The purpose of this paper is to verify the differences of the effect of the support between the number of employment of those who have experienced employment and the unemployment period of those who have not experienced employment for the participants of the Jeollanam-do Youth Job Search Allowance Support Project. In addition, this study attempted to find out the ways to develop the system using the Internet of Things by figure out how to use the allowance, the field of help, the average investment time per day, the average monthly expenditure, the difficulties of job search activities, and the differences in the youth job search activities for the required programs. In this study, 602 people who participated in the Jeollanam-do Youth Job Search Allowance Support Project from February 19 to March 9, 2020 are surveyed. The collected data was processed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, there was a difference in satisfaction according to the number of jobs employed. Second, there was a difference in the effectiveness according to the number of employment. Third, there was a difference in satisfaction according to the period of unemployment. Fourth, there was a difference in effectiveness according to the period of unemployment. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the youth job search allowance support project, the Edutech industry and technology that can share various information using the Internet of Things environment in the untact era must be improved together.

With Covid-19, the era of Untact has arrived. Online is bound to develop because face-to-face has become difficult among the threats of the Corona virus. Even in this era, even worship services to God have been offered online. Teenagers, the generation most accustomed to online, seem to easily adapt to online worship. Online youth worship is expected to continue even in the post-corona era. If so, the theological reflection on whether online youth worship is possible is necessary. Through theological reflection, we need to secure theological justification for online youth worship, and strive to make it a better and more accurate online worship service. Online worship tailored to the eye level of youth and online worship that meets the spiritual needs of youth should be planned, prepared, and implemented. This paper presented the theological justification for online youth worship by looking at the definition of worship, elements of worship, places of worship, and history of worship. In addition, while examining the characteristics of adolescence, it suggested why online youth worship is important and necessary. Then, in order to plan online youth worship that is more advanced and more accurate than the online worship currently being conducted in each church, the reality of online youth worship was presented by examining the purposes, contents, and methods of online youth worship.

코로나19로 많은 신조어가 탄생했는데 그중 하나가 언택트(untact)이다. 비대면 상황에 의해 사람들의 변화된 일상을 표현한 말이다. 이번 글에서는 코로나19라는 비대면 상황에서 탈바꿈하고 있는 콘텐츠의 변화양상을 다루어 보았다. 코로나19가 어떠한 요소를 통해 콘텐츠의 변화를 야기했는지 사례들을 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 코로나19의 특징들이 콘텐츠 선호 내용, 선택하는 방식, 향유하는 방법, 연결되고 재이용하는 방식들에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 각 사례들을 통해 그 변화의 측면들을 조명해봤다.

With the COVID-19 pandemic being prolonged, the society is being converted into an untact society, thereby affecting the service methodology of domestic and foreign library systems. This study thus surveyed the librarians' awareness of COVID-19 response measures of public libraries, and proposed public libraries' response measures in situations where the novel infectious disease is spreading and prolonging. Specifically, the proposed measures include, first, preparing national-centered library countermeasures to jointly respond to the epidemic disease, second, strengthening various untact and online services of various public libraries through government-level budget support, third, a thorough prevention of epidemics and preemptive response from the viewpoint of employees and users, and fourth, the expansion of library services aimed at resolving the digital cultural divide among classes of people, including information unfairness.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the use of information based on AI APIs has a great influence on industry and life. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence data in the medical field will have many changes and effects on society. This paper is to study the necessary components to implement the "Cognitive Health Advisor model (CHA model)" and to implement the "CHA model using chatbot" based on this. It uses the open Cognitive chatbot to analyze and analyze the health status of users changing in their daily lives. The user's health information analyzed by the biometric sensor and chatbot consultation delivers the information to the user through the chatbot. And it implements a cognitive health advisor model that provides educational information for users' health promotion. Through this implementation, it intends to confirm the possibility of future use and to suggest research directions.

The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the direction of various online education media to be developed in the future by studying the necessity and cases of non-face-to-face online craft education programs. To this end, among the online class platforms currently operated in Korea, four places that contain craft education programs were selected and analyzed for comparison. Class101, Hobbyful, Conects-Hobby Class, and Air Klass are examples. As a result of the study, the common features and advantages of the convenience of accessing contents and the diversity of class composition were found. However, there was a limitation in that the real-time inquiry and response system was not systematically implemented in most online class platforms. In particular, as the number of users of the online class platform is gradually increasing in the untact era caused by Covid-19, continuous research and development will be required to ensure that interaction, the most important characteristic of face-to-face, can also be performed well on online platforms.

This study aims to suggest the sustainable services for academic library in the New Normal Age, analyzing the online services during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this study examined the operation condition of academic libraries' services during the COVID-19, analyzing the untact and online services of 63 libraries of universities which have more than 10,000 students. And this research classified the online services into three types, which are 'collection', 'facilities', 'programs' and examined the library homepage and development plans of academic libraries. This study also looked into the services of Korean public libraries and foreign libraries to suggest the sustainable services for academic library. As a result, this study suggests 'providing online materials for course reserves', 'expansion of research and study curation services to invigorate the use of library materials', 'introducing the smart library system and renovation of library facility and space services', 'planning of online programs through expansion of interaction with users'.

As the Untact era is rapidly changing, collaboration tools are increasing their utilization and value as digital technologies for non-face-to-face work. While instant messenger-based collaboration tools support a variety of functions, crime and accident concerns are also increasing in proportion to their convenience, such as information leakage and security incidents. Meanwhile, the digital forensics perspective on collaborative tools is not enough, so forensics research is needed. This study analyzes significant artifacts in the two operating environments through Windows and Android forensics research on Microsoft Teams, the collaboration tool with the highest share in the world. Also, based on differences in artifacts and data attributes according to the operating environment, by applying 'differential forensic', we proved that the usefulness of evidence can be improved by presenting a complementary analysis method and timeline configuration through information linkage.

This study looked at the World Martial Arts Mastership's 'non-face promotional media strategies and methods' after the Corona-19 fandom, and found out if they could be applied to other sports events. As a method of research, the promotional media strategy of martial arts mastership was divided into types and in-depth interviews with media agents were conducted. According to the study, hosting an online martial arts competition, building an untact convention platform, and a base education facility can be a successful contest with budget support. Martial arts branding, popularization and industrialization can be a new attempt if ideas and execution personnel are sufficient. If IT technology and Chungbuk martial arts infrastructure are combined, they will be able to pioneer a new model called 'non-face-to-face-to K-sports'.
