$\lceil$원자방사선의 영향에 관한 UN과학위원회$\rfloor$ (UNSCEAR)는 최근 1982년 보고서를 정리했다. UN과학위원회의 보고서는 환경중의 방사성물질수준, 방사선의 신체적${\cdot}$유전적 영향 및 방사선의 위험도에 관한 가장 포괄적인 보고서로 평가받고 있다. 이번 보고서는 77년이 보고서이후 5년만에 나온 것으로서 최신 데이터를 수록하고 있다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient image equipment implementation for the detector characteristics of various detectors by analyzing un-cooled thermal detector that exhibits nonlinear changes due to external temperature effects. First, we explain Thermal Electric Cooler for un-cooled detector temperature control system and Non-image correction methode for IR system. Second, we present the results of a study on an efficient control technique that can minimize the deterioration of image quality by controlling a un-cooled thermal detector without a thermal electric cooler(TEC) inside. Third, we suggest Image Correction Methods for Uncooled IR TECless Detector with Non-linear characteristics due to Temperature Change. So, we analyze and present the results of Image correction methods for various un-cooled thermal detector.

While general belief is that the military alliances are stable and rigid, the authors argue that the states are far more flexible in their behavior and often act against their alliances. This paper looks at states' behavior in the UN GA and looks how it is reflected in participation in military alliances during three periods of history since 1976 to this day. The authors illustrate the need to consider the network representation of co-sponsoring groups in General Assembly votes. They find significant support for their argument, indicating that social aspects can be extended beyond alliances. An application of social network analysis shows some unexpected affiliations in UN GA. If the UN GA is the "true" nature of these countries' alliance strategies, then it might suggest some significant defections and interesting association.

Despite its relatively small size, at least compared to other architectural programs, the house figures large in the cultural imagination. Closely identified with the individual and nuclear family, it has been frequently considered as an expression of widely held, even universal, values. Conversely, the private house has also been emblematic of more subjective desires, that change not only from person to person but from generation to generation. Certain conclusions can be drawn about the status of the private house at the end of the century, both as cultural invention and as a product of the autonomous discipline of architecture. The contemporary loftlike living space is similarly associated with work, given its emergence as an alternative home for individuals wanting space in which to live and work. In the case of what might be called the "un-private house", it is ofen a digital presence and the change of family system. This study was conducted to define the un-private house through public/private. The architectural characteristics of un-private house are as follows; 1) Alternatives- large open space with multiple function and collective free plan 2) Dematerialization- steel and glass with visual openness and ambiguity 3) Digital & Interfaces- fold and screen using technology and program. Especially, the un-private house is designed to provide individuals with emotional, superficial, and synergistic space, focusing on the personal life-style.

This paper presents an analytical prediction of nonlinear characteristics and behavior characteristics PSC structures with un-bonded tendon system. In this paper, a numerical model for un-bonded tendon is proposed based on the finite element method, which can represent straight or curved un-bonded tendon behavior. this model and time-dependent material model used to investigate the time-dependent behavior of un-bonded prestressed concrete structures. The accuracy and objectivity of the assessment process may be enhanced by the use of sophisticated nonlinear finite element analysis program. A computer program, named RCAHEST(Reinforced Concrete Analysis in Higher Evaluation System Technology), for the analysis of concrete structures and steel plate was used. The material nonlinearities are taken into account by comprising the tension, compression, and shear models of cracked concrete and models for reinforcements and tendons in the concrete. The smeared crack approach is incorporated. It accounts for the aging, creep and shrinkage of concrete and the stress relaxation of prestressed steel. The proposed un-bonded tendon model and numerical method of un-bonded prestressed concrete structures is verified by comparison with reliable experimental results.

The UN recommends to the member of OECD to implement the GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals) that harmonized the flammable materials for classification, labelling, production, transport, storage, handling, usage and discard. There are no significant differences between UN and GHS because GHS is based on physico-chemical hazard and acute toxity of classification and labelling of UN regulation for the classification and transportation of flammable materials. In this paper it was analyzed that the classification, labelling and test method of flammable materials for GHS and the national law of safety management of flammable materials.

