Modern small farms are important link components in the structure of the world agro-industrial complex. It ensures the food and nutritional sustainability of the country exclusively at the local regional level. The purpose of the research is to examine the role of farming in ensuring nutritional security and food stability based on the analysis of the Food Sustainability Index (FSI). Research methods: modeling, abstraction, analogy, analysis, synthesis, formalization, logical abstraction, theoretical cognition, systematization and classification, abstract-logical, etc. Results. Having analyzed the Food Sustainability Index for 2018, it has been established that there is a lack of a clear relationship between the pace of economic development and the level of food and nutritional sustainability. In addition, this study has identified the countries with the largest number of small farms, as well as the number of farms within the region. The correlation between the size of the farm and the area of agricultural land that it cultivates has been determined. The problems faced by small farms in the process of their activity have been analyzed. The programs implemented in the field of agro-industrial complex development by international profile institutions have been systematized. Particularly, the regional structure of agricultural development programs under the guidance of IFAD is defined, as well as the areas to which they are directed. Specific measures taken by governments to stimulate the development of small farms have been outlined. Reasonable conclusions have been formed based on the study. The direction of future research is seen in the assessment of the export potential of small farms in terms of range, volume of export deliveries and geographical direction of movement of their products.

The study examines the impact of international integration on Vietnam's rural and urban income inequalities using the regression model. The data used for this study is based on the results of the Vietnam Household Living Standards survey from 2008 to 2016 of the General Statistics Office. These surveys conducted nationwide with a sample size of 46,995 households in 3,133 communes/wards which were representative at national, regional, urban, rural and provincial levels. The level of international economic integration used in the study is the proportion of import and export turnover of GDP, the proportion of FDI and GDP by province. Due to the heterogeneity and unobservableness of the single observant in the data set, we selected the models of random and fixed effects. The research results show that during the economic integration process, the Export/GDP factor is negatively related to income inequality. The remaining factors (GDP per capita, FDI/GDP, Educational level of households, Percentage of internet users, Aggregation of foreign cash inflow and GDP of the province) are all positively related to income inequality. The findings help assess the impact of international integration on rural-urban income inequality, but also provides a concrete basis to help policymakers address income inequality in the integration process.

Nowadays, practical use of the internet is generalized in enterprise's business management as well as individual's everyday life. Also using internet, E-trade has given the very important meaning to company which do import and export as a part for extension of more opportunities and business scopes. In this study, I examined the actual conditions of industrial frame and information level in Gwangju Chonnam areas to achieve the easy and wide using of e-trade systems. Next, I examined the present condition and problem of education systems regarding e-trade expert incubator program of Gwangju Chonnam area. Finally, this study presented the successful cooperation model of Chosun university TI center in industrial section, educational section, and government section for more effective development systems of e-trade expert incubator program.

This research is to verify the effects of Korean wave image on the national image and purchase intention of Korean educational product empirically. Also, it is to find out the moderating effect of engagement when Korean wave image is affecting purchase intention of Korean educational product. In order to verify this, the questionnaires were distributed to the Chinese university students of Shandong, in China, who recognized the Korean wave, and among those questionnaires, 315 were analyzed for this research. As a result of analysis, cognitive images is found out to make a positive effects on the affective image, national image and purchase intention of Korean educational products. And affective images is found out to make a positive effects on the national image and purchase intention of Korean educational products. This result suggests that throughout the factor of Korean wave, we should improve national image and try to find ways to export Korean educational industry to China. In order to activate Korean wave image in China, the government has to review the cultural contents development policies positively like promoting Korean soap operas.

The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for the demanding outlook and the Nursing education by grasping the present educational conditions of nursing in oriental medicine. The results of survey and study on 112 nationwide schools (47 Department of nursing and 65 Nursing junior colleges) and data of the Korean Oriental Medicine Association and General Assembly in Sep. 1998 are as follows. 1. The number of nurse Oriental Medicine hospitals require in 2002 will have increased at least 700 or more. Public health centers' and other centers' requirements will increase more and more. 2. Education of nursing in oriental medicine is offered at practice in 14 universities (29.8%) among 47 Universities and 35 colleges (53.8%) among 65 colleges. 3. Nursing education in Oriental Medicine is mostly offered in the first term of the second year at universities with 5 to 10 points, and the second term of the third year at colleges with 2 points. According to this result, we would like to suggest as follows; A nurse whose main interesting subject is human beings will be an important figure as a medical information administrator in 21 century, namely, a nurse will play the leading part in the hospital administration more than a doctor. We must take much more interest arid exert ourselves in developing education of nursing in oriental medicine because in the future it will be the one and only field in the world, so we can export our Nursing manpower.

