Advanced Unified Communication Service System (차세대 통합 커뮤니케이션 서비스 제공 시스템)

  • This paper describes an advanced unified communication system. The advanced unified communications mean a service that integrates basic communications such as call, SMS, email, and chatting with social networking service considered as a new communication channel, presenting a unified user interface. The advanced unified communication system is composed of advanced UC(Unified Communications) applications, open UC service platform, and UC back-end servers. The advanced UC applications consist of web-based application and smart phone application. The open UC service platform provides a variety of service components that enable the third party applications to access basic communications and social network services within an enterprise. The UC back-end servers provide server functionalities for call, SMS, email, and chatting.

  • In this paper, high-quality business-type communications(UC) capabilities of the communication activities overlap, waste, reducing rework process improvement provides for high efficiency. Messages sent via UC app development, FMC calling features, schedule management organization for the development and deployment DataBase UC server deployment, the search for the JSP implementation, XMPP is using the messaging system. IP-PBX running on the IP network, on the basis of UC applications in real life, improve utilization of the infrastructure necessary to provide services to the system design and implementation.

  • The next generation IP-PBX system are demanding multimedia facility to carry out UC(Unified Communication) and voice security also. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed the integrated solution of IP-PBX for the voice security by adopting VPN IPsec based on SIP using tunnel method in transmitting voice data to prevent eavesdrop of voice data and have shared between communication system based on PC and PSTN terminals. In particular, We have developed a video conference, private switching, distributed processing and measured telephone conversation quality. This IP-PBX that is connected Soft-phone provide various optional services.

A Study on Composing direction about Mobile Unified Communication Service based on Theory of Communicative Action (의사소통행위이론에 기반한 기업의 모바일 소통채널의 방향성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to compose direction about mUC as a communication channel in the company. Recently, many companies have started to adopt or try to vitalize the use of mUC. This study starts from the viewpoint of communication which is the original purpose of SNS or mUC. The purpose and function of life-world are drawn based on Habermas' theory of communicative action. Firstly, this study will check on a difference in usage over the action and articulation between SNS and mUC. Secondly, this study will examine a difference of effect of life-world between SNS and mUC. Thirdly, to check that there is difference according to the user characteristics. The result is that there are differences about action and articulation but little differences of effect to the life-world between SNS and mUC. Also, there is difference according to the user characteristics. This study could contribute to compose direction when a company adopts or vitalizes mUC.

  • 엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.
