Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.

본 연구는 조선산업의 구조조정과 지역사회 협력구조 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 신현읍은 조선 대기업의 입지로 급격한 사회$\cdot$경제적 변화를 경험하였다. 우리 나라보다 먼저 구조조정을 경험한 일본의 경우, 분업화와 집적화를 통한 조선산업의 입지구조재편과 기업-지방정부-지역주민의 협력관계를 발전시켜 왔다. 우리나라 조선산업 구조조정은 대기업의 경영환경 개선이 핵심이었기 때문에 기업간$\cdot$지역간 집적화나 협력구조가 정착되지 못하였다. 기업과 지역사회의 유기적 협력구조가 대규모 구조조정 이전에 구축된 일본의 경우와는 달리, 우리나라 조선산업도시는 구조조정에 따른 지역사회의 위기의식에서 기업-지역사회 협력구조가 출발하였다. 조선 대기업이 입지한 신현읍 지역은 중핵기업을 중심으로 구축된 생산영역간 연결고리는 회고하지만, 지역사회 협력구조는 미약한 현실이다. 기업, 공공기관, 지역주민, 지역전문가 등이 참여하는 로컬 거버넌스로서의 지역사회 협력구조는 지역사회의 응집력 강화뿐만 아니라, 산업도시가 직면한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 합리적 통로가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 실험에서는 폴리칸(베타-글루칸)과 칼슘 락테이트 글루코네이트 1:9 (g/g) 복합 조성물인 Polycalcium의 시험관 내(in vitro) 골다공증에 대한 효과를 사람 유래 조골세포(human primary osteoblast)와 설치류 유래 파골 전구세포(raw264.7 cell)를 이용하여 평가하였다. Polycalcium이 조골세포에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 10 mg/ml 농도의 polycalcium 처리군에서 무처리 대조군에 비해 유의성 있는 조골세포의 수적 증가가 각각 배양 3, 7 및 10일 후에 확인되었으며, 또한 10 mg/ml 농도의 polycalcium 처리군에서 무처리 대조군에 비해 유의성있는 ALP함량의 증가가 확인되었다. Polycalcium이 파골세포에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과, 각각 $10^{-5}$, $10^{-3}$ 및 $10^{-1}$ mg/ml polycalcium 처리군에서 무처리 대조군에 비해 유의성 있는 파골세포의 수적 감소가 배양 4일 후에 확인되었다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로, polycalcium이 조골세포의 증식 촉진 효과와 함께 파골세포 형성 억제 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

BACKGROUND: Dithiocarbamte fungicides have been used in crop cultivation for diseases protection and treatment. And cultivated agricultrual products were used as feedstuff, and residual pesticides are likely to be absorbed and transferred to livestock. But the maximum residue limits (MRLs) were not established for dithiocarbate fungicides in livestock products, and thus an analysis method was developed and validated for dithiocarbamate fungicides to establish MRLs. METHODS AND RESULTS: Samples were prepared using CS₂ trap method and detected with UV/VIS spectrophotometer. Calibration line (0.1 ~ 10 ㎍/mL) was linear with r² > 0.99. For validation, the recovery tests were carried out at three fortification levels (MLOQ, 10 MLOQ and 50 MLOQ) from livestock samples (egg, milk, beef, pork, and chicken). The results for mancozeb, propineb, and thiram ranged between 76.8 to 109.6%, 79.4 to 108.8%, and 80.2 to 107.8%, respectively and % RSD (relative standard deviation) values were below 9.5%. Furthermore, inter-laboratory analysis was performed to validate the method. CONCLUSION: All values were corresponded with the criteria ranges requested by both the CODEX (CAC/GL 40-1993, 2003) and MFDS guidelines (2016). This might be used as an official analytical method for determination of dithiocarbamate fungicides at established MRLs and monitoring.

