  • Smart city has effect toward its sustainability. Citizens should be viewed as co-creators of cities, not consumers. From this point of view, citizen responsibility and ethics should be emphasized. Now, Smart cities are becoming more important than ever. From now on, urban development is divided into two major categories. One side is the development based on smart city, and the other is urban development that revives the old city. As the city grows bigger and bigger, many problems arise and there are many problems. This tendency must become stronger in the future. But, Stones shall be dressed to exact size and shapes before being laid. Until now, No attempt has been made to declare about Citizen Spirit in Fourth Industrial Revolution. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order to become a leading country of Smart City, we must first complete the spiritual revolution. • This study is to explore the relationship between the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the environment using the big data methodology. We scrutinize the trend of the Fourth Industrial revolution, in association with the environment, and provide implications for a more desirable future environmental policy. The results show that the Industrial Revolution has been generally perceived as negative to environment before the 2010s, while it has been widely regarded as positive after the period. It is highly expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be capable of functioning as a new alternative to enhance the quality of the biophysical and social environment. This study justifies that the new wave of technological development may serve as a cure for the enhancement of the environmental quality. The positive linkage between the new technological development and the environment from this study clearly indicates that the environmental industry and environmental technologies will be key economic factors in the next-generation society. They should be of critical importance in shaping our cities into clearer and greener spaces, and people will continuously depend on the development of new environmental technologies in order to correct environmental damages.

  • To bridge the research gap in the area of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we explore the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies. The results show that the technologies have a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with company sales. The size of the correlation is highest for 3D printing (139%), followed by big data (129%), cloud computing (127%), artificial intelligence (78%), and the internet of things (70%). We also found a statistically significant negative (-) interaction effect between the internet of things and 3D printing, cloud computing and big data, and cloud computing and 3D printing when examining the interaction effect of introducing core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on company sales. This paper represents an early attempt to examine the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies and may serve as a basis for further empirical research.

  • The threads of this thesis are several theoretical issues of modern urban ideals. Modern architects and urban designers conceived their individual artifacts, which assumed to be laid out on the new settings totally different from the existing urban fabrics derived from inherently medieval ones. In the discussion of modern ideal society, the Industrial Revolution and the Enlightenment was a pivotal point. Innovations in technology and expanded living territories since the double revolution have been critical factors in the evolution of new ideas of urbanism. The tremendous success in science and technology led a way to the 'science-fiction' environment as a destined apocalyptic world. The dream, whether it was socialist or in any other believes, to a pastoral utopia beyond the capitalist society was represented through the ideal cities, which were modern versions of arcadia in the other approaches. Two sides of revolutionary ideas are presented as a futurist city and a garden city, which are on the separate notions but co-existed or overlapped in a single urban project such as in Le Corbusier urban schemes or even Tchumi's recent work, Parc de la Villette. Urban ideas in the twentieth century are based on urban naturalism, the notion of which was consistant from abbe Laugier to Le Corbusier, as well as machine aesthetics interpreted in terms of archeological research and modern technology.

  • Today's Fourth Industrial Revolution is now showing a huge trend that cannot be rejected or ignored. Historically, the Industrial Revolution has always had a significant impact on the function and form of cities, so it is very necessary for modern Christianity to establish the right cultural perspective in urban settings and seek ways to contribute socially in the public domain. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find the right role of Christianity in new urban spaces and structures based on the following three questions. First, what is a sustainable 'good' city in a new era? What are the principles and conditions of the 'good' city? Second, what is the relationship between the city and Christianity? Third, what role should Christianity in the city play for co-prosperity and community? In response to the third question, the study presented the following applications: First, it is necessary to restore and practice Christian civic culture. Second, Christianity should also take the lead in restoring morality in the market economy. Third, it is necessary to implement Christian values beyond caring and charity. Fourth, the church needs a role and cooperation as a civil society that restores humanity and faith.

  • The fourth industrial revolution technology focused on the fusion of infrastructure and various advanced technologies related city. Therefore, technical cooperation in various fields of research is essential. In order to activating the fourth industrial revolution technologies, it is necessary to research the state of technology in various fields. Consequently, this paper aims to analysis of domestic and foreign research trends on technology to the fourth industrial revolution using SNA and text mining for web site. We collected text, date data of research paper and report in web site for five years, that is, from January 1st in 2014 to December 31st in 2018. Next, we have deduced the major keywords in public data through analyzing the morphemes. Then we have analyzed the core and related keyword lists through an SNA. In Korea, the focus is on R&D and legal/institutional solution in relation to the fourth industrial revolution technology. On the other hand, in the case of foreign, there was focus on practical technologies for urban services in detail aspects.
