  • Computing environment is evolving rapidly to ubiquitous environment. It thus makes people access and utilize any resource on the move and makes location of objects rise to the rank of the most important information. However provision of location information is too restrictive in small environments such as a home or building. In this paper we propose a home entertainment system which supports user mobility based on sensor networks and distributed devices. The proposed system estimates a user location by using signal strength received from Bluetooth ad-hoc networks. This estimated location information can tell which device a user can take advantage of while moving. In order to prove possibility of user mobility support, the system is implemented on our UPnP A/V framework home entertainment system to provide content streaming and the result shows that a provision of service for mobile users could be possible in small ubiquitous computing environments.

Recently be leap into prominence to technology core of home network as wireless technology a ZigBee. ZigBee Perceive with cognition from tag and sensor as use USN, and processing, save, integration, and provide information. Implement the access control system which used technology BigBee with design at these papers. The wireless-based construction that used ZigBee. The influence that can let you implement early a Ubiquitous society is technology there being. Also, show by a large spinoff in an allied industry field, and improve the quality of life, and invention calls value added of leading edge IT service and product. The implementation of mobile base on access control system using zigbee method is expected to be helpful for the convenience in home network use.

  • Two general security measures in computing networks are secure data transmission and user authentication, These problems are still critical in the wireless LAN environments. Thus security becomes most significant issue in personal network environments and ubiquitous networks based on wireless LANs. We purpose a new authentication system for these kind of environments, and coined it UPMA(Ubiquitous Personal Mutual Authen-tication) model. UPMA supports authenticating configurations which provides personal verification for each system. It guarantees secure communications through the session key setup, and provides mutual authentication by verifying each user and his/her station. UPMA solves security problems in ubiquitous networks without accessing authentication server, Instead it performs mutual authentication between terminals or between systems. It is a global authentication system which enables global roaming service through the Internet or other public networks, It can be used to guarantee safe and convenient access to a company Intranet or to a home network.

  • Due to the development of digital appliance, role of TV causes both-way by introducing IPTV, and SNS service causes big change of watching environment and residence environment. There are good conditions on the role of integrated control because it is arranged in the living room which secures movement most effectively and because family members can easily use, and the degree of use is high. Therefore, we infer user's needs by analyzing user scenario and current role of TV in home network environment. Primarily, we collect surveys of development scenario and technology which companies suggest TV applied by home network service, and secondly, we comparatively study scenario which the companies mentioned above suggest through observing user scenario, and study the role of IPTV in the future through actual scenario-based experiment by ethnography. After analyzing user scenario through case study and experiment, there are integrated device studies mainly in company study because it can be made up inside home, security and entertainment. On the other hand, there are patterns of user behavior by scenario experiment mainly in auto-tainment, security, and it showed that it is insufficient for interaction between TV and home media peripheral. Through this paper, we analyze context of home user, and based on this, we could suggest effective use of service development. Also after analyzing user form, we could know it also should be considered of ratio between activity inside home and activity outside home.

  • 본 논문에서는 통합 및 유비퀴터스(Ubiquitous) 환경의 실현을 위한 첫 단계 서비스라 할 수 있는 모발일 홈 네트워크 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 따라서 모바일 홈 네트워크(mobile Home Network, mHN) 서비스의 개념 및 이를 제공하기 위해 존재하는 가치사슬, 서비스 모델 및 필요기술 등을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 모델을 크게 P2P, Semi P2P, 통합형 (Hub & Spoke)으로 구분하여 각 모델의 특징을 살펴본다. 특히, 통합형 모델을 위한 서버의 서비스, 제어 및 관리 기능과 관련 노드들과의 연동을 위한 인터페이스 등을 나타낸다. 뿐만 아니라 댁내와 댁내의 연결 노드인 홈 게이트웨이의 구조 및 기능 들을 살펴보고 마지막으로 다양한 모바일 홈 네트워크 서비스의 예를 제시한다.

  • Digital home devices aims at providing the multimedia service which is not limited at time and space in home network environment. However, it is incapable of the fair use of consumers who legally buys contents, and causes damage to the contents providers owing to the indiscriminate distribution and use of illegal contents. DRM system appeared to solve this problem cannot protect the license stored on digital home devices and manage license by redistribution. This paper proposes a license audit model which makes an inspection of illegal access, modification and redistribution and reports alert logs to server.

  • The ubiquitous computing environment focuses on recognizing the context and Physical entities, whereas, previous computing environments mainly focused on the conversational interactions between the computer and the user. For this reason, there has been an increase in the research of context aware computing environments. In previous researches , context services are designed using context ontology used in context aware middleware. So, context service cannot change the context ontology in execution time. We propose a hierarchical context ontology management for context aware service to change their ontology in execution time. And we also a resolution model for context conflict which is occurred in inference of context. We have designed a middleware based on this model and implemented the middleware. As the middleware is implemented on the OSGi framework, it can cause interoperability among devices such as computers, PDAs, home appliances and sensors. It can also support the development and operation of context aware services, which are required in the ubiquitous computing environment.

  • In this paper, we designed the authentication system for home network service and applied it to actual sensor nodes. SNEP protocol of SPINS provides confidentiality of data and authentication. We achieved authentication key, encryption and decryption applied RCS encryption algorithm of SNEP. In addition, we used pair-wise key pre-distribution for prevention of authentication sniffing in wireless sensor network. The experiment environment consists of a base station receiving data and sensor nodes sending data. Each sensor nodes sends both the data and encrypted authentication key to the base station. The experiences had shown that the malfunction doesn't happen in communication among other groups. And we confirmed in tests that the system is secure when a sensor having malicious propose is added.

  • This study was to predict through the scenarios, one of the forecast technique the future of library service. In order to do that literature reviews, analysis of library's home page and specialist interview were conducted. As a result, it appeared that based on the scenarios to predict the middle future(after 5-10 years) of library service. The results of this study are as follows. The first the future information environment is represented by mobile md ubiquitous. Through this, anytime, anywhere, any device, we can be taken any media The second, the unreliable factors come out in time lag, the supply speed of terminals, library services, copyrights and so on. The third, as the supply speed of technique and the speed of technological development, the speed of technological development and the solution speed of digital copyright problem these make various scenarios. The fourth library try to find unreliable factors in constant change of the information technique, variety of internal factors. And strategy needs to dispose of various scenarios properly.

  • Context-Aware is the most important facts to reason a personalized and optimized service and to provide it to user. In the previous researches, user and surrounding environment were main facts of Context-Aware and middleware or center server has been proposed to support Context-Aware. In the daily space(for example, home, office, Car, etc), interactions between user and service can be a important facts of Context-Aware. In this paper, Context Autogenesis service model is introduced, simplified the Context-Aware process and designed the middleware which performs decentralize management for Context-Aware information of user's portable devices, so that problems occurred during the management and operation of existing Context-Aware system can be minimized and supporting user anonymity
