The objective of this study was to verify the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through the technology acceptance model and to verify the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as consumers' characteristic. An online survey, consisting of 626 consumers as participants, was conducted from March 13 to 19. Results of the study were as follows: This study used exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Furthermore, a covariance structure analysis using the maximum likelihood was conducted for hypothesis testing. According to the results, perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness, which thereby affects the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude. Moreover, the analysis of the extended technology acceptance model including the shopping value as the intrinsic motivation of the consumers showed that the hedonic shopping value had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness influenced the usage intention of unmanned fashion stores through attitude.

Recently, ordinary mail is decreasing continuously by the development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) including E-mail, messenger service, and etc. On the contrary, parcel post is increasing by the increase of online shopping, home shopping, and etc. Aside from these changes, the demand for various mail acceptance and delivery means is increasing with the increase of single households and dual-income couples. To overcome these environmental changes, Korea Post installs unmanned post offices which are composed of various unmanned mail acceptance and delivery postal systems. In this paper, we propose the methodological approach for the site selection of unmanned post office among the existing post offices and the installation standard of unmanned postal system considering the operation cost by the mail volume.

본 연구는 국내외에서 점차 확대되고 있는 무인 매장, 그중 세븐일레븐 시그니처 매장을 중심으로 더 나은 사용 경험을 위한 가이드라인을 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 사례연구를 통해 미국과 중국의 무인 매장에 대한 특징을 조사하였고, 세븐일레븐 시그니처 매장과 비교연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 무인 매장 쇼핑 경험 개선에 도움이 되는 주요한 7가지 항목인 Easy, Simplified, Accessible, Findable, Informative, Flexible, Credible을 도출해낼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 국내 최초의 무인 편의점 세븐일레븐 시그니처를 중심으로 국내 무인 매장의 쇼핑경험 개선을 위한 가이드라인을 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다. 후속 연구를 통해 국내 무인매장 개선 방안을 보완하고, 경험 개선에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

코로나 19로 인해 인류의 생존을 위협받고 주변의 많은 환경이 변화되고 있다. 사람과 사람이 만나는 당연한 일상이 이제는 위협으로 다가오고 있다. 비대면 생활이 일상화되어가고 있는 현재. 온라인 및 모바일을 통한 소통은 이미 우리의 삶 속에 자리 잡고 있다. 우리나라의 인터넷 환경은 매우 잘 발달되어 있어 우리의 생활 곳곳에서 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷 발달은 사람의 삶의 질을 높여주는 요소들에 도움을 주는데 그것이 바로 비대면 쇼핑이다. 비대면 쇼핑은 상품을 직접 보지 않고 온라인, 모바일, TV 등의 매개체를 통해 구매하는 형식이라 할 수 있다. 최근 코로나 19의 확산으로 인해 이러한 비대면 쇼핑을 통한 구매 활동은 점점 늘어났다. 비대면 쇼핑이 주된 쇼핑형태로 자리잡고 있는 현재. 비대면 쇼핑의 구매 결정에 대한 요인 분석은 소비자 측면에서 의미있는 분석이 될 것이다. AHP 분석기법을 이용하여 소비자 입장에서 비대면 쇼핑의 구매 결정요인으로 작용 하는 항목들에 대한 중요도를 분석하고자 한다.

최근 다양한 쇼핑 환경에서 결제에 소요되는 시간을 줄이기 위한 많은 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 4차 산업혁명시대에 들어서면서 인공지능 기술이 고도화되고 있으며, IoT 장비들은 더욱 소형화되고 저렴해져서 이 두 가지 기술을 융합시킴으로써 사용자의 시간을 절약할, 인간을 대신하는 무인 환경을 구축하는 것에 대한 접근이 용이해졌다. 본 논문에서는 저가 IoT 장비들과 딥러닝 객체 탐지 기술을 기반으로 하는 스마트 쇼핑카트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 스마트 카트 시스템은 실시간 상품 인식을 위한 카메라와 라즈베리파이, 트리거 역할을 하는 초음파 센서, 상품이 쇼핑카트에 들어온 것인지 나간 것인지를 판단하기 위한 무게 센서, 가상의 장바구니에 대한 UI를 제공하는 스마트폰 어플리케이션, 학습된 데이터가 저장되는 딥러닝 서버로 구성된다. 각 모듈 간의 통신은 TCP/IP 네트워크 및 HTTP 네트워크로 이루어지며, 서버의 상품 인식을 위해서는 객체탐지 기술이 구현된 YOLO darknet 라이브러리를 사용한다. 사용자는 스마트폰의 앱을 통하여 스마트 카트에 넣은 물건들의 목록을 점검하고 자동으로 결제할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 스마트 카트 시스템은 가성비가 높은 무인 상점을 구현하는데 응용될 수 있다.

Due to the steady growth of the online shopping market and contact-free consumption, the volume of parcels in South Korea continues to increase. However, there is a lack of manpower for delivery workers to handle the growing parcel volume, leading to frequent accidents related to delivery work. As a result, the government and local authorities strive to enhance last-mile logistics efficiency. As one of these measures, unmanned parcel storage lockers are installed and utilized to handle last-mile deliveries. However, the existing parcel storage involves the inconvenience of couriers having to put each parcel in each locker, and this is somewhat insufficient to relieve the workload of delivery workers. In this study, we propose parcel storage devices that use active loading technology to minimize the workload of delivery workers, extract operation risk factors to apply this system to actual sites, and establish risk reduction methods based on the ALARP concept. Through this study, we have laid the groundwork for improving the safety of the system by identifying and proposing mitigation measures for the risk factors associated with the proposed parcel storage devices utilizing active loading technology. When applied in practical settings in the future, this foundation will contribute to the development of a more efficient and secure system. By applying the ALARP concept, a systems engineering technique used in this research, to the development and maintenance of storage devices leveraging active loading technology, it is thought to make the development process more systematic and structured. Furthermore, through the risk management of the proposed system, it is anticipated that a systematic approach to quality management can be employed to minimize defects and provide a stable system. This is expected to be more useful than the existing unmanned parcel storage devices.

