  • The company protects the information of legacy system to satisfy all member in company. Integrating between applications is increasing recently because of e-Business activation. The e-Business activation also make between extra companies and intra companies integrated. This paper suggest on implementing the ERP using Phased Approach Method and the EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) with legacy system. This paper also suggest the standard method which would be used in implementing the EAI in another company and reduce the mistake during the EAI project. Therefore, it would be the one system between complicated systems through application integration, it would be also make shop floors visualized. This research would help users and service suppliers getting more advantages of e-Business system.

  • The successful implementation of various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has provoked considerable interest in this subject over the last few years. The senior management, especially in large corporations have been attracted to look at new information technology and how to leverage it for corporate survival and to gain competitive advantage in volatile business environment. Although there is no shortage of positive reports on the success of ERP installations, many companies have invested millions of dollars in this direction with little to show for its success. Since many of the ERP failures today can be attributed to inadequate planning and poor execution in the implementation and closure of projects. The aim of this article is to offer some solutions to avert potential pitfalls in ERP implementation.

  • This study focused on the factors that are critical to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation success. This study employed a Delphi panel to explore the characteristics of ERP project success. The expert panel was comprised of executives from Korean organizations who had participated in and were experienced with ERP implementation projects. The two round Delphi study found the importance of senior management involvement/top management support in project. Additionally, the study found that the same Critical Success Factors(CSFs) existing in large-sized Korean organizations are also applicable to small or mid-sized Korean organizations.

  • Government-driven informatization support projects for small and medium companies turn into collaborative information technology alliances between mother companies and their suppliers. These collaboration efforts are driven by a mother company that can influence and support its suppliers. A mother company establishes a proprietary evaluation system for suppliers' informatization level and enforces the suppliers to use their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems above a certain level. This paper presents a Samsung Electronics case to find determinant factors for ERP system usage level. This case study aims at providing long-term strategies for the collaboration project and helping the suppliers effectively pursue their informatization projects. Furthermore, the case study will reveal issues and tasks for the mother companies to accomplish sustainable success for their suppliers' informatization.

  • Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum(ER) chaperone, ERp29, in traumatized rat spinal cord was investigated. Compared to the control, ERp29 expression was down-regulated at the lesion site 1 d after spinal cord injury. However, ERp29 expression gradually increased from 3 d after the injury and peaked remarkably after 7 d. Two ER chaperones (GRP94 and BiP) showed constantly strong expression levels 1 d after spinal cord injury while the expression levels of the other two (calnexin and PDI) were unchanged. In the case of ERp72, its expression level was increased 1 d after the injury and gradually decreased thereafter. This study suggests that ERp29 expression in the spinal cord after traumatic injury might be associated with the posttraumatic neural survival, playing a role as a molecular chaperone.

  • In this paper, we build a web ERP system that is focused on the logistics, storage, materials management to establish internal enterprise information system for small business. This system is possible to be transformed to separated modules so it is possible to be modified and added easily. And it is also implemented to provide mobile interlace for mobility extension. The ShopE.R ERP system is a solution that can be reorganized flexibly according to variable changes in the corporate business processes.

  • The rolling schedule procedure has been an important part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The performance of production planning in an ERP system depends on the selection of the three parameters in rolling schedule procedure: frozen interval, replanning interval, and planning horizon (forecast window). This research investigated, in a theoretical approach, the combined impact of selections of those three parameters. The proven mathematical theorems provided guidance to re-duction of instability (nervousness) and to seek the optimal balance between stability and responsiveness of ERP systems. Further the theorems are extended to incorporate the cost structure.

  • Needs of automation and computerization in the construction industry has been recognized but the implementation of e-business solutions with project management systems has not been fully explored. In order to cope with different management practices in home office and project sites, integration of two popular systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management System (PMS) is essential. The objective of this study is to find ways to functionally and systematically integrate ERP and PMS. With the integration of ERP and PMS, a project will be managed much more efficiently and effectively. It is expected that this study will benefit system integrators and help them to understand construction management processes and integrate the solutions with minimized programming work.
