Purpose - This study reviews changes in the steel export-import structure between Korea and Japan using a trade related index; it focuses on analyzing comparative advantage based on time-series analysis statistics data using the trade intensity index (TII), revealed comparative advantage index (RCA), and trade specialization index (TSI). Research design, data, and methodology - In terms of their economic phase, Korea and Japan have a mutually complementary character. Therefore, this study aims to understand each country's trade structure to strengthen Korea-Japan economic cooperation, examine trade drawbacks, analyze factors that affect trade, and identify ways to improve and expand trade. Results - The results indicate immense potential for mutual cooperation and complementariness, which will yield guaranteed adequate profits comparable to those of any regional economic integrated community. Conclusion - From our viewpoint, Northeast economic cooperation can facilitate industry technological cooperation with Japanese partners in the prevailing environment that is characterized by increasing competition among industries and the need to secure stable resource supplies as well as the expansion of the export market and diversification, which can have significant positive implications.

The purpose of this study is to develop a manpower training program of technological development. The types of developed manpower training models are education about the technological development process, literacy education about technological development, and field experience. The education about the technological development process is accomplished through industry-university cooperation based on shared technical concerns. Literacy education about technological development includes information about essential methods for manpower education. Field experience involves the development of effective teaching plans.

도로변에서 발생하는 미세먼지와 비산먼지는 인체에 각종 질병을 유발하는 발암물질로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 도로변 미세먼지의 농도를 측정을 위해 소형차량을 이용한 이동형 미세먼지 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존의 대형차량의 운행으로 발행하는 미세먼지 사각지대를 해소하고, 고품질의 보급형 센서를 탑재하여 경제성을 제고한다. 또한, 미세먼지 측정 차량은 이동 중에도 실시간으로 측정가능하다. 이번 연구를 통해 미세먼지 측정 차량을 운행한 결과 도로변 상황을 즉각적으로 반영하는 결과를 나타내었다. 이러한 미세먼지 농도는 미세먼지 저감 및 관리를 위한 기초정보로 사용될 것을 기대한다.

세계 경제 및 산업 환경 변화에 따라 새로운 성장동력 방안으로 서비스산업의 중요성이 점차 높아가고 있다. 선진국에서는 이미 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 강화하여 경제의 고부가가치화를 추진하고 있다. 새로운 서비스를 개발하는 것은 넓은 범위의 자원이 투입되어야 한다. 따라서 고객, 공급자, 그리고 다양한 지식창출기관과의 협력과 네트워크 구축 역량은 기업의 주요한 경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 선진국에 비해 낙후되어 있는 국내 서비스산업의 혁신역량을 제고하기 위해 국내 서비스산업을 산업 유형별로 분류하고, 분류된 산업 별로 협업 파트너에 따라 혁신 성과가 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 분석하였다. Dialogic사의 혁신 패턴 별 산업분류를 응용한 방식(홍성민 장선미 2009)을 도입하여 산업 유형별로 외부협력 성과가 다르게 나타남을 보였다. 분석결과 전체 산업에서 기업들은 고객, 경쟁사와 협업하는 경우가 많았으나 민간 서비스업체(컨설팅사나 커머셜랩)와 협업한 경우 제품 혁신성과가 나타났다. '서비스 내 혁신' 산업에서는 대학과 협업이 조직혁신성과로, '서비스를 통한 혁신'산업에서는 고객과의 협업이 마케팅혁신 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 국내 서비스산업의 활성화를 위해서는 기업과 전문적으로 협업할 수 있는 컨설팅사나 대학의 전문인력 양성이 필요하다는 시사점이 도출되었다.

