정보자원을 식별하는 식별기호는 관련분야 내에서와 관련분야간의 커뮤니케이션에 필수적인 도구가 된다. 이미 국제표준도서번호(ISBN)나 국제표준연속간행물번호(ISSN)는 도서와 연속간행물에 대한 식별 기호로서 널리 사용되고 있으며 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 네트워크 환경이 일반화되고 인터넷상에 존재하는 정보자원의 식별이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르면서 URI, RUN, URL, URC 등으로 이어지는 URx가 인터넷 정보자원의 식별과 검색을 위한 메타데이터로 활용되고 있다.

Tolerance education must be based on the fact that tolerance like democracy cannot be achieved once and for all. Students must learn to constantly watch political and cultural processes for negative developments. Tolerance for others' values and behaviour can be learnt by studying previous historiographical views. The basic attitude to be learnt is repect for other cultures - within one's own culture as well as foreign cultures.

최근 다양한 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기가 많아지면서 사용자는 하나의 미디어 콘텐츠를 자신이 보유한 여러 기기에서 공유하고자 하는 욕구가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 욕구는 N-스크린 서비스의 발전으로 이어지고 있는데, 현재 N-스크린 서비스를 위한 미디어 동기화 방식은 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 콘텐츠를 중지하고 새로운 기기로 전송하여 재생하는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기술은 다중 기기에서의 콘텐츠 동기화를 위해 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 미디어 콘텐츠의 URI 및 현재 재생 시점을 얻어온다. 얻어온 정보는 현재 재생 중인 기기와 새롭게 재생시킬 기기에 동시에 전송하여 여러 사람이 집 안 다른 공간에 있더라도 같은 미디어 콘텐츠를 다중 기기에서 재생할 수 있도록 한다. 동기화 기술은 UPnP를 기반으로 하는 DLNA 기술을 이용하였고 무선 홈 네트워크 시스템을 구축하여 테스트하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 국제표준 온톨로지 언어로 간주되고 있는 W3C의 웹 온톨로지 언어(OWL)와 ISO 토픽맵(Topic Map)의 핵심개념을 상세히 기술하고, 각 언어의 의미표현력에 대해서 비교분석하는 것이다. 본 논문의 구성은, 첫째 온톨로지의 기반을 이루고 있는 URI와 네임스페이스에 대해서 기술하는 것이고, 둘째 토픽맵의 핵심 개념인 토픽(Topic), 연계(Association), 어커런스(Occurrence) 등에 대한 상세한 설명을 제공하는 것이고, 셋째 토픽맵이 검색결과를 의미 있는 그룹으로 묶어서 보여 주어야 한다는 목록의 제2목적을 효율적으로 성취하는 방법에 대해서 기술하는 것이고, 마지막으로 토픽맵과 OWL의 의미표현력의 차이점에 대해서 상세하게 비교분석한 내용으로 되어 있다.

본 논문에서는 PPL(Product Placement)을 변경할 수 있는 위치기반 실시간 비디오 클립을 스트리밍하는 스마트 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 LTE 위치인식 기반의 GPS 좌표 값과 비콘 기술을 활용하여 Active Push형태로 사용자에게 촬영지의 드라마 영상을 제공한다. 또한 비디오 클립 내의 PPL 객체에 대한 사진, 동영상, 음악, URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) 형태의 DB를 구성하였다. 제안한 플랫폼에서는 비디오 클립 스트리밍 서비스 상황에서 PPL 객체 DB에 대한 인터액티브 태그 동기화를 통해 PPL 객체의 색깔과 모양을 변경할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안하는 플랫폼에서는 서비스 제공자의 요구에 따라 PPL 변경이 가능한 위치 기반 실시간 비디오 스트리밍을 가능하게 한다.

