According to the change of life environment and economic growth, the more city has highly developed, the more concentrated urban function. That is, city is required for adding infra structure. But, both of limited land resources and financial problems made it impossible to add infra structure. So, the necessity of multi-dimensional planning of urban infra structure was recognized. Especially, In Urban residential area, in order to secure parking area, It is on the increase that mixed-use of the playground of school in the high density area and the empty space of park. School and park is closely connected with town community, playing a central role on town life. For this reason, they are highly demanded for providing space in the urban residential area and also expected to be effective. However, people using park and school are almost young students and the elderly, it needs to consider not only the parking convenience also the safety of users in design process. In this study, we analysed the physical characteristics and the utilization of mixed-use of school and park. and then evaluated the case in the point of convenience and safety. For this, first we selected the case among the sites constructed in seoul, and divided 2type of 'slope type' and 'flatland type'. The meaning of this study is to suggest elementary standards for design in the point of multi-dimensional land use planning.

The purpose of this study is to find the main factor which influences the housing satisfaction of elderly who lives alone or with spouse and to make it sure that housing satisfaction is an important factor to life satisfaction of elderly. The specific purpose of this study is as follows; 1) How does the locus of control of elderly influence a housing satisfaction\ulcorner 2) How does the housing characteristics of elderly influence on the housing satisfaction and this relationship has any difference between urban and rural area. 3) Which variables influence upon the housing satisfaction and life satisfaction of elderly and how much do they influence \ulcorner The locus of control scale, housing satisfaction scale. life satisfaction scale were composed on the basis of precedent researches. For this study 202 elderly sho live in urban and rural area ere interviewed. To analyze the data, such as F-test, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Multiple regression analysis were used with SPSS program. The results are as follows; 1) The interrelation between locus of control and housing satisfaction is as follows. Namely , if he believes in his deeds and will rater than his fate, he feels more housing satisfaction. 2)the housing satisfaction of the elderly was found to be influenced by location, Namely, the elderly living in the urban area feels more housing satisfaction, especially he lives in apartment and unshared house. On the contrary, the elderly living in the rural area was not affected by housing type and the number of household who live together, The housing satisfaction of the elderly living in the rural area or the urban area equally influenced by the housing tenure, heating system, bathroom facility, flush toilet, and convenient service form the outside. 3) The main factoers which influence the housing satisfaction of the single household elderly are bathroom facility louse of control and income. When we concern about the location in urban area the housing satisfaction of the elderly were mainly influenced by income, but in the rural area, they were influenced by the service facility from the outside. As a Conclusion, the main factor which influenced life satisfaction of the elderly proved to be housing satisfaction inn both rural and urban area.

최근 급속한 도시확장과 지방자치제 실시 및 사회 전반의 민주화 추세로 국민 의식과 가치관이 다양한 방면으로 표출되고 있다. 이러한 사회적 환경변화 추세에 기존 수동적인 자료관리 체계만으로는 기대에 부흥하기 어려우므로 현행시설물 관리에만 주로 활용된 지형공간체계를 이용하여 관련정보를 유관기관과 연계하는 도시 종합관리체계를 구축 하므로서 방대한 도시민원업무와 도시의 효과적인 개발 및 유지 관리를 기대학 수 있다. 톤 연i'에서는 대상지를 선정하여 각종 도시 시설물 관리체계의 기본방향을 제시하는 단계와 각종 도시 시설물 관리를 종합한 유관기관의 통합도시 정보 체계를 구축하는 단계와 표출하는 단계로 구분하여 연구 대상지를 통한 도시 종합관리시스템의 한 모형을 제시하는 단계까지만 다루고자 한다.

본 연구는 국내에서 경쟁적으로 추진되고 있는 u-City 구축사업의 지원 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 선도적 기술개발을 목표로 진행되고 있는 지능형국토정보기술혁신사업의 일부 내용으로, 새로운 도시환경인 u-City에서의 도시지상시설물 관리 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 시설물관리시스템의 발전과정과 국내에서 추진되고 있는 u-City 사업들을 조사함으로써 u-City에서의 도시시설물관리시스템의 방향과 필수요소, 고려사항 등을 도출하였으며, 이를 근거로 u-City에 적합한 도시시설물 관리 모델을 제시하였다.