With starting of the WTO system, the environments of international trade and commerce met new aspects of affairs such as lowering of trade barriers among nations and bittering of competition among companies that transcend nation's border. In these changing environments of international trade and commerce, to accomplish high rates of export growth, it is necessary that the government and private companies have to establish new international trade and commerce policies and effective counter plans. In relation to these situations, to cultivate international trade and commerce specialist constantly who can be adapted to the situation of the times, the persons concerned with international trade and commerce education of the university must be considering the change of environments, and analyze the problems and pursue the change constantly to fulfill the needs of the society. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the changing features of the educational environments for international trade and commerce in Korea, and suggested improvement direction of education of international trade and commerce of university. We suggest that following; firstly, development of the link major, secondly, development of standardized curriculum, thirdly, enlargement of cooperation with foreign countrie's universities, and fourthly, activation of the trade incubator project.

Overseas marketing before the conclusion of a contract is a huge obstacle to enter the global market because it has needed the company's maximum capacities which are some cost, time and human resources. Thus it required a reestablishment about the education fields and research schemes. Due to the advancements in ICT and internet, a subject of e-trade is becoming a critical issue with a subject of a practice of international trade. However, since the mid-2000s, e-trade research articles and educational materials such as textbooks, research papers are being gradually reduced. Therefore the purpose of this study, from an oversea marketing point of view among the various e-trade fields, is to measure an education performance and an academic research scheme. And this study will suggest direction of improvement about research scheme and educational performance in the overseas marketing. According to the result, to establish the education and research scheme about SEM(Search Engine Marketing), SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and SNA(Social Network Analysis) which are introduced in the industry among the education and research field related the e-trade is urgent. And some subjects need a capstone-design reconcile theory and practice.

Ensuring the economic security of agro-industrial complexes of Ukrainian regions has become a top-priority task of state regional policy, as their stable functioning is an essential element of economic security of the whole country. It is overcoming threats to the development of the agro-industrial complex that ensures its further effective functioning and has a significant impact on the economic security of our state. Methods: logical method; methods of system analysis; synthesis; economic and statistical method; method of expert assessment; SWOT analysis; economic and mathematical modelling and planning. Results. Characteristic features of economic security have been given. The essence and significance of the agro-industrial complex in improving the economic security of the state have been determined. It has been noted that in recent years, the agro-industrial complex, which acts as a driver of the domestic economy and has a direct impact on the development of the country, has been growing (in 2019 the cereal and legume harvest exceeded 75 million tons, 20,269 thousand tons of potatoes were dug, more than 15 million tons of sunflower, 9,688 thousand tons of vegetables and 2,119 thousand tons of fruits and berries were harvested, meat and egg production increased by 137.5 thousand tons (or 5.8%) and 545.5 million pieces (or 3.4%), respectively, the number of employed population in agriculture increased by 139.8 thousand people (or 4.9%), the labour productivity in crop production increased by UAH 294.4 thousand (or 44.6%), in livestock production - by UAH 311.3 thousand (or 61.8%)). Based on the system of production and economic indicators, the analysis of the state of the agro-industrial complex has been carried out. Taking into account the results of the obtained data and using SWOT-analysis, the major threats to the development of the agro-industrial complex have been identified. Ways of overcoming threats enhancing the economic security of Ukraine have been proposed.

In this study, the LINC project is finished and a new LINC+ has begun. For the settlement of mutual cooperation in universities and corporations, the main agenda of LINC+ project, this research attempts to find factors that are important to industries rather than the measurement of performance closely related to universities. From the companies' perspective, it is not easy to measure how much they are benefiting from mutual cooperation, although there are quantitative performance determinants such as sales, employment and export growth. Therefore, while estimating the satisfaction of industrial-educational cooperation and simultaneously estimating the satisfaction's effect to the development of companies, we try to estimate the contribution of satisfaction towards company development through subjective indicators. Through these efforts, we will raise the credibility of government policies through the cultivation of talented individuals who are customized to the industry through the cultivation of "Industry-Leading Universities" that we intend to pursue through the implementation of LINC+ business, and small and medium enterprises. Innovative support and the cooperation of industry-universities will increase job creation and ensure consistent industry. We will contribute to the mutual development of universities and industries.

In terms of supply of manpower in the energy industry, domestic universities cannot realistically operate flexibly to meet manpower demand in accordance with various regulations related to the department, and there are only a few independent energy related departments. There are many difficulties in closure, increase and decrease of capacity, and foster convergence. In addition to the limited aspects of human resource development of universities, changes in the energy paradigm, namely: 1) changes in the energy industry from stable supply and energy security to new growth engines and export industries, 2) Revitalization of the energy industry, 3) including diversification of energy sources and the spread of new technologies. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a training program for nurturing new renewable energy specialists to independently develop various high-quality human resources such as intangible and convergent human resources in line with changes in the energy paradigm.