인터넷 사용자의 급격한 증가로 인하여 인터넷을 이용한 다양한 부가 서비스들이 창출되고 있으며, VoIP 관련 기술은 최근 들어 신속하게 시장의 뜨거운 흐름을 타면서 점차 논의의 대상을 넓혀, IETF 중앙으로 옮겨지고 있다. 이 분야의 강점은 시장의 빠른 변화와 요구에 발 맞추어진 기술들이 표준화 이슈로 논의되고, 이에 맞춰 해당 기술들이 RFC가 되기도 전에 발빠르게 상품으로 등장하여 기술의 실효성을 검증하고 있으며, 이 결과가 또 표준화 주제로 논의되는 그야말로 이상적인 표준화와 시장반영의 관계를 유지하고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 특성은 IETF내에서 SIP관련 WG들의 성장을 촉진하고 있으며, 이 분야의 WG들은 IETF내에서 가장 활발한 활동과 토의를 이루는 분야중의 하나로 급속하게 IETF의 중심으로 서고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 현재 IETF내에서 가장 활발한 활동을 진행하고 있는 이슈중에 하나인 SIP기반 프리젠스 및 인스턴트 메시징 서비스와 관련된 표준기술 동향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문은 지식 기반 정보유통 플랫폼 OntoFrame-K$^{(R)}$ 상에서 추론을 이용하여 연구자 간 협업 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 DBMS 기반 추론 서비스 OntoThink-K$^{(R)}$에 대해 기술한다. 본 추론 서비스는 URI 서버를 이용하여 RDF 트리플을 생성하고 추론 규칙에 의해 해당 트리플을 확장하며 SPARQL을 통해 질의 결과를 생성해낸다. 특히 이 모든 과정은 DBMS 기반으로 설계 구현되었는데 URI 서버와 성과 비성과 등록 인터페이스를 통해 별도의 추론 엔진을 사용하지 않고도 정합성이 보장되는 지식을 생성 관리할 수 있도록 하며, 불안정한 성능을 보이는 추론 엔진을 이용하지 않기 때문에 안정적인 성능을 보장할 수 있다는 데 그 특징이 있다. OntoThink-K$^{(R)}$는 온톨로지 스키마 트리플, 인스턴스 트리플, 그리고 전방 추론을 통해 획득한 추가 트리플을 포함하는 확장 트리플을 기반 지식으로 하는데, 최종 사용되는 RDF 트리플의 크기는 지식 확장 이전 631,158개, 지식 확장 이후 1,112,100개이다.

Objectives To grasp the trend of constitution medical industry related to the metabolic disorders by analyzing the web resource.Methods Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "http://web.search.naver.com".Results In the search area of news, blogs, cafes and knowledge-in, the number of searched pages retrieved by the word "constitution" was about 1.78 million. In the news 9760 cases of "obesity", 4046 cases of "hypertension" and 3253 cases of "diabetes" were searched. In Naver Web search Korean medicine clinics related to "constitution" were 24.3%. If we multiple 25.3% to 1000, the actual number of herbal hospitals, The constitution related to Korean medicine clinics is estimated to be approximately 3160 places. Among metabolic disorders, "Overweight", "Diabetes" and "Hypertension" were most frequently searched.Conclusions Constitutional industry related to metabolic diseases is very actively created on the internet in various areas. Among metabolic diseases, obesity, diabetes, hypertension were found with high frequency.

Objectives : This study is intended to establish the areas of use of the major effects of Coptidis Rhizoma-Evodiae Fructus Pair in the Prescriptions. Methods : Prescriptions that include both Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus have been selected with the use of programs offered by http://www.koreantk.com, http://youl.net/data . This study compared and analyzed the main effects of the selected prescriptions. Results : Prescriptions that work on upper digestive system tend to have Coptidis Rhizoma to Evodiae Fructus ratio of 2:1~10:1, and Prescriptions that work on lower digestive system tend to have ratio of 1:1. When Coptidis Rhizoma takes up 50% or more of the total dose of the prescriptions, these prescriptions tend to have major effect on the upper digestive system, and when it takes less than 50%, these tend to have major effect on the lower digestive system on the contrary. Conclusions : The prescriptions based on Coptidis Rhizoma-Evodiae Fructus Pair have a tendency to treat digestive problems caused by mass of fever in Liver-system. On this basis, further studies are expected to unveil the effectiveness of these prescriptions on adult diseases.