This study aims to establish a development strategy for higher education in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector and to present a direction for international development cooperation through evaluating policies and current problems related to higher education in marine and fisheries sector. To achieve the goals of human resources development in marine and fisheries sector, Indonesian government needs to secure non-salary expenditures to strengthen support for areas directly related to the effects of education, such as improving educational facilities, expanding scholarships, and so on. Education institution needs to develop effective teaching methods and systematic practice-based curriculum that reflects the needs of the local fishermen community and fisheries industry. In addition, it is necessary to support the supply of manpower throughout the fisheries industry. Fisheries industry needs to stop relying on the government or education institutions to secure excellent human resources and actively participate and cooperate in the education field so that excellent human resources can flow into the industry. Based on this strategy, international development cooperation for human resources development in Indonesia's marine and fisheries sector should focus on qualitative rather than quantitative expansion of higher education institutions.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The skin is the outermost organ of the human body and plays a protective role against external environmental damages, such as sunlight and pollution, which affect anti-oxidant defenses and skin inflammation, resulting in erythema or skin reddening, immunosuppression, and epidermal DNA damage. MATERIALS/METHODS: The present study aimed to investigate the potential protective effects of red orange complex H extract (ROC) against ultraviolet (UV)-induced skin photoaging in Skh:HR-2 mice. ROC was orally administered at doses of 20, 40, and 80 mg/kg/day for 13 weeks, along with UV irradiation of the mice for 10 weeks. RESULTS: ROC improved UV-induced skin barrier parameters, including erythema, melanin production, transepidermal water loss, elasticity, and wrinkle formation. Notably, ROC inhibited the mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor α) and melanogenesis. In addition, ROC recovered the UV-induced decrease in the hyaluronic acid and collagen levels by enhancing genes expression. Furthermore, ROC significantly downregulated the protein and mRNA expression of matrix metalloproteinases responsible for collagen degradation. These protective effects of ROC against photoaging are associated with the suppression of UV-induced phosphorylation of c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase and activator protein 1 activation. CONCLUSIONS: Altogether, our findings suggest that the oral administration of ROC exerts potential protective activities against photoaging in UV-irradiated hairless mice.

본 연구는 산학협력단을 중심으로 거점국립대학의 기록관리 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학기록관 및 산학협력단의 역할과 관련 기록물 범위를 파악하였으며, 정의된 내용을 바탕으로 정보공개청구 및 거점국립대학 웹사이트에서 제공되고 있는 기록관리 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 제도적 성과관리 측면에서 문제점을 도출했으며, 이를 기반으로 개선방안과 대학기록관 및 산학협력단 간의 협력체계를 제안하였다.

With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

혁신클러스터 이론에서는 산학연 협력 등을 통해 암묵적 지식과 노하우 접근이 수월할수록 클러스터의 성장이 촉진된다. 산학협력이란 산학연간의 공동연구를 지원하는 혁신네트워크 정책이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 최근의 정부 정책의 흐름은 산학연협력 생태계가 자발적으로 조성되도록 대학 및 연구기관의 지원 전담조직을 활성화 하고 있는 추세이다. 중소기업청은 2013년도에 우수한 연구기반을 갖춘 대학 또는 연구기관 내에 중소기업의 연구 기능을 집적화하여 산학연협력 연구개발 및 사업화를 지원하기 위한 '연구마을 지원사업'을 첫 시행하였다. 이러한 권역별 특성을 반영한 사업의 생태계가 잘 조성되기 위해서는 지역의 특화산업을 반영한 산학협력기술개발이 추진되어야 할 것이다. 특화발굴 전략이 잘 반영된 연구마을의 경우, 유사 기술분야 기업들의 집적화로 자연스럽게 클러스터가 조성되어 연구의 시너지를 창출 할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 사업에 참여한 충청권의 연구마을 특화분야 발굴사례를 통해 지역 특화사업 연계 전략을 조사 정리하여 향후 연구마을뿐만 아니라 지역특화 전략에 기반한 산학협력을 추구하는 기관에 발굴전략을 제시하고 정부의 클러스터정책이 활성화 될 수 있도록 정책적 제언을 제시해보고자 한다.

Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.
