Transparent ITO films were deposited on a polycarbonate substrate with RF magnetron sputtering in a pure argon (Ar) and oxygen ($O_2$) gas atmosphere, and then post deposition electro annealed for 20 minutes in a $4{\times}10^{-1}$ Pa vacuum. Electron bombardment with an accelerating voltage of 100 V increased the substrate temperature to $120^{\circ}C$. XRD analysis of the deposited ITO films did not show any diffraction peaks, while electro annealed films indicated the growth of crystallites on the (211), (222), and (400) planes. The sheet resistance of ITO films decreased from 103 to $82{\Omega}/\square$. The optical transmittance of ITO films in the visible wavelength region increased from 85 to 87%. Observation of the work function demonstrated that the electro-annealing increased the work function of ITO films from 4.4 to 4.6 eV. The electro annealed films demonstrated a larger figure of merit of $3.0{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ than that of as deposited films. Therefore, the electro annealed films had better optoelectrical performances than as deposited ITO films.

The survey ran from March to May, 2015, the total of 329 respondents was used in analysis. The subject consisted of adults living in domestic region, and convenience sampling. For statistical analysis, AMOS were used to verify the study model. The major results of the research are as follows. First, as to the relation between brand experiences and affectional responses, all of experience dimensions positively affect affectional responses. Second, regarding the relation between brand experience and brand attitude, partially experience dimensions affect brand attitude. Third, affectional responses affect positively brand attachment. Forth, brand attitude affect positively brand attachment. Fifth, brand attachment positively affect attitudinal brand loyalty and behavioral brand loyalty. Finally, with regard to the relation between brand experiences and brand attitude, consumer need for uniqueness has partially moderating effects when behavior experience affect brand attitude.
This study was conducted to evaluate the vegetation structure and ordination of the Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. community by the Phytosociological method, floristic composition table on east coast of South Korea. The vegetation of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. community was classified into 2 communities such as the Aster Spathulifolius community and the calystegia soldanella-Artemisia princeps community. Vegetation of the Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. community with the Aster spathulifolius community was shown southward, whereas vegetation of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. community with the calystegia soldanella-Artemisia princeps community was shown northward from the base line of Pohang at North latitude of 36" 05'. Accordingly, the Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. community was grown commonly with the Aster spathulifolius community southward of the base line of Pohang, whereas it was grown commonly with the calystegia soldanella-Artemisia princeps community northward on the east coast. All environmental conditions of habitat taken together, the optimum habitat of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb. was at Ulsan geographically and the middle region of sea cliff topography, and was suitable for alkali. sandyloam.
Recombinant protein G has been utilized in the purification of antibodies from various mammalian species based on the interaction of antibodies with protein G. The interaction between immunoglobulin and protein G may not be restricted to the Fc protion of antibodies, as many different $F(ab)_2$ or Fab fragments can also bind to protein G. I found both FAb $F(ab)_2$ of 145-2C11, a hamster anti-mouse $CD3{\varepsilon}$ antibody, bound to the protein G-sepharose. Interestingly, Fab and $F(ab)_2$ of 145-2C11 did not bind to the protein A-sepharose. The binding of Fab and $F(ab)_2$ of 145-2C11 to protein G provided a useful method to remove proteases, chopped fragments of the Fc region, and other contaminating proteins. The remaining intact antibody in the protease reaction mixture can be removed by using a protein A-sepharose, because the Fab and $F(ab)_2$ portions of 145-2C11 did not bind to protein A-sepharose. The specific binding of Fab and $F(ab)_2$ portions of 145-sC11 to a protein G-sepharose (though not to a protein A-sepharose) and binding of intact 145-2C11 to both protein A- and G-sepharose will be useful in developing an effective purification protocol for Fab and $F(ab)_2$ portions of 145-2C11.
We made intensive observations on the coastal upwelling off the coast of the southern East Sea from June to August in 2001. The upwelling exhibited a weekly waxing and waning. The coastal upwelling of the year 2001 was characterized by abrupt outbreaks and the small local scale. Upwelling occurred more frequently off the coast of Ulsan and Gampo as reported by the earlier observers. The spread of freshly upwelled colder water was varied by each upwelling event. Generally cold waters were carried away northeastward off Pohang province. The upwelled cold waters were saltier than the resident surface waters. The pH and salinity-normalized alkalinity support the idea that the upwelled waters originate from the interior of the East Sea. The extraordinarily high concentration of dissolved oxygen suggests that the upwelled waters are closely connected to the southward flowing North Korea Cold Current. Although a lower primary productivity was reported for the upwelling region, underway surface fluorescence measurement revealed that the recently upwelled waters supported up to an order of magnitude higher algal biomass than the ambient waters. Because thermohaline circulation of the East Sea is so vigorous, with an estimated time scale of less than one hundred years, that the coastal upwelling should be considered not as an anomaly but as a regular component of a circulatory system. A quantitative understanding of upwelling seems to be a key to elucidate material cycling and the associated biological production in the East Sea.

