장수명주택의 지하공간활용 최적화 구조계획기법 (Optimum Structural Planning of the Underground Space Utilization in the Long-Life Housing)

  • The objective of this paper is to suggest structural design for the long-life housing apartment complex to save the construction cost. The key is to use unavailable underground space due to bearing walls or bad configuration of columns in apartments as the parking space. Therefore, the structural plan of apartment buildings considering the parking section in the underground should be designed. After analytical resutls of three cases, it is significant effect in saving construction cost.

  • In the Past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need very careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology for selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for underground construction. The purpose of this study Is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(construction site situation and client request in designing ) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrange the conditions for construction method. And thin make checklist of the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy process among Multiple-Criteria Decision making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, it can lead and select the most suitable construction method considering the data which get from risk density test.

현장계측을 통한 지하증축공사 중 가설구조물의 거동 사례연구 (Behavior Case Study of Temporary Structures during Underground Extension Work by Field Measurement)

  • 노후시설물의 지하공간 확장공사 시 공사 중 소음 및 진동 문제 뿐만 아니라 기존 주민의 임시 거주공간 확보가 필요하고, 상업용, 공업용, 사회용 등의 시설물의 경우에는 시설물 이용의 중단에 따른 피해가 예상되므로, 지하증축 공사 중 소음 및 진동을 최소화하여 공사 중에도 기존 시설물의 이용을 가능하게 하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가설구조물의 안정성 문제와 공사 중 발생되는 소음진동 문제를 효과적으로 해결하여 지하증축 공사 중 시설물을 이용하면서 진행한 공사현장의 시공단계별 계측결과로 가설구조물과 주변지반의 거동을 분석하여 국내 현실에 적합한 지하증축공사 모델을 제시하였다. 시공 시 발생되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 초기 굴착 후 슬라브 선타설공법을 적용한 현장의 계측결과(건물경사계, 균열측정계, 구조물경사계, 지표침하계)를 확인한 결과 건물경사계와 구조물경사계는 슬라브 선타설후 변위가 감소하거나 수렴하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었으며, 균열측정계와 지표침하계는 관리기준 이내의 안정적인 모습을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 결과로 볼 때, 지하증축 공사 시 지하층 슬라브를 선타설하는 것은 공사 중 발생하는 소음·진동의 문제를 해결해주는 것 뿐만 아니라 지하증축 공사 시 가설구조물의 안정성을 확보하는데 큰 역할하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate suitability of Underground Facility Construction in great land development area. Because there are the construct of national integration information control system and the advance of information technique, the necessity that construct the UIS to manage the urban space systematically is enlarged. In the purpose that we prepare the base of underground facility management system by driving the step digitalizing facilities buried underground and protect urban safety accident, we introduce the GIS in land development area. This study proposes the improvement direction by examining the outcome through the driving method and the outcome analysis.

  • While the use of large scale underground complex space is increasing currently, this research suggests the methodology of servicing advanced service for civilian and constructing active disaster protection system in order to be free from danger problem of underground complex space by applying new ubiquitous technology. Synchronization between virtual space and real space and construction of ubiquitous disaster protection system arc the core technology. Based on RFID, USN technology, usually, user centered spatial information services are presented. it can be convert to disaster protection system on emergency situation without delay. Through these technology. we can ensure the safety of underground space where the floating population is concentrated in, moreover, utilize for infrastructure that presents various civilian services. Then we can satisfy the increasing civilians desire for safety and welfare and finally, it will contribute to construction of productive city and creation of new conceptual market.

농수축산물저장을 위한 지하암반냉동창고의 경제성분석 (An Economy Analysis on the Underground Food Storage)

  • It is in general reported that construction cost in an underground storage facility is less than that of the same capacity and features in an aboveground facility. Since these costs have a derivative with respect to facility size and fridging unit, the cost of construction and fridging unit are sensitive to location of storage, items to store, and rock quality of storage site. In this paper, to analyse an economic investment point for the underground food storage relative to aboveground storage, we compared these two models which have equivalent annual cost with the total cost that consists of initial facility investment cost and annual operation cost. Based on comparison of the economic investment in the underground with aboveground storage. an economic initial investment cost has been suggested for storing the agricultural and fish products.

  • The accidents of oil leakage is increasing in the Underground Concrete structures for Oil Storege. In the result, the waterproofing in the underground structures is melt down and cannot fulfil its Performance. This study shows an experimental study in the effects of the oil leakage to on the performance of Waterproofing Materials. In order to investigate the actual condition and the problems, a comparative analyses were conducted considering the various types of leakage. Utilizing the obtained results at the basic data for test methods and the standard of quality, we intended to propose a strategy to develop an innovated waterproofing Materials and improve the clean environment of underground structures.

  • This study presents the standard methods of diagnosis and repair to prevent and maintain the durability degradation caused by leakage cracks in underground structures in Korea. The third part after the announcement of the existing maintenance plan, The environmental characteristics and leakage condition of underground structures, the causes of deterioration of underground concrete structures, and countermeasures and leakage equipment were described.

  • Cracks are caused by drying shrinkage between the upper part of the underground parking lot and the apartment wall. As a result of the investigation, the distance between the apartment and the apartment is more than 45m, and the top slab of the underground parking lot is usually flat when there is not with steps. Therefore, the crack occurs more when the underground parking lot is a PC slab than a RC slab. In this study, the reduction of cracks was conducted by extending the slab, expanding the beam size, increasing the wall thickness, and installing a delay joint on slab. In each case, a finite element analysis was performed to examine the crack reduction method.

  • In securing durability of underground structure non-exposed waterproof materials, the company aims to improve durability of waterproof materials by studying more realistic weather conditions than KS standards and developers' durability standards. Analyzing the actual climate data in Korea and the temperature of the basement layer, it is a waterproofing sheet method, a self-adhesive sheet method in which a film and a compound, which are currently widely used as underground water-proofing, and a self-adhesive waterproofing sheet method, etc. We would like to present the guidelines necessary to prevent the temperature situation and waterproof defects that are ideal for setting the endurance conditions later.
