본 논문은 "집합 일치화 문제(set unification problem)"를 논리 언어 Prolog를 사용하여 구현한다. 집합 일치화 문제는 고전적 논리 언어(logic languages)의 일치화 문제(unification problem)에서 집합을 표현할 수 있도록 확장한 것으로 최근 연구되고 있는 "집합 제한 논리 언어(set constraints logic languages)"를 구현하기 위하여 풀어야 하는 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 최근 A. Dovier 연구팀이 제안한 집합 일치화 문제의 풀이(solver)를 소개하고, 이 풀이를 논리 언어 Prolog를 사용하여 구현하는 방법을 기술한다. Prolog 언어는 비결정성(nondeterminism)을 표현할 수 있는 기능과 리스트(list)라는 자료 구조를 제공하는 기능 때문에 다른 어떤 언어에서보다 쉽게 집합 일치화 문제 풀이를 구현할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 집합 제한 논리 언어의 수행기(interpreter) 개발에 직접 이용될 수 있다.

지금까지의 전자정부 구축은 국민의 편의성과 정부업무의 효율성에 맞추어져 왔으며, 이는 경제적 사회적 흐름에 따른 IT서비스가 국민과 정부가 실제로 원하는 것을 찾아 지원하고 선도하여 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하면 우리의 전자정부 과제는 남한에 국한된 것이다. 헌법에 의하면 남한과 북한은 하나의 국가인데도 불구하고, 남북한 간의 한계성을 의식적으로든 무의식적으로든 인식하여, 남한으로 테두리를 정하고 u-Korea를 실행하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 통일부가 운영하고 있는 남북교류협력시스템(http://inter-korea.unikorea.go.kr)를 바탕으로 남북교류협력을 위한 실질적인 프로세스 개선과 정보화 전략을 새롭게 수립하기 위하여 현황과 방향성에 대해 연구하여, 향후 남북통일을 위한 초석이 될 수 있는 IT서비스로서, 또한 남북간의 특이사항을 반영한 시스템으로 기타 전자정부 과제들의 통일 이후의 모습이라는 거시적인 미래과제를 풀 수 있는 한 도구로 본 연구가 활용되고자 한다.

On October 3, 1990, Germany achieved peaceful reunification by integrating East Germany into West Germany. Since reunification, the region of East Germany had to have a new value standard in extreme social changes such as legal, political, administrative and spatial amid rapid systemic changes. The purpose of this study is to characterize urban policy related to urban change in DDR in the past 30 years after German unification. In particular, this study examined the change of construction law and Städtebauförderung Program as urban policy. The characteristics of Städtebauförderung programs and urban regeneration are in context with their contents. The characteristics of Städtebauförderung program support program are ultimately aimed at resolving imbalances among cities, improving the quality of life of residents and developing cities with future-oriented sustainability.

본 논문은 독일통일 후 구동독지역에서 실시된 학제통합 과정에 대한 고찰을 통해 남북한 통일 후 교육통합 과정에서 고려해야 할 시사점을 도출하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 독일 통일 전후 단계에서 구동독의 학제는 전환기 과정을 거쳐 구서독의 학제에 통합되었다. 구동독의 학제통합은 전환기 조치를 통한 안정적 관리, 동서독 간의 협의 추진, 지역별로 상이한 학제 체제의 도입, 통일 후 사회적 변화 상황에 대한 유연한 대처의 측면에서 긍정적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 반면, 단기간의 개편 추진, 구동독 학제 체제에 대한 고려 미비, 학제 통합 후 내적 인프라 구축의 어려움 등의 한계를 나타냈다. 통일독일의 학제통합 과정 사례는 남북한 통일 후 교육통합을 준비해야 하는 우리에게 학제통합의 안정적 추진을 위한 방안의 수립, 북한 학교체제에 대한 면밀한 검토, 학제통합에 따른 내적인프라 구축 방안 마련 등이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시한다.

The base composition for a construction information union and application is insufficient, because the existent information driving for the underground facility is separately promoted from management organization. This Study is to analyze a accuracy by converting pre-constructive underground facility database to the unification database of digital map base and improve the accuracy for a field surveying. moreover, These results is to construct the information common system of web base GIS by jointing internet technology.

Unification of neural network with a hierarchical pattern recognition is presented for recognizing large set of objects. A two-step identification procedure is developed for pattern recognition: coarse and fine identification. The coarse identification is designed for finding a class of object while the fine identification procedure is to identify a specific object. During the training phase a course neural network is trained for clustering larger set of reference objects into a number of groups. For training a fine neural network, expert neural network is also trained to identify a specific object within a group. The presented idea can be interpreted as two step identification. Experimental results are given to verify the proposed methodology.

Continuous efforts have been made to transform industrial technologies possessed by private sector for national defense purposes over decades. Among these efforts, the unification programs between military and commercial specifications resulted in cost reduction and high efficiency of military supplies. In this paper, we study the unification of reliability specifications, which seems to have been widely used for military and commercial fields. We also propose a method of developing an unified reliability specification for electro-mechanical relays.