The efect of acute renal failure (ARF) on the pharmacokinetics o sulfobromophthalein (BSP) was investigated in order to elucidate if renal failure modifies the hepatic metabolism of drugs. ARF was induced by intravenous (iv) injection of uranyl nitrate (UN) to rats (5 mg/kg) five days before the experiment. Area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC)of BSP after portal vein (pv) injection increased by 2-fold and total body clearance ($CL_1$) decreased one half (p <0.01) in UN-induced ARF (UN-ARF) rate compared to the control rats. But the plasma disappearance of BSP after iv injection did not differ significantly between control and UN-ARF rats. Since BSP is excreted via the liver, $CL_1$ represented the approximate hepatic clearance of BSP. Therefore, the decrease in $CL_1$ represented the approximate hepatic clearance of BSP. Therefore, the decrease in $CL_1$ represents a decrease in hepatic intrinsic clearance ($CL_{int}$) for BSP since plasma free fraction ($f_p$) of BSP was not affected by UN-ARF. The content of hepatic cytoplasmic Y-protein, which catalyzes BSP-glutathione conjugation and limits the trasfer of BSP from blood to bile, increased significantly (p < 0.01), however its binding activity (BA) for BSP was decreased significantly (p <0.01) by UN-ARF. The decrease in $CL_{int}$might have some correlation with the changed characteristics of hepatic Y-protein, specifically its decreased BA for BSP.

The interaction between UN and CdCl₂ in the LiCl-KCl molten eutectic was studied at 1023 K. The chlorination was monitored by sampling and recording the redox potential of the medium. At 1023 K the chlorination of UN with cadmium chloride in the molten LiCl-KCl eutectic proceeds completely and results in the formation of uranium chlorides. The melts of the LiCl-KCl-UCl₃ or LiCl-KCl-UCl₄ compositions can be obtained by the end of experiment depending on the presence of metallic cadmium in the reaction zone. The higher the concentration of the chlorinating agent, the faster the reaction rate. At [CdCl₂]/[UN] = 1.65 (10% excess) the reaction proceeds to completion in about 7.5 h. At [CdCl₂]/[UN] = 7 the complete chlorination takes 2.5-3 h.

This paper presents two experiments examining different gemination behavior of English affixes. Experiment 1 focused on geminates through affixation with im-, un-, -ness, and -ly. The English group articulated geminates with longer absolute and relative durations than singletons for im-, un-, and -ness, but there was no difference for -ly. This suggests that -ly words are more likely to be perceived as whole words, and that -ly is less decomposable. Furthermore, un- geminates exhibited longer absolute and preceding vowel durations than im- geminates, suggesting that im- is more decomposable than un-. However, the Korean group produced geminates with longer absolute and relative durations than singletons for all im-, un-, -ness, and -ly, and produced comparable absolute durations of im- and un- geminates. Experiment 2 investigated different gemination behaviors of locative and negative im- prefixes. The English group showed durational contrast between geminates and singletons only for negative im-, indicating that locative im- is not easily separated from stem. However, the Korean group produced longer absolute and relative durations for geminates than for singletons for both locative and negative im-. According to the findings of Experiments 1 and 2, affix decomposability is less likely to influence Korean speakers' English affix gemination, and spellings may have a greater influence.

It may be meaningful that analysis of possible continuity and change of North Korea's Kim Jong-un's ruling in its third year. For this analysis, for the application more rational and statistical analysis methods, this study takes advantage of the new years' messages of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong-un. In North Korea, the new years' messages are rare enough to give influence to every field of the North Korea's community and the New Year's message performs tutorial role throughout the whole year. The said messages of Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong-un regimes have been researched and comprehensively summarized. The summarized New Year's Message by Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il, and Kim Jong Un are separated, compared and analyzed by the regime by presentation method, configured information, and others followed by New Year message's characteristics and implications of each North Korean regime that have been investigated. Based on the results of this analysis of Kim Jong-un era, possibility of its continuation and change is forecasted. Above all, for possible continuation of the ruling, sticking to the governing socialist way and military-first politics are presented. For possible causes of change, such the four factors as partial opening to overcome economic problems, the North Korean nuclear issue, influx of the nature of capitalism, and Kim Jung-un's control weakness have been presented. Such the factors of possible change and continuation of the North Korea Kim Jung-un ruling are expected to work as a combination of factors. The issue of continuation and change of North Korea Kim Jong-un's control is a key point for us to solve the issues between North and South Koreas. In the situation that the whole people of South Korea have a national consensus in the effort of gathering the public opinion, it is a high time that we needed to have much flexibility to actively cope with the North Korean issues.