본 연구에서는 2000년 설립하여 나노기술(Nano Technology)기반으로 나노소재 및 초미립 나노분말을 생산하고 제품화하는 핵심기술력을 보유한 기업인 (주)나노신소재의 사례연구를 하였다. 일반적인 사례연구에서 벗어나 이론에 기반하여 기술경영과 산학협력 이론을 기반으로 사례연구 분석프레임을 설정하였으며 사례를 분석하였다. 본 사례연구에서는 (주)나노신소재를 기업 내부적으로 기술경영(Management Of Technology) 체계 구축과 기업 외부 및 협력적인 측면에서 산학협력(Industry-Academic Cooperation) 활동이라는 두 가지 분석관점으로 분석하였다. 이러한 이론적 기반의 분석틀을 기반으로 기업방문 인터뷰 및 관련 자료 조사 분석을 실시하였다. 사례기업의 연구결과, 기술경영과 산학협력이 기업의 성장단계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 다음과 같이 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 기술경영의 전략적 활용은 벤처기업의 경쟁우위와 핵심역량을 강화하고 창업 초기 기업의 생존과 성장에 중요한 요소이다. 둘째, 기술경영 및 특허의 전략적 활용과 관리체계 구축은 사업전략의 일원이며 기업성과에 중추적인 역할을 한다. 셋째, 대학의 인적·물적 인프라는 창업 초기 기업의 성장에 영향을 미치며 산학협력의 높은 활용도는 기업의 성장을 촉진한다. 넷째, 기업의 성장단계 중 성장기·성숙기에 있어 지속적인 산학협력 활동은 외부 교류 활성화 및 네트워크 구축에 기반이 된다. 마지막으로 기술경영과 산학협력은 기업의 성장단계별 성장요인이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 기업이 창업 이후 성장기, 성숙기에 이르는 지속적 발전을 위해서는 초기부터 기술경영 체계를 구축하고 전략적인 기술경영 활동을 추진하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 기업 외부적으로 다양한 산학협력 활동을 수행하는 것이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 사례분석 결과 이러한 두가지 주요 활동을 잘 수행한 (주) 나노신소재는 단계별로 위기를 잘 극복하고 현재까지 지속적인 성장을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기술경영과 산학협력의 활용이 기술기반 벤처기업의 각각의 성장단계에 어떠한 가치를 발생시키는지 보여주고 있다. 또한, 이의 적극적 활용은 다른 벤처기업의 성장에도 큰 역할을 할 것이다. 본 사례연구의 결과는 기술창업 벤처기업의 성장연구와 관련 현장 적용 및 활용에 유효한 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 인적자원관리가 매우 중요한 외식업에서 상사의 서번트 리더십이 조직구성원의 동료에 대한 신뢰와 협력간의 관계에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 점에 주목하여 본 연구에서는 외식업의 조직관리를 향상시킬 수 있는 원인변수인 서번트 리더십에는 어떤 요인으로 구성되어 있는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 시도는 외식업의 인적자원관리에 있어 중요한 의의를 지니고 있으며, 특히 새로운 인적자원 관리방안이 절실히 필요한 시점에서 기존의 외식업 연구와는 차별화 된 서번트 리더십 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울지역의 패밀리레스토랑, 패스트푸드업체 및 대형식당 등 외식업체에 근무하는 조리사로 선정하였다. 조사기간은 2014년 1월 4일부터 약 3일간 조사원에게 직접방문을 하도록 하여 조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 총 200부를 배포하여 이 중 불성실하게 응답된 설문지는 제외하고 최종분석에 사용된 설문지는 191부였다. 결론적으로 조직에서 수적으로나 질적으로 리더십이 차지하는 비중은 늘어나고 있으며, 효과적인 리더가 조직성패의 열쇠를 쥐게 되고 리더들이 조직의 인적자원관리에 미치는 영향이 커짐에도 불구하고, 외식업에서는 지금까지 한정된 리더십 연구에만 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 그러므로 서번트 리더십의 연구를 계기로 외식업에서는 새롭고 다양한 리더십에 관한 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 지식기반사회에서 중요성이 강조되고 있는 인적자원개발의 중요성을 알아보고, 인적자원개발의 전략과 유형에 따른 효과를 종합적으로 검토하기 위해 진행하였다. 특히, 대표적인 서비스산업으로 인적자원의 활용이 핵심을 이루는 관광산업을 중심으로 세부적인 전략을 검토하여, 관련 분야의 활성화와 인적자원개발 정책이 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 인적자원개발영역별 투입요소와 산출요소에 대한 분석을 수행한 결과 개발영역에 따른 차별화된 효과를 검토할 수 있었다. 특히, 관광개발사업의 경우에는 다른 영역에 비해 높은 취업자를 배출하였으며, 지역특성화 지원 영역에서는 다른 영역에 비해 많은 수료자를 배출하는 것으로 나타났다. 이후 관광산업분야를 중심으로 투입 및 산출요소에 대한 통계적 접근을 수행하여 개발 영역에 따른 차별화된 유형과 전략을 검토 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후에는 각 영역이 갖는 특성과 목적을 바탕으로 차별화된 인적자원개발 전략의 수립 사업운영이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

This paper examines the industry field training education model, analyze the operational status proposed improvement measures. Data were analyzed using a field training participating students participating industry last three years. On the other hand analysis field training participating students increased, industry participation has decreased. And most of the students took part in the seasonal short-term job training. In addition, it was difficult to analyze the employment status field training operations follow-up member. In this paper, a field training operations support system management models and practical training courses organized field trips how to improve. Field training operations support will be strengthened through the work associated with the company expanding participation model introduced and is expected to increase in the long-term practical training, students participate in field training system improvement. Run the job training Improvement in future research presented in this paper attempts to analyze the students' employment status and results of operations involved.

This paper studies the factors affecting university and industry collaboration in education in the hospitality industry in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) from a company perspective. The authors use qualitative method and quantitative research to study the matters, specifically using scales and data collected for Cronbach alpha reliability testing, analysizing the discovery factor of EFA, CFA and verifying the regression models through AMOS software with SEM linear modeling. The study proposes four factors: (1) organization factors, (2) contextual factors, (3) process factors, and (4) cooperation perspective impacting on the benefits factors and university and industry collaboration in education. In addition, it is also found that benefits factors has a direct and positive impact on the collaboration in education. The results suggest that the process factor had the strongest positive, followed by the contextual factor. The findings revealed that the benefit factors were significantly related to collaboration in education, which affects university and industry hospitality alliances. This finding confirm that the cooperation perspective (QD) and contextual factors (HC) are critical in collaboration between university and industry. A new point of interest is also identified that the benefits of training links are quite dependent on the linking perspective from tourism businesses.

Recently, technology growth and globalization of the market bring the age of knowledge based economy. These competitive environment require that the firms should cooperate among industry, academia, and institute. Cooperation between firms and universities for research and development is one of the most important business strategy in improving their business competences. This paper studied the factors of the firm involvement in the cooperation between firms and universities for technology development. To analyze the involvement factors, the data of 'R&D activity survey' of Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) were used. Based on results of the analysis, 6 factors such as firm size, the years of firms, ratio of the researchers, the ratio of collaborative investments, the ratio of new product development, and the number of property right were significant. As the technology cooperation get flourished, the results of this research is expected to play a meaningful role as an basic data for developing the cooperation between industry and academia policy for technology development.