외부에서 보내는 시간을 줄이고 동네마트를 주로 이용하는 중년층, 노년층들과 동네마트 관리자들을 위한 장보기 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 앱은 직접 장보기 기능과 온라인 장보기 기능이 주요 기능이며 안드로이드에서 Zxing라이브러리를 이용한 QR코드와 카카오 API를 이용한 카카오맵을 이용해 개발되었다. 또한 리사이클러뷰와 그래프를 통해 회원이 필요로 하는 결제 통계와 게시판 글 등의 정보를 가독성 있게 제공한다. 이 시스템을 통해 회원들은 QR코드를 이용한 직접구매 방식과 지도를 통한 배달 방식을 통해 마트를 이용할 때의 피로감을 줄이고 마트 관리자로서는 인력낭비를 줄임으로서 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 또한 마트 관리자로서는 소비자들이 늘어나 더 많은 물품을 판매할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - The purpose of the study was to investigate operation system of current convenience store and competing retail store and to find out development of unattended convenience store. Operators can save labor cost and solve labor seeking when opening shop under suitable environment and commerce area, and assure of employee's safety. Customers are allowed to select commodity comfortably without disclosure of face and to shorten standby time at simple store opening, buying and paying and to produce convenient living environment by financing, delivery and goods control. This study examined effect and problems of operation of existing and unattended convenience store from point of view of visual merchandising to find out model of unattended convenience store and to strengthen competitiveness of convenience store business. Research design, data, and methodology - Research procedure of accomplishment of goal of the study was: The study investigated state of distribution business, and role and definition of VMD. First, VMD played an important role of promotion and competitiveness of unattended convenience stores. Second, the author investigated research and cases of unattended convenience stores 14 months, that is to say, from August 15, 2017 to October 15, 2018. Third, the author investigated on-the-spot three of common convenience stores, three of unattended convenience stores and three of retailers one month, that is to say, June 1, 2018 to July 1, 2018. The subject was convenience stores and retailers selling similar type of products at Seoul and metropolitan area. Results - Layout, selling place, brand identity, goods assortment, authentication system, product information cognition and control, buying and payment system, security system, salesmen, promotion and other services should be improved from point of view of merchandising. Structure, furniture, lighting, voice, façade, VP, PP, IP and POP should be developed. Conclusions - Unattended convenience stores saved operating cost and lessened labor and gave visitors convenience and comfortable shopping and made use of resources effectively. Further studies with quantitative analysis shall find out strategic conditions for promotion of unattended convenience stores.

COVID-19로 인해 사람들은 외출과 모임 자제로 온라인 쇼핑, 온라인 여행, 화상회의 등 새로운 라이프 스타일을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 사회의 변화는 새로운 문제들을 야기시킴과 동시에 기존의 문제들을 심화시키고 있다. 특히 온라인 소비가 크게 증가함에 따라 생활물류산업에서는 교통체증, 대기오염, 배송기사의 과중한 업무 등이 심화되고 있으며 대면배송이 새로운 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 등장으로 드론에 인공지능, 자율주행 등을 활용한 무인 배달이 기존 생활물류산업의 대체산업으로 떠오르고 있으나 드론의 비행에 따른 물류시설의 공간과 추가적인 물류부지 확보가 해결되어야 하는 새로운 문제점으로 나타난다. 따라서, 기존의 문제들과 새롭게 생겨난 문제들을 해소할 수 있는 드론을 위한 물류시설의 공간으로 기존 운수 사업인 지하철을 활용하여 물류 이동과 보관, 배송 등과 같은 부가적인 서비스를 연계하고자 한다.

The main subject of year 2016 Davos forum was "The 4th Industrial Revolution." Recently, interests and investment in drone market, so called industrial revolution in the sky is growing in many countries around the world. Before, drone was used for military purpose such as reconnaissance or attacking but today, it is used in various private sectors such as unmanned delivery service, agriculture, leisure activities, etc. Presently, many major countries in the world are already involved in the 'war without gunfire' to be dominant in this drone industry. Korean government also has announced an extreme relaxation of regulations for growing drone industry by opening a conference with Ministers related to economics. During the conference, business scope of drone which was limited to agriculture, photographing, and observation was expanded to all the fields except for cases hindering national safety and security. In terms of shooting purpose drone its process of receiving approval for flight and shooting is simplified to online registration. What is more, drone delivery service will be allowed in island areas such as Goheung, Yeongwol, etc from first term of year 2017. Finding the way to apply drone in criminal investigation is also speeding up. Recently, Public Safety Policy Research Center in Korean National Police University has inquired for research service and its result will be out around November. Likewise, although more and stronger foundation for supporting drone industry is made but there are still, some opinions saying that we should take a careful approach in consideration to the side effect such as abuse in crime. One may also try terror by placing a dangerous substance. If drone falls, it may hurt any civilians. Moreover, if shopping purpose drone is hacked, it may result in violation of privacy. Compared to America, Europe, and China, we are at the very beginning stage of drone industry and it is necessary to reorganize legal issues to grow this industry. This can be thought from two perspectives; first, the growth of drone industry is blocked by difficult regulations on Aviation Law and Radio Regulation Law. The second issue is the safety and privacy that are required for operating drone. For the advanced technologies to make human life more profitable, more active and proactive actions are required by criminal law side. In preparation to the second mechanical era where man and machines should go together, I hope that responsible preparation is required in all fields including the criminal law.