A meso-urban meteorological model (Urbanized MM5; uMM5) with urban canopy parameterization (UCP) was applied to the high-resolution simulation of meteorological fields in a complex coastal urban area and the assessment of urban impacts. Multi-scale simulations with the uMM5 in the innermost domain (1-km resolution) covering the Busan metropolitan region were performed during a typical sea breeze episode (4~8 August 2006) with detailed fine-resolution inputs (urban morphology, land-use/land-cover sub-grid distribution, and high-quality digital elevation model data sets). An additional simulation using the standard MM5 was also conducted to identify the effects of urban surface properties under urban meteorological conditions. Results showed that the uMM5 reproduced well the urban thermal and dynamic environment and captured well the observed feature of sea breeze. When comparison with simulations of the standard MM5, it was found that the uMM5 better reproduced urban impacts on temperature (especially at nighttime) and urban wind flows: roughness-induced deceleration and UHI (Urban Heat Island)-induced convergence.

The purpose of this paper is to visualize and to analyze differences of regional mortality rates by major causes of death. We use causes of death statistics from KOSIS and compare regional mortality rates divided by national mortality rates by three causes of death. To do this, we define regional mortality ratio and regional age-standardized mortality ratio, and visualized by choropleth map using R. As a result, In case of neoplasm, there was no significant difference by region. In case of circulatory system, Ulsan, Daegu, Busan and Gyungnam showed relatively high regional age-standardized mortality ratio. In case of respiratory system, the ratios were in order of Gangwon, Sejong, and Chungbuk.

The ZnO/CuSn/ZnO (ZCSZ) multilayer films were deposited on polycarbonate substrates using reactive RF and DC magnetron sputtering. The thickness of each layer was 50 nm/5 nm/45 nm, respectively. The ZCSZ films showed a sheet resistance of $44{\Omega}$/Sq, which was an order of magnitude lower than that indium tin oxide (ITO) films. Although the ZCSZ films had a CuSn interlayer that absorbed visible light, both films had similar optical transmittances of 74% in the visible wavelength region. The figure of merit of the ZCSZ films was $1.0{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ and was greater than the value of the ITO films, $1.6{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}^{-1}$. From the X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the ITO films did not show any diffraction peaks, whereas the ZCSZ films showed diffraction peaks for the ZnO (100) and (002) phases. The hardness of the ITO and ZCSZ films were 5.8 and 7.1 GPa, respectively, which were determined using nano-indentation. From these results, the ZCSZ films exhibited greater optoelectrical performance and hardness compared to the conventional ITO films.
This article presents a novel cooperative spectrum sharing (CSS) scheme. The primary transmitter transmits a complex Quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) signal in the first phase, and CSS occurs in the second phase. The secondary transmitter with the largest forwarding channel gain among the nodes that successfully decode the primary signal in the first phase is selected for CSS. This selected node employs a pulse-amplitude modulation (PAM) signal for primary information message (IM) instead of the QAM signal, and it employs a modified PAM signal for the secondary IM. The proposed modified PAM signal depends on the amplitude of the primary PAM signal. This method results in no mutual interference and negligible primary interference constraint and allows a higher degree of exploitation of spatial diversity, thus enabling increase in secondary power to improve primary transmission. The outage performance is enhanced in both the primary and secondary systems. The critical region, in which the primary outage performance is enhanced with the proposed CSS scheme, can be adjusted and widened by varying either the modulation cooperation sharing factor or the number of secondary transmitters.
This paper examines the effects of the partial solar eclipse of 22 July 2009 across the Korean peninsular on surface temperature and ozone concentrations in over the Busan metropolitan region (BMR). The observed data in the BMR demonstrated that the solar eclipse phenomenon clearly affects the surface ozone concentration as well as the air temperature. The decrease in temperature ranging from 1.2 to $5.4^{\circ}C$ was observed at 11 meteorological sites during the eclipse as a consequence of the solar radiation decrease. A large temperature drop exceeding $4^{\circ}C$ was observed at most area (8 sites) of the BMR. Significant ozone drop (18~29 ppb) was also observed during the eclipse mainly due to the decreased efficiency of the photochemical ozone formation. The ozone concentration started to decrease at approximately 1 to 2 hours after the event and reached its minimum value for a half hour to 2 hours after maximum eclipse. The rate of ozone fall ranged between 0.18 and 0.49 ppb/min. The comparison between ozone measurements and the expected values derived from the fitted curve analysis showed that the maximum drop in ozone concentrations occurred at noon or 1 PM and was pronounced at industrial areas.
