부산 연안의 경관관리제도 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Coastal Landscape Management Systems in Busan City)

  • 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 국내외 연안의 경관관리제도를 분석하였으며 먼저 연안의 경관관리에 앞서 가는 미국과 일본 연안도시에서 연안의 경관관리제도를 분석하였고 다음으로 우리나라 연안의 경관관리제도와 부산 연안의 경관관리제도의 현황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현행 관리체계 내에서 부산 연안의 경관관리제도 개선 방안을 제시하고 동시에 연안의 경관관리제도의 장기적인 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과 연안의 경관은 육지 경관과 바다 경관이 어우러져 구성되기 때문에 도시계획측면에서 보다는 연안관리차원에서 통합적인 관리가 필요하다 이를 위해 연안관리법을 기반으로 지역별로 연안경관관리조례를 만들어 구체적인 연안의 경관관리가 이루어져야 한다. 특히 연안의 경관 특성에 따라 연안경관관리지역을 설정하고 그 안에 경관보전지구, 경관회복지구, 경관계획지구를 두어 지구별로 관리하며 지역의 경관종합계획과 지구별 경관계획지침을 세워야 한다

  • Apartment houses, the representative type of urban housing, are becoming an important element in Korea urban landscape. In this regard, this study aims to consider landscape in view of city residents reflecting human's visual perceptual characteristic, and in line with this, the urban landscape of apartment houses viewed from the urban center main intersections has been embodied according to the physical components of the intersections, which was followed by preference survey of the city residents, and then based on this, the visual-perceptual characteristics were examined. The findings are as follows: 1. The findings gained from the average of the landscape types indicate that the city residents are more satisfied when the shielding by surrounding buildings is minimized, view securing is relatively good, the whole complex is clearly observed because of its proximity to the visual point, and the view of the complex is well recognized from the focus point. 2. The examination concerning the preferred factors positively evaluated in terms of architectural planning shows that when the complex view is changeable sophisticated, makes the residents feel comfortable with its stable, open plan, and it's in harmony with surroundings, such housing attracts the city residents. 3. In terms of architectural planning factors, it turned out that the complex is more preferred when the visibility of the complex and the scale of surrounding green space are in good condition, and such elements of the complex as the sky line, the overall shape, the elevation, variation of the shape and height are harmonious with one another.

경관단위분류를 통한 경관가치평가 및 경관계획적 활용 (Landscape Assessment and Landscape Planning based on Landscapetope Classification)

  • This study selected Nakdong River basin zone in Daegu as an example area to conduct landscapetope classification and aesthetic value assessment of landscape according to the classified landscapetope. The main result of this research can be summed up as following. First, the result of landscapetope type classification showed 28 types of landscapetope including complex residential area (AA), natural stream type with copious vegetation (BA), forest type centered on mixed forest of soft and hardwood (EB) along with 129 types of imputed specific landscapetope. The result of the total first assessment using B-VAT showed the first grade 10 types, II grade 4 types, III grade6 types, IV grade 3 types, 5 types for V grade with the lowest value. The second assessment conducted toward the landscapetope types with the grade higher than the average (including III grade) in the result of the first assessment showed that there are 66 spaces for the sites (1a, 1b) with special meaning for aesthetic landscape evaluation. And also, there were 69 spaces for those (2a, 2b, 2c) with meaning for aesthetic landscape evaluation. The design model of this research is largely divided into improvement goal and specific execution plan. First, the improvement goal is divided into 6 categories including conservation area, complementary area, and restoration area, and the specific execution plan is divided into 14 categories including special landscape management area, general landscape management area, conservation of hill areas with optically good condition. A comprehensive master plan was suggested by directly applying the set landscape planning model to the subject place of this research.

도시공원 야간 이용자 안전을 위한 경관 조명 시뮬레이션 비교 연구 (A Study on the Comparison of Landscape Lighting by Using Simulation Approach for Users' Safety in Urban Park)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a simulation approach which compares lighting quality of each luminaire type for small urban park users' safety. For improving illumination quality, lighting intensity distribution of a luminaire is one of the important factors and it is also important to set the luminaire to a proper position. To achieve the best plan for illumination, it is most important to communicate the plan with designers of park and professional engineers in depth and the communication continues from the beginning of the plan.

  • Green landscape plan to the riverfront area of the Han River The Han River, one of the symbolic elements in metropolitan Seoul, structures an axis of waterscape as the openspace crossing east to west of the city of Seoul. As riverside urban motorway(88 Olympic motorway) and riverside public park were constructed by the Han River Comprehensive Development Project in 1986, the necessity of general plan for the in-stallation of envirommental facility belt to conserve living enviroument is being required with relation to, dense residential areas closed to the river Therefore, the goal of the study is to provide better riverview and to increase environmental purifi-cation ability as a large scale waterscape axis by the preparation of landscape plan to the riverfront area of Han River, In order to achieve the goal, the study deals with sectional speciality, the introduction of landscape assessment techniques and ecological approach to given environment. As unity is kept through whole waterfront area, the area is divided into 9 zoning sections to study development methods for each section, and themes for speciality are given to each section, and the. sort of plants which can be symboliged to the area is selected. Also, the planting methods for harmony with the type of road structure and riverscape is offered. Though the study may give significane to the image and the function of riverside road, in con-clusion, the characteristic ecological approach to the river is so limited that has not been reflected enough on the plan. It is expected that the study should be continued, and long-term riverfront openspace plan, environmentally sustainable, should be arepared.

