With the spread of the various mobile devices, the studies on the learning management system based on the u-learning are actively proceeding. The u-learning-based learning management system is very convenient in that there are no restrictions on the various access devices as well as the access time and place. However, the judgments on the authentication for the user and whether learning is focused on are difficult. In this paper, the voice and user face capture interface rather than the common user event oriented interface was applied to the learning management system. When a user is accessing the learning management system, user's registered password is input and login as voice, and the user's learning attitude is judged through the response utterance of simple words during the process of learning through contents. As a result of evaluating the proposed learning management system, the user's learning achievement and concentration were improved, thus enabling the manager to monitor the user's abnormal learning attitude.

Recently the government aims to new markets, new jobs, and economic management based on technology, imagination, and creativity through the 'Creative Economy'. It has also been demonstrated in the creation of economic benchmarking of the developed countries that the performance of the creative economy in the border area with convergence of industry, science, culture and technology can achieve. In particular, women in science and technology play an important role in the case of developed countries. However, it is known that active supports and development policies for women scientists and engineers are insufficient, and the number of woman in science and technology is very low in korea. The ratio of women in her early and mid 30s in economic activity is low because of career break and difficulties from going back to work due to childbirth and parenting. The government should concentrate on the creative education and training, support for women in science and technology to develop the creative economy progressively. we present the investigation of the ICT industry status, role of women in economic participation, and the plan of creating jobs for women in the ICT industry in this paper.

This study compares and analyzes the tasks and evaluation methods of national technically qualified Skin Esthetic through systematic literature review of prior studies on qualification tests for Skin Esthetic qualification and process evaluation types that have been reorganized based on NCS. The national technical qualification is based on the ability to work through memorization-oriented theoretical tests and simple repetition of functions, and the Qualified qualification is relatively short in the period of test execution, and the reliability of its internal evaluation at the enforcement agency continues to be reduced. In the future, national technical qualification require innovation in the qualification system to reflect skilled demand at industrial sites, and course-based qualification for require supplementation and improvement of education and training courses so that they can learn skilled skills at the site.

This paper aims to examine the ways in which the Singaporean government has promoted the "global city" imaging strategy as a means for marketing Singapore. Since the 1990s, Singapore has pursued a place-marketing strategy that aims at imaging itself as a "creative", "culturally vibrant" and "cosmopolitan" global city by utilizing various cultural, tourist and spatial policy measures. It argues that the Singaporean government has promoted this particular imaging strategy under a broader economic resoucturing program, aiming at transforming the Singapore's economy into a "knowledge-driven" one, under which the attraction of international knowledge workers is seen as crucial for the competitiveness and innovation. This paper also discusses the limitations of this strategy, focusing on growing tensions between the global and the local in the Singaporean society and the ways in which the authoritarian and top-down nature of governance have restricted the genuine development of the "culturally vibrant" environment in Singapore.

In this study, based on the fusion needs of the enterprise and explores how this convergence competencies affect to business performance. Results showed that the fusion capacity is affecting the financial performance and non-financial performance. That fusion technology education learning capability and convergence capabilities appeared to affect the financial performance and non-financial performance.

This study aims not only to examine the globalization, imformationization, and networking as background of knowledge-information-based society, but also to clarify the research fields of 'geography of knowledge' and further research themes for economic geography in a knowledge-information-based society. As a result of globalization, the degree of regional disparity, which had decreased with neoliberal policy in Europe and America in 1980's, has increased in early development states such as China and Eastern European countries. In opposition to the globalization that has led to increasing regional disparities at a global scale, many scholars argue that grassroots globalization or globalization from below is needed. Based on a pessimistic view on globalization, many maintain that unequal access to information has enlarged the gap between rich and poor. They also argue that the study of the geography of poverty is crucial in oder to solve the problem of bipolization. According to the world system theory, spatial grasp of commodity chains, actors' diversities, flows towards innovation in learning knowledges, and geographical, organizational, and institutional proximities are intertwined. Because these elements make significant influences each other in social networks, the interrelationships among those elements should be carefully considered. A 'geography of knowledge' deals with manufacturing, finance and service, media, cultural, and creative industries. Former researches in economic geography have tended to deal with those industries separately without attempting to make meaningful linkages among discussions on those industries.

