낙동강 상수원수의 오존처리 효과 I. 회분식 오존처리에 의한 수처리효과 (Effect of Ozone Treatment for Nakdong River Raw Water I. Efficiency of Water Treatment by Conducting Batch Test of Ozonation Experiments)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the pollutant removal efficiencies of the advanced drinking water treatment using ozonation. for raw water, Nakdong River was used. By conducting batch ozonation test, the following results were obtained. when ozone dosage of 5mg/$\ell$was used, preozonation of raw water reduced turbidity, KMnO$_4$consumption, DOC(dissolved organic carbon), UV254 absorbance, THMFP(trihalomethane formation potential) as much as 3.9NTU, 5.5mg/$\ell$, 1.15mg/$\ell$, 0.112 and 0.065mg/$\ell$, respectively. In case of postozonation of sand filtered water, water quality was also improved with decrease in turbidity, KMnO$_4$consumption, DOC, UV254 absorbance and THMFP at the amount of 0.08NTU, 2.6mg/$\ell$, 0.88mg/$\ell$, 0.042 and 0.018mg/$\ell$, respectively. On the other hand, contents of dissolved oxygen increased at the level of 1.3mg/$\ell$ after preozonation process and 1.0mg/$\ell$ after postozonation process. The effect of ozone dosage was higher than that of its contact time for the removal of the pollutants.

정수처리에서 서로 다른 공정의 처리효율에 대한 비교분석연구 (Efficiency Evaluation of Different Processes in Drinking Water Treatment)

  • This study was performed to compare finished water quality among three different processes. A detailed assessment of performance was carried out during the five months of operation. Finished water quality was evaluated on the basis of parameters such as Dissolved organic carbon (DOC), $UV_{254}$ absorbance, haloacetic acid formation potential (HAAFP), geosmin, 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB), heterotrophic bacteria and total coliform bacteria. The treatment processes were Process 1 (coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation-sand filtration-ozone-GAC), Process 2 (coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation -microfiltration-ozone-GAC), and Process 3 (coagulation-flocculation-sedimentation- sand filtration-GAC), compared side by side in the pilot testing. Process 2 was found to have better removal efficiency of DOC, $UV_{254}$ absorbance, HAAFP and heterotrophic bacteria in comparison with process 1 and process 3 under identical conditions. Geosmin, 2-MIB and total coliform bacteria were not detected in finished water from each process.

  • Recently, our country's piggery has been becoming large-sized and crowded gradually in scale. Thus, the environment in a piggery is getting worse, which leads to a drop in livestock's immunoactivity. Therefore, livestocks are exposured to many diseases(stress, hypertension, stomach ulcer etc.). In this paper, our intention is to design a low cost ozone-generating device with high capacity to maintain a reasonable ozone level, that is necessary for cleaning the environment in a piggery, but is not too high to cause any harmful influence to human beings and livestock. The results showed that the UV-lamp tube with baffle has an increase of 25% in ozone generation efficiency compared to without baffle and the short retention time of air or high inlet air rate shows high level of ozone.

  • It is applied in the high quality equipment construction by introduction of this high duality treating technology (ozone treating, activated carbon treating, high quality oxidation treating, UV treating etc.)waterproofing or corrosion proof method caused secondary economy damage of operation discontinuance and high quality treating equipment for applying existent waterproofing method that corrosion proof ability (ozone resistance performance, chemical resistance etc.) and abrasion resistance performance by comprehension insufficiency of user and designer. Therefor, In this study, we will analyze problem of waterproofing and corrosion material of existing construction application by high quality treating, and measure physical performance change by various condition. It is required to waterproofing and corrosion system and application of the field valuation.

  • We have grown $SiO_2$ film on a polycrystalline Si layer using excited ozone gas, which is produced by ultra-violet light irradiation to ozone gas, without heating substrate. The obtained $SiO_2$ film shows dielectric properties comparable to the device quality films measured at the MIS capacitor configuration.