부산 북항 재개발지역 경관계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Waterfront Landscape Planning for Busan North Port Redevelopment Area)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

도시생태계 교육을 위한 시민 인식 설문조사 및 분석 - 수원시를 중심으로 - (Survey and Analysis of Citizens' Perception for Urban Ecosystem Education - Targeting Suwon City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the citizens' perception of urban ecosystem and urban ecosystem education to find out how to plan and create an effective urban ecosystem and how to utilize urban ecosystem education and educational media according to age groups. To this end, an online survey of 416 Suwon citizens was conducted, and based on the responses of the respondents, cross-analysis, multiple-response analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics Statistical Program. The study found that fewer respondents showed a high understanding of urban ecosystem concepts compared to those who recognized the importance of environmental issues. Nevertheless, most of the respondents were aware of the importance of preserving and protecting the urban ecosystem and responded positively to the inconvenience. In addition, most of the respondents were aware of the need for urban ecosystem education and were found to have different preferred information media depending on age. It has been confirmed that the establishment of facilities such as ecological learning centers and seasonal environmental schools is the top priority among all age groups. Citizens are also aware of the importance of preserving and protecting the urban ecosystem and the need for education, but it is deemed necessary to supplement it because effective urban ecosystem conservation and protection plans and systematic education are not provided that citizens can sympathize with. In addition, it is deemed that various measures should be presented in selecting responsible organizations and educational media that host the education for effective education and promotion of urban ecosystem education according to conduct urban ecosystem education.

도시경관계획을 위한 경관유형 분류기준에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Classification Criteria of Landscape Type for Urban Landscape Planning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시경관계획의 효율적 실행수단 확보 차원에서 도시경관 유형화를 위한 기초자료를 구축하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내 주요 학술지 논문과 경관계획 보고서 중 경관유형과 분류기준을 구체적으로 제시한 기존 연구를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 현행 도시계획의 근간이 되는 용도지역지구제에서 활용 가능한 도시경관 유형화 분류기준을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석과 평가 관점의 경관유형화 방식은 생태학적 접근과 형식미학적 접근에 기반하여 경관요소들의 특성을 분석하며 이를 토대로 경관을 유형화하는 것이 큰 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 우리나라 경관계획에서 보여지는 경관유형은 분석을 위한 경관유형과 계획을 위한 경관유형의 혼용에 의해 논리적인 경관유형 분류체계가 확립되지 않았으며, 이로 인해 경관관리대상에 대한 명확한 규정이 없다는 것이다. 이는 결국 경관관리를 위한 경관제어요소와 관리방안에 대한 구체적인 지침 부족으로 연결되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경관계획 과정상의 효용성을 고려하여 활용 가능한 경관유형 분류기준을 크게 경관구성의 1차적 기준과 2차적 기준으로 제시하였다. 1차적 기준은 지형과 용도지역지구, 경관자원의 성격, 경관요소가 있고 2차적 기준은 경관계획 대상지 외부에서 경관을 구성하는 조망점, 조망점과 경관대상과의 거리, 도시공간의 형태적 특성 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 이를 이용한 도시경관 유형화는 도시 전반에 대한 경관관리가 가능하게 할 것이며, 향후 도시경관유형을 토대로 한 용도지역지구의 운용에 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 판단된다.

도시근교 택지개발지역의 경관계획지표 적용방안 (Applying of Indicators for Landscape Planning in Building Lots Development District around Urban Fringe)

  • In terms of the indicators by the type for the landscape plan per the district nit, geographic ecology indicators were the items such as water, water system, topography and climate, while biological ecology indicators were the items such as green zone size, green zone ratio, biotope size and distribution. The sensory and visual indicators were the items such as view point, view axis and skyline, and the accessibility indicator items for the green zone were applied as the socially used indicators. As for the application method according to each indicator, the water or water system was expressed and applied through the slopes and elevation topographic analysis drawings, the climate was expressed and applied through the main direction of the wind and the cold wind pass alley drawings. As for the green zone size and green zone ratio, the land use according to the status and housing area development was compared to present the measured figures. In case of the biotop size and the distribution item, the range was limited to the preparation of the biotope drawings for the focused preservation. As for the view point and view axis, the view point was selected according to the view point to prepare and apply the view analysis drawing in which the view area to be preserved is analyzed. As for the skyline, its landscape photo was composed with the housing area shape, and then skyline photography was applied as the plan in order to propose and consider the various shapes of the skyline. As for the accessibility to the peen zone, the network drawing was drawn to reflect the users' accessibility and continuity of the green zone formed and preserved according to the land use plan and then the drawing was prepared and proposed as the applicable plan.
