련 행동의도 예측의 설명력을 확장해 내고자 했다. 분석결과 웹툰 이용동기는 정보 추구 동기, 오락 및 접근 용이성 동기, 웹툰의 장르적 특성 동기, 친구나 지인의 영향 동기, 현실도피 및 긴장해소 동기 등 5개로 나타났다. 웹툰 기반 영화 개봉시 관람의도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 웹툰 동기 중 웹툰의 장르적 특성 동기, 현실도피 및 긴장해소 동기, 계획행동이론의 3가지 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 웹툰 유료 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 웹툰 이용동기 중 정보 추구 동기, 오락 및 접근 용이성 동기, 웹툰의 장르적 특성 동기, 계획행동이론의 3가지 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 웹툰 기반 캐릭터 상품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 웹툰 이용동기 중 정보 추구 동기, 현실 도피 및 긴장해소 동기, 계획행동이론 변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 웹툰의 지속적 성장을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 수행했다.

  • 소셜 네트워크를 활용한 웹 사이트(SNS)의 사용이 광범위해짐에 따라 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 영향력이 점차적으로 증가하고 있다. 한국을 비롯한 다양한 국가에서의 SNS 사용이 증가하고 있으며 필리핀 역시 급격한 SNS 사용량과 행태적 변화를 보이고 있다. 특히, 필리핀의 경우 Friendster에서 Facebook으로의 사용자 전환이 매우 급격하게 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 온라인 커뮤니티와 다른 특성을 가진 SNS의 특성을 반영한 전환비용의 특성은 아직까지 명확하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 필리핀에서 SNS 간의 급격한 전환이 이루어진 상황을 바탕으로 SNS 간의 전환 의도에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 조사하고자 하였다. 소셜 네트워크 사이트를 사용 중인 필리핀 사용자들의 설문조사를 통하여 본 연구는 SNS 간의 전환비용에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변수들로 SNS에 대한 사용자의 만족, 대체 주목성, 사회적 영향력이 주요 요인으로 작용함을 확인하였다.

Debug Port Protection Mechanism for Secure Embedded Devices

  • In this paper we propose a protection mechanism for the debug port. While debug ports are useful tools for embedded device development and maintenance, they can also become potential attack tools for device hacking in case their usage is permitted to hackers with malicious intentions. The proposed approach prevents illicit use of debug ports by controlling access through user authentication, where the device generates and issues authentication token only to the server-authenticated users. An authentication token includes user access information which represents the user's permitted level of access and the maximum number of authentications allowed using the token. The device authenticates the user with the token and grants limited access based on the user's access level. The proposed approach improves the degree of overall security by removing the need to expose the device's secret key. Availability is also enhanced by not requiring server connection after the initial token generation and further by supporting flexible token transfer among predefined device groups. Low implementation cost is another benefit of the proposed approach, enabling it to be adopted to a wide range of environments in demand of debug port protection.

화장품 전성분 표시정보에 대한 소비자태도 및 활용의도에 관한 연구: 여성소비자를 대상으로 (A Study on the Consumer's Attitude and Utilization Intention toward Full Ingredient Lists for Cosmetics: For Female Consumers)

  • In an effort to protect consumers' rights to information and to promote their freedom of choice, the South Korean government has been enforcing a policy called the cosmetics full ingredients list system since 2008, which requires cosmetics manufacturers to list all of the ingredients used in their products. This policy aims to assist consumers in identifying the causes of possible side effects of cosmetic products. This study uses consumers' demographic information addition to their cosmetics purchase and usage characteristics to learn about consumers' attitudes and utilization intentions and the influence of information from the cosmetics full ingredients list. This study was conducted through a questionnaire based survey administered to women above the age of 20 years across South Korea who use cosmetic products. The questionnaire was distributed to 300 members on the panel of M Brain, an online research institute. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The level of knowledge on cosmetics' ingredients positively affected the consumers' attitude and utilization intention of information on the cosmetics full ingredients list. (2) The higher the utilization intention for information, the more often consumers checked the packaging of goods. This implies that habitual behavior, such as checking information, leads to increasing intention to utilize of new information. (3) The brand, as a decision-making factor, negatively affected consumers' attitudes regarding information.

  • Selling Environment is very important space in this era of sensitive consumption, which facilitates direct contacts with consumers. Interests of consumers in the 21st centuries, lie in the higher quality of life, and they wart to create their own lifestyle through purchasing of goods in the marketing environment. A company can hold dominant position in the changing marketing environment, in case it differentiate with other competing companies and keep consistencies of identity. Finishing materials of interior design elements, play an important role in making a visual images of department stores, and the usage of finishing materials transfers the images of department store to consumers This study aims to introduce theoretical backgrounds of interior materials composition, which provides important tools for decision of images of department stores, and also aims to propose design guidelines for interior finishing materials as an elements of visual marketing, through the case studies of major department stores. Depending on these intentions, present conditions of interior finishing materials are analyzed, and a fundamental planning directions of interior materials are proposed, as the strategic elements of a department visual marketing.

  • 기존 공항이용객들은 공항의 입출국시 출입국 심사관에게 직접 여권을 제시하여 출입국 심사를 받아왔다. 이런 기존 출입국 심사제도의 비효율성을 개선하기 위하여 인천국제공항은 자동출입국심사제도를 도입하여 공항이용객들이 간편하게 출입국 심사를 받을 수 있게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 인천국제공항의 자동출입국심사 시스템의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 파악하고, 이들 변수가 자동출입국심사 시스템의 지속적 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자동출입국심사 시스템의 사용의도를 파악하기 위하여 기술수용모형(Technology Acceptance Model)를 토대로 한 연구모형을 개발하였고, 구조방정식을 사용하여 중요변수들 간의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 자동출입국심사 시스템 사용인원의 증가를 위한 전략제시와 자동출입국심사 시스템의 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