오존전량 및 대류권 오존 프로파일 산출을 위한 지상관측 MAX-DOAS 원시자료 기반의 최적추정(Optimal Estimation) 기술 (Optimal Estimation (OE) Technique to Retrieve the Ozone Column and Tropospheric Ozone Profile Based on Ground-based MAX-DOAS Measurement)

  • 본 연구에서는 한반도 서울의 연세대학교에서 Multi-Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(MAX-DOAS)장비로부터 산출된 원시자료를 이용하여 처음으로 최적추정(Optimal Estimation; OE)을 사용하여 오존전량 및 오존의 대류권 프로파일을 산출하였다. 오존전량 및 오존의 대류권 프로파일을 산출하기 위하여 최적추정을 통하여 MAX-DOAS자료의 광학두께 피팅을 수행하였다. 광학두께 피팅은 MAX-DOAS 장비로부터 각각의 기기 고도각별로 관측된 값을 천정각에서 관측된 값으로 나누어 계산된 자료를 통하여 수행하였다. 오존전량은 2017년 5월 23일 오전(08:13)과 오후(17:55)에 각각 375.4와 412.6 DU로 산출되었다. 오존의 대류권 프로파일(<10 km)은참값 오존존데와 비교하여 약 5% 이내의 오차로 산출되었다. 하지만 10 km 이상의 높은 고도에서는 산출 에러가 커져 10% 이상 과대추정 하는 것으로 산출되었다. MAX-DOAS 자료의 스펙트럼 피팅에 의한 오차는 오전과 오후에 각각 16.8%와 19.1%로 계산되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 지상관측 기반의 초분광 UV 센서를 이용하여 오존전량과 대류권 오존 프로파일을 산출하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

  • In this paper, in these case of photoelectrode using UV treatment after oxygen solar conversion efficiency is increased. According to oxygen injection UV treatment will removal residual organics and increase the TiO2 surface area but also UV treatment can affect the same chemical action of ozone treatment. More porous networks and larger porosities were obtained in the TiO2 films prepared UV treatment after oxygen injection.

벼와 콩의 오존 피해증상과 품종간 차이 (Symptom of Leaf Injury and Varietal Difference to Ozone in Rice and Soybean Plant)

  • 대기환경오염원인 오존을 벼와 콩에 처리하여 오존피해증상, 품종간 저항성 차이 및 유전양상을 밝히고자 가시피해, 피해엽율, 엽록소함량, 임실율 등을 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 벼의 오존피해증상은 피해정도에 따라 잎에 작고 붉은 반점이 형성되거나 잎전체가 적갈색 또는 황백색으로 변색되며 잎끝부터 말리면서 고사하였다. 콩은 피해엽이 황백색 또는 흑갈색으로 변색되었으며 벼와 콩 모두 잎의 표면보다는 이면이, 신엽보다는 하위엽에서 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 벼의 오존저항성 정도는 밀양 23호와 농안벼가 저항성을, 추청벼가 감수성으로 조사되었다. 오존처리시간이 2시간에서 8시간으로 길어짐에 따라 벼의 피해엽율은 증가하였고 엽록소함량은 감소하는 경향이었지만 그 정도는 품종에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 콩의 품종별 오존저항성정도는 큰올콩과 단엽콩이 저항성을, 두유콩, 무한콩, 은하콩 및 푸른콩 등이 감수성으로 나타났다. 콩의 생육시기별 피해엽율은 품종에 따라 다소 다른 경향이었으나 대체로 파종후 45일 처리에서 피해엽율이 가장 높았다.

연속식 오존접촉조에서의 정수처리효과에 대한 연구 (Advanced Water Treatment by Ozonation in a Continuous Flow System)

  • Ozone Treatment is getting a common process in a water treatment plant all over the nation. Especially an advanced water treatment using ozone and biofiltration has been a typical method in the regions where using the Nak-Dong River as a drinking water source. The effectiveness of ozone treatment in a continuous flow contact system was investigated with sand filtered water of the Nak-dong River. Pilot tests of the experiments were performed three times of the year like June, August, and October 1995. Most degradable organics of sand filtered water were oxidized in the first and second contact chamber of the system. Ozone treatment was effective for the removal of UV254 absorbance. However, Noticeable removals of $KMnO_4$ demand and TOC(Total Organic Carbon) were occurred when their concentrations exceeded about 5mg/l. The organics causing $KMnO_4$ demand and TOC were degraded into lower molecular matter in an early stage of the ozone contact in the system. Dissolved oxygen concentration was increased after ozone treatment.

  • In this study, major research fields are classified as ozone generation system for dry cleaning wafer of etched silicon wafer, dry cleaning process of etched silicon wafer which includes SEM analysis and ESCA analysis. The following results are deduced from each experiment and analysis. The magnitudes of carbon and silicon were similar to the survey spectrum of silicon wafer which does not cleaning, but magnitude of oxygen was much bigger Because UV light activates oxygen molecules in the oxide film on the silicon wafer.
