We introduce the concepts of (${\mathcal{T}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}},{\mathcal{U}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s)(u, v)-preclosures and (${\mathcal{T}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}},{\mathcal{U}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s)(u, v)-preinteriors. Using the notions, we investigate some of characteristic properties of double pairwise (r, s)(u, v)-precontinuous mappings.

Objectives : Consumption is a chronic wasting disease and major portion of Oriental Medicine's therapy. However, there is no standard diagnostic method for consumption that is $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$. Methods : A questionnaire which includes symptoms and signs for diagnosis of $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$ was evaluated by Delphi technique. Each question was valuated by interviewing 27 oriental medicine doctors. Then. we choose questions given over 5 points and reorganized some items according to the recommendations by interviewed-doctors. We then accessed the value of re-organized questions composing of the questionnaires. Conclusion : We finally chose each 9 items of $q{\grave{i}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $xu{\grave{e}}-x{\bar{u}}$, $yang-x{\bar{u}}$, $y{\bar{i}}n-x{\bar{u}}$'s questionnaire. Further study is necessary for modification of questionnaire by statistics and certification by clinical trial.

제안된 u-health 서비스 플랫폼은 바이오 데이터 채집과 저장, 그리고 바이오 데이터 분석 및 결과 통보의 일련의 과정을 모바일u-health 서비스 프로세스로 해석하였다. 모바일 환경에서 건강관리 시스템 구축을 지원하는 서비스 플랫폼은 모바일 u-health 응용 서비스를 쉽게 탑재하여 운영할 수 있도록 설계 되었으며, 서비스 플랫폼의 효용성 및 유용성을 고려함으로써 u-health 사용 서비스의 기틀을 마련하였다.

도시의 패러다임이 변화하고 이에 따라 u-City의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 우리나라에서만 2009년 5월을 기준으로 54개 지역에서 u-City가 구축되고 있다. 이렇게 급증하는 u-City의 성패를 좌우하는 중요 요소 중 하나가 바로 u-City에서 제공하고자 하는 u-서비스라고 할 수 있겠다. 현재의 u-서비스는 센서네트워크를 기반으로 하는 도시 관리 위주의 모니터링 서비스가 대부분이다. 유비쿼터스의 본질적 의미인 '언제 어디서나'의 u-서비스를 구현하기 위해서는 공간정보의 활용이 필수적이다. 공간정보와 센서정보의 결합은 공간인지(spatial awareness) 를 가능케 하여, 모니터링서비스에서 보다 나아가 공간분석이 가능한 서비스로의 발전을 도모할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 1) u-서비스에서 spatial awareness는 어떤 의미 인지를 명확히 하고, 2) spatial awareness를 가능케 하기 위해 공간정보, 센서정보, 기타 정보들이 어떻게 융합 (Spatial Embedding) 되어야 하는지 논하고, 3) U-GIS를 기반으로 한 u-서비스 시나리오 4가지를 제안하고, 4) 현재의 기술개발 현황에 대해 분석해 보고자 한다.

A new method in thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) was developed to correct peak tailing backgrounds in the isotope ratio measurements of uranium in ultra trace levels for higher accuracy. Two different uranium standard reference materials (U005 and U030) were used to construct databases of signal intensities at mass 234 u and mass 236 u, which correspond to the two uranium minor isotopes, and signal intensity of $^{238}U$. Correlations between peak tailing backgrounds and $^{238}U$ were obtained by least-squares regression on calculated backgrounds at mass 234 u and mass 236 u with respect to the signal intensity of $^{238}U$ followed by separation of the peak tails of the two major isotopes of uranium ($^{235}U$ and $^{238}U$), which enables us to obtain a master equation for peak tailing background correction on all kinds of samples. Verification of the correction method was carried out using U010 and IRMM-040a.

This paper presents characterizations based on the identical distribution and the finite moments of the exponential distribution by record values. We prove that $X{\in}EXP({\sigma})$, ${\sigma}$>0, if and only if $X_{U(n+k)}-X_{U(n)}$ and $X_{U(n)}-X_{U(n-k)}$ for n > 1 and $k{\geq}1$ are identically distributed. Also, we show that $X{\in}EXP({\sigma})$, ${\sigma}$>0, if and only if $E(X_{U(n+k)}-X_{U(n)})=E(X_{U(n)}-X_{U(n-k)})$ for n>1 and $k{\geq}1$.

In this paper, we consider an iterative algorithm for solving a new class of quasi complementarity problems of finding $u{\epsilon}R^{n}$ such that $g(u){\in}K(u)$, $Tu+A(u){\in}K^{*}(u)$, and < g(u), Tu + A(u) >=0, where T, A and g are continuous mappings from $R^{n}$ into itself and $K^{*}(u)$ is the polar cone of the convex cone K(u) in $R^{n}$. The algorithms considered in this paper are general and unifying ones, which include many existing algorithms as special cases for solving the complementarity problems. We also study the convergence criteria of the general algorithms.

The realization of u-City is coming near in some local governments by applying various city services, namely, u-City services to the city construction field to improve competitiveness of the city. But it is a reality that some local governments are experiencing many trial and errors in application of the u-City service in addition to the problem posing that the u-City service is not considering characteristics of development or application environment of an individual city. The present research proposes a service model for on-site application of the u-City service to solve this problem. The proposed model suggests a method for specifically conceptualizing and objectifying the on-site application that the existing concept-oriented model or an architecture-oriented model, etc. didn't provide. The verification system on effectiveness or effects of the u-City service model to remove ambiguity on the u-City service especially. The verification system of the u-City service model grasps the technology, function, procedure and target, etc. that the u-City service contains, evaluates whether the model satisfies conditions that the model should have, and secures objectivity and predictability of the u-City service model through confirmation on propriety, implementation and effectiveness, etc.

본 연구에서는 u-Eco City 건설을 위한 u-City 기술 연구의 첫걸음으로서 기반시설 관점에서 u-City기술을 분류하고자 한다. 이는 u-City를 구현할 때 기반시설에 u-City기술을 접목함으로써 u-City서비스를 실현할 수 있기 때문에 의미가 있다. 즉, "유비쿼터스 도시건설 등에 관한 법률"에서 언급하고 있는 u-기반시설의 개념을 도입하여 기술을 분류함으로써 서비스-기술-기반시설의 연계성을 명확하게 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하고자하는 u-City 기술의 분류는 u-City기술의 범위를 정하고, 추후 기술개발의 전략적 목표 설정 및 기술전략 수립의 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

In this paper, we prove the global existence and uniqueness of the dissipative Kirchhoff equation $$u_{tt}-M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2){\triangle}u+{\alpha}u_t+f(u)=0\;in\;{\Omega}{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_1{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\{\frac{{\partial}u}{\partial{\nu}}}+g(u_t)=0\;on\;{\Gamma}_0{\times}[0,{\infty}),\\u(x,0)=u_0,u_t(x,0)=u_1\;in\;{\Omega}$$ with nonlinear boundary damping by Galerkin approximation benefited from the ideas of Zhang et al. [33]. Furthermore,we overcome some difficulties due to the presence of nonlinear terms $M({\parallel}{\nabla}u{\parallel}^2)$ and $g(u_t)$ by introducing a new variables and we can transform the boundary value problem into an equivalent one with zero initial data by argument of compacity and monotonicity.
