Successful start-ups are driven by opportunities, teams, and the resources needed to grow the business. Systematic business process management is required to maximize the efficiency of business operations. However, the existing entrepreneurial process research has limitations that it is difficult to intuitively and dynamically provide the necessary information for start-up operation, and it is necessary to define necessary information (resources, stakeholders, activities). In this study, we suggest the "Start-up Process Repository System" which overcomes limitations of existing entrepreneurial process research. The architecture for the Start-up Process Repository System provides five layers and enables each layer to interact four interfaces between each layer. This study improves start-ups' accessibility to the start-up business process repository created from the existing repository architecture and increases the utility derived from it by providing methodologies for components that offer useful start-up knowledge.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine activities of the scapular stabilizers during push-up plus and PNF backward rocking exercises. Methods : 9 subjects performed randomly push-up plus and PNF backward rocking exercises in four point kneeling. The activities of 4 scapular stabilizing muscles were compared between push-up plus and PNF backward rocking exercises. Results : PNF backward rocking exercise showed significantly higher lower trapezius and lower serratus anterior activations compared to push-up plus exercise. Push-up plus exercise showed significantly higher middle serratus anterior activation than PNF backward rocking exercise. Conclusion : PNF backward rocking exercise facilitates the lower trapezius and serratus anterior activations compared to push-up plus exercise.

The child pick-up behavior of parents during an emergency can cause heavy traffic congestion and failing to evacuate an affected area successfully. In this study, we analyzed the effect of child pick-up behavior using, as an example, a nuclear power plant accident caused by an earthquake, which is a typical no-notice emergency. A quake was assumed to occur near the Shin-Kori nuclear power plant in Ulsan, Korea, resulting in a nuclear power plant accident. An agent-based dynamic simulation model using VISSIM was employed to conduct sensitivity analyses with different child pick-up rates. The results confirmed that parents are a major cause of congestion and a vulnerable class in an emergency evacuation. The child pick-up behavior caused significant traffic congestion, and parents who pick up their children showed a higher evacuation failure rate.

This paper aims to apply the concept of Pythagorean fuzzy soft sets (PFSSs) to UP-algebras. Then we introduce five types of PFSSs over UP-algebras, study their generalization, and provide illustrative examples. In addition, we study the results of four operations of two PFSSs over UP-algebras, namely, the union, the restricted union, the intersection, and the extended intersection. Finally, we will also discuss t-level subsets of PFSSs over UP-algebras to study the relationships between PFSSs and special subsets of UP-algebras.

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 기업들의 점증하는 체계적 브랜드 관리에 대한 필요를 인식하면서 이에 부응하기 위한 하나의 브랜드 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 일반적으로 전략적인 브랜드 관리는 브랜드자산의 구축, 브랜드자산의 측정과 진단, 브랜드 자산의 관리를 포함한다(Keller 1998). 그러나 이 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 브랜드 관리 시스템인 Brand Value-Up 은 주로 상표 자산의 측정과 진단에 관한 시스템이다. 이 논문에서 Brand Value-Up 을 제안하기 위해 우선 기존의 대표적인 브랜드 관리 시스템들을 검토하였다. 그리고 나서 이들의 미비점들을 분석하였으며, 나아가서 기존 시스템들의 미비점을 보완하는 시스템으로서 Brand Value-Up 을 소개하였다. 또한 Brand Value-Up 은 고객 중심의 브랜드진단 평가모델로서 결과지표 (Awareness Power, Functional Power, Image Power)와 성과지표(Brand Performance)로 구분하여 구체적으로 전략적인 시사점을 얻기 위한 모형으로서 제안하였다. 실제로 주요 국내 브랜드 (21 개 제품 106 개 브랜드)를 대상으로 한 분석을 통해 Brand Value-Up 의 활용 예를 보였으며, 마지막으로 이 시스템이 갖는 마케팅적인 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

From the perspective of an entrepreneur, one of the most important factors for understanding the inherent limitations of a startup, reducing the risk of failure, and succeeding is the composition of the talent, that is, the founding team. Therefore, a common concern experienced by entrepreneurs in the pre-entrepreneurship stage or the early stage of startup is the choice between independent startups and co-founding start-up. Nonetheless, in Korea, the share of independent entrepreneurship is significantly higher than that of co-founding start-up. On the other hand, focusing on the fact that many successful global innovative companies are in the form of co-founding start-up, the success factors of co-founding start-up were examined. Most of the related preceding studies are studies that identify the capabilities and characteristics of individual entrepreneurs as factors influencing the survival and success of entrepreneurship, and there is a lack of research on partnerships, that is, co-founding start-up, which are common in the field of entrepreneurship ecosystems. Therefore, this study attempted a multi-case study through in-depth interviews, collection of relevant data, analysis of contextual information, and consideration of previous studies targeting co-founders of domestic startups that succeeded in opportunistic startups. Through this, a model for deriving the phased characteristics and key success factors of co-founding start-up was proposed. As a result of the study, the key element of the preliminary start-up stage was 'opportunity', and the success factors were 'opportunity recognition through entrepreneur's experience' and 'idea development'. The key element in the early stages of start-up is "start-up team," and the success factor is "trust and complement of start-up team," and synergy is shown when "diversity and homogeneity of start-up team" are harmonized. In addition, conflicts between co-founders may occur in the early stages of start-ups, which has a large impact on the survival of start-ups. The conflict between the start-up team could be overcome through constant "mutual understanding and respect through communication" and "clear division of work and role sharing." It was confirmed that the core element of the start-up growth stage was 'resources', and 'securing excellent talent' and 'raising external funds' were important factors for success. These results are expected to overcome the limitations of start-up companies, such as limited resources, lack of experience, and risk of failure, in entrepreneurship studies, and prospective entrepreneurs preparing for a start-up in a situation where the form of co-founding start-up is attracting attention as one of the alternatives to increase the success rate. It has implications for various stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

It has passed 10 years to enact 'Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses.' With 10 years' data book, we study to find the correlation between venture investment and start-up. According to correlation analysis, we find that venture investment and start-up are strong and positive-related, and the increment of investment can contribute to the increment of start-up.

산업이 고도화, 대형화됨에 따라 조선, 건설, 기계산업문야에서 대용량 힘 측정의 필요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 힘 측정에 사용되는 힘 센서는 국가 힘 표준인 힘 표준기로부터 교정을 받아 사용함으로써 힘 측정 결과에 대해 국제적으로 인정받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 build-up 힘 표준기에 사용되는 build-up 힘센서를 설계 및 제작하고 힘 센서 각각의 특성과 build-up 시스템 전체의 특성을 실험하여 build-up 힘 센서의 오차를 평가하였다.

In this study, the effects on hydraulic characteristics are discussed as the permeable underlayer thickness of the rubble mound structure changes. A series of hydraulic experiments were performed and wave run-up, reflection and set-up were investigated. Result indicated that wave run-down was affected by the water out from the permeable underlayer during down-rush. As the thickness increased, relative wave run-up decreased.