Experimental animation is an independent art animation and a visual art that is integrated with the spirit of experimentation. Norman McLaren pursues original beauty in each piece through scientific exploration of visual expression technology and experiment that transcends common sense with great creativity and sensitivity, and the aesthetic value of animation is very high as the master of experimental animation that has brought innovation of real image media today. Therefore, it is meaningful to analyze the experimental expressions of Norman McLaren, who expanded the field of experimental animation by challenging various techniques and carried out a ceaseless search for motion creation between each frame, and to study the expressions of movement he focused on. The most significant feature of his movement expression was analyzed as repetition of motion and repetition of metamorphosis. I hope that this derivation will be understood as experimental animation of experimental method which requires more specific type of inquiry than simple question about experimental method. Also, I hope that it will be meaningful as a preliminary study to deeply explore the possibility and direction of animation creation in university education.

In this paper, the security behaviors and attitudes related with the personal information of teenagers were investigated using empirical data based on rational behavior theory and protection motivation theory. An experiment for teenagers was conducted on Excel and the statistical packages (i.e., SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS2.0.M3) to see how self-efficiency, security attitude, security intention and individual innovation affect their security behaviors. The experimental results showed that the security behaviors and attitudes of teenagers between internet and information devices are closely related, and the social influences can affect personal self-efficacy and security attitudes. Finally, we can know that teenagers should recognize the importance of security and protect their personal information safely through continuous education and training so that they can be linked to security behaviors.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of Le Corbusier's works focused on Maison Guiette. This House was completed in 1926, 4 year later than the work of the Citrohan and also, this house is the only remaining mixed use Dwelling in Belgium. It offers a fine example of the early architectural concepts of Le Corbusier's. Despite these important facts, the meanings of the ideas of this house have not been paid attention as much as other houses constructed at the same period, such as Maison La Roche, Maison Stein de Monzie, Villa Savoye, etc. In his book, 'Oeuvre Complete 1910-1929', Le Corbusier mentioned as follows: "A special solution imposed by Belgian housing developments characterized by a dimension of 6 meters of frontage and a very great depth. The staircase serving the various floors is like the ladder of Jacob climbs Charlie Chaplin in the "Kid" and This house is an architectural experiments of his ideas. And this study aims at analysing the relationship between Maison Guiette and spaces on the basic of Le Corbusier's 'Five Points of a New Architecture' which had a great effects on architectural history and became a fundamental elements for the change into the Modern housing. By analysing the points in regard with the Features of Architectural Concept Applied in Maison Guiette, The Five Points are the background of the interpenetration of the interior and the exterior. To attain this, this research appraises each points in detail in regards with Maison Guiette. The study of Maison Guiette will be an important architectural subject to clarify the meaning of his later works and ideas.

The purpose of this paper is to study the meaning of Rem Koolhaas's works focused on Villa Dall'Ava. This House which offers a fine example of the early architectural concepts of Rem Koolhaas was completed in 1991, 7 year earlier than the Maison Bordeaux and also this work is the only one house constructed in Paris. Rem Koolhaas, one of the most influential architects representing contemporary architecture in these days is interpreted so diversely as new constructivism, deconstruction and new scientism etc. The relationship between Modernism architecture and the architecture of Rem Koolhaas is supposed in various point of view in recent studies. Although the leading background on which the architectural inclination of Rem Koolhaas is de-constructivism, various interviews, editorials and other perspectives give clue that Rem Koolhaas was influenced by Modernism. His architectural concept is connected with the architectural principles of Le Corbusier: 'Five Points of a New Architecture' and 'Dom-ino system', which are especially applied a lot to Villa Dall'Ava in the modified form. This study is to research the architectural characteristics of Villa Dall'Ava by analyzing the layout, plan, elevation, section and structure, which revealed the architectural connectivity between the concept of Rem Koolhaas and the architectural principles of Le Corbusier which had a great effects on architectural history and became a fundamental elements for the change into the modern architecture. In practice, the architectural work of Rem Koolhaas remind the architectural principles of Le Corbusier. This research appraises each points of 'Five Points of a New Architecture' in regarding with Villa Dall'Ava whose study will be important to find the meaning of the works and ideas of Rem Koolhaas.