This paper is focused on implementing a real-time data acquisition system that checks power facility status by applying network based technology to Urban Transit substation power facilities and the results of its on-field tests. This system is composed of a sensor part, a measurement part, a transceiver part, a host computer, and a power source part. The system is designed to collect, save, analyze, and display the online state power facility AI (Analog Input). This system measures voltage and current from positive feeders and negative feeders where it is possible to check abnormalities of the substation‘s main power facilities. By monitoring abnormal data of the Urban Transit power facilities real-time and analyzing stored data, establishing procedures of optimized maintenance is possible.

The purpose of this study is to examine the transforming characteristics of village at the urban fringe, which are influenced by the urbanization. Three areas in the urban fringe are selected for the case study. The changed conditions in the spatial structure of those areas are reviewed through following factors : street system, an entrance of village, a boundary of village, community facility, development density, housing type, building use. The transforming characteristics are analyzed as a result of the research. In result, the community facility, development density, housing type and building use are changed largly in the transforming characteristics.

현재 우리나라는 '국가통합교통체계효율화법'을 통해 현 교통체계의 효율성, 통합성 및 연계성을 향상 시키고자 하고 있다. 그러나 어느 정도가 편리한 연계환승인지, 또 얼마나 이용자가 많아야 시설물의 용량이 초과인지에 대한 체계적인 연구와 근거가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 최근에 우리나라 인체 표준을 반영하여 인체타원 및 점유면적을 재산정하고 PME와 PWE를 개발하여 이를 토대로 도시철도 환승시설의 서비스수준 평가 모델을 제시하였다. 매표소와 자동발매기 이용자의 서비스수준을 결정하기 위해 대기행렬이론을 반영하여 서비스 수준을 결정하는 평가모델을 제시하였고, 환승보행시설간의 중요도를 AHP분석을 통해 산정하여 제시하였다. 실제 도시철도 5개역에 대한 현행 환승보행시설의 서비스 수준을 종합적으로 평가하여 비교, 평가하여 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of neighborhood sports activity facilities on the exercise time and subjective health level using the National Sport Participation Survey data(2013-2015) in Seoul, Korea. We conducted path analysis including exercise time, subjective health level and various environmental factors. From the survey data, we extracted individual's characteristics including subjective health and exercise time. In addition, we calculated physical environment variables of neighborhood units. The results of this study are as follow. First, most of moderating variables such as gender, age, income and job showed expected relationships with exercise time or subjective health level. Second, the perceived level regarding neighborhood sports facilities such as public sports facilities had a strong positive association with exercise time and subjective health level. Third, the area of public sports facility, neighborhood park and the number of schools had positive effects on the exercise time and subjective health level. Lastly, land use mix and the number of intersections showed a positive effects on exercise time. To sum up, the results indicated that public sports facility, neighborhood park and perceived environment on neighborhood sports facility are critical factors of residents' exercise time and subjective health level.

개별 도시철도역사의 불편성에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고는 있으나, 역사의 유형별 특성을 고려한 환승편의시설의 중요도(importance factor)에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형(SEM: Structural Equation Model)을 활용하여 도시철도역사의 유형(이용수요 및 승강장형태)에 따른 환승편의시설(이동편의시설, 정보제공시설 및 쾌적성 등)의 인과관계를 통계적으로 검증하고 도시철도역사의 유형별 환승편의시설에 대한 중요도 결정모형을 제시하였다. 도시철도역사의 유형별 중요도 분석결과 대형급 역사이면서 섬식과 상대식이 환승할 경우 정보안내시설, 이동편의시설위치 및 쾌적성의 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 중형급 역사이면서 상대식과 상대식이 환승할 경우 정보안내시설, 이동편의시설 및 쾌적성의 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.
