U형 PSC보외 전단거동 평가 (Evaluation on the Shear Performance of U-type Precast Prestressed Beams)

  • 활하중 4903Pa를 적용하여 최소깊이로 최적 설계한, 실물크기 U형 보에 대하여 전단경간과 내민보 길이를 다르게 하여 4번의 전단실험을 수행하였다. 토핑 콘크리트를 타설한 경간 10.5m 실물크기 U형 합성보는 보의 폭/깊이 비가 2이상이다. 이프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 보의 단부 전단거동을 평가하는 과정에서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1) 이 합성 U형 보는 최종파괴에 이를 때까지 일체 거동하였으며, 강도설계 규준에 합당한 휨과 전단거동을 보여주었다. 2) 본 연구결과의 범위 안에서, 본 연구에서 고려한 보깊이가 얕은 U형 보의 전체정착길이는 집중하중 위치에 대한 ACI 정착길이 요구식이 정착부착파괴의 가부를 결정하는 기준이 되었다 3) 단부쪽에 발생한 전단균열은 모두 정착파괴로 연결되는 것이 아니며, 선행된 슬립이 존재할 때 정착부착파괴로 유도될 수 있다. 4) 보 중앙축 부근의 일반휨철근은 보의 연성파괴를 유도하는 역할을 위하여 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다.

강상판(鋼床版) U형(形) 트라프리브 단차용접(段差熔接)이음부(部)의 피로강도(疲勞强度)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Fatigue Strength of a Welded Joint with Misalignment of a U-type Trough Rib in a Steel Deck Plate)

  • With the adoption of welded joints rather than bolted joints, we investigate the fatigue strength and the fatigue crack initiation of U-type trough rib and welded specimen with misalignment in a steel deck plate. The stress concentration factor of welded specimens with a misalignment is also verified by a finite element method. The main conclusions obtained from this study are as follows Experimental results of full-scaled U-type trough rib models have indicated that fatigue life depends on misalignments of welded joints in steel deck plate ; The more misalignments are, the less the fatigue life is. It has also shown that fatigue crack propagates from the welded root to the bead surface. We have also obtained the same results from both the fatigue test of welded specimens with a misalignment and the stress analysis of a finite element method.

  • Heat pumps are used for air-conditioning systems in commercial buildings, schools, and factories because of low operating and maintenance costs. These systems use the earth as a heat source in heating mode and a heat sink in cooling mode. Ground heat exchangers are classified by a horizontal type and vertical type according to the installation method. A horizontal type means that a heat exchanger is laid in the trench bored in 1.2 to 1.8 m depth. And a vertical type is usually constructed by placing small diameter high density polyethylene tube in a vertical borehole. Vertical tube sizes range from 20 to 40 mm nominal diameter. Borehole depth range between 100 and 200 m depending on local drilling conditions and available equipment. In this study, to evaluate the performance of single u-tube with bentonite grouting, single u-tube with broken stone grouting and double n-tube bentonite grouting of vertical ground heat exchangers, test sections are buried on the earth and experimental apparatus is installed. Therefore the heat transfer performance and pressure loss of these are estimated.

  • 의료기기의 발전과 IT융합기술의 접목으로 때와 장소에 관계없이 생체신호의 측정이 가능하게 되었으며, 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기기가 개발되어 일상생활과 가정에서 불편함이 없이 건강변수 측정이 가능하게 되었다. 또한 사용자를 고려해 의복처럼 착용하고 생활하며 생체 신호를 측정할 수 있는 스마트 의류에 전도성 섬유의 활용이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 u-헬스케어 기기에 대한 연구 및 개발이 우선되고 있는 반면 성능평가 기준 마련은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 시판전의 시험검사나 시판후의 수거 검사 시에 성능평가를 위한 표준시험방법 개발 등에 따른 가이드라인 마련에 힘을 쓰고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 섬유적 특성 시험을 통해 전도성 섬유의 착용형 u-헬스케어 기기에 전극으로 접목 가능성 여부를 연구하였다.

납착강도 충격시험 평가법에 관한 연구 (A Research on Evaluation Methods of Testing Impact of the Strength of Soldering)

  • So far, I Conducted an examination with focus on the type, characteristic, and test methods of impact test. which is a type of mechanical that evaluate materials. As mentioned previously, in testing soldering strength of soldering is the load when the object under experiment is broken down with the result of flexibility test or peel test. In this method, a hevay load is necessary until alloy of parent metal is bended, if the alloy of the parent metal has a large mechanical quality(peel strength or resisting power). Once the alloy of the parent metal is bended, however, it tends to come into pieces abruply form the part where soldered. Therefore, a metal has a high breakdown value if the degree of strength of its parent metal is high even if the result of measurement indicates otherwise. Thus, the result of the test did not correspond to the clinical result. Therefore, this study concludes as the following from a test of strength of soldering by mean of conducting an impact test, which is a type of mechanical evaluation methods : 1. Among various impact tests, a charpy thpe is more appropriate than the izod type in testing strength of soldering. 2. As far as test piece is concerned, to use subsized impact test piece is appropriate in the impact test in that it does not have notch. 3. In the matter of analysis, it is appropriate to measure absorbing energy which results from rupture of test piece.

  • 750kW gearless type wind turbine, named U50, is developed by UNISON in Korea. The newly developed wind turbine should be evaluated the power curve and the estimated annual energy production by following international standard to verify the power performance characteristics. This paper shows the test and evaluation procedure according to IEC 61400-12-1 which specifies a procedure of measuring the power performance characteristics of a single wind turbine and applies to the testing of wind turbines of all types and sized connected to the electrical power network. And this paper also shows the power performance characteristics for U50 wind turbine which is determined in accordance with IEC regulation.

  • This paper deals with the shear strengthening effect of RC beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets. Fifteen strengthened RC beams(including control beam) were experimentally evaluated to determine improvements in shear strength. The major parmeters of experiment variables are fiber sheet strengthening ratios and strengthening methods of fiber sheet(I-S, I-W, U-S, U-W type). Reinforced concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets were tested under the combined control of load. Considering strengthening ratios and strengthening methods of fiber sheet, shear capacity and failure mode of test specimens were evaluated. The results show that shear capacity of beams strengthened with fiber sheet is about $28.82\%$ in IS type, $20.49\%$ in IW type, $26.04\%$ in US type, $28.70\%$ in UW type higher than the strength of control beam.

수평 평활관 및 전열촉진관내 대체 냉매 R-407C의 응축 열전달 특성에 관한 연구 (Heat Transfer Characteristics of R-407C During Condensing Inside Horizontal Smooth and Micro-Fin Tubes)

  • This paper reports the experimental results on heat transfer characteristics of R-22 and R-407C(HFC-32/125/134a 23/25/52 wt%) condensing inside horizontal smooth and finned tubes. The test condensers used In the study are double pipe heat exchangers of 7.5 mm ID, 9.5 mm OD smooth tube, and 60 finned micro-fin tube with 8.53 mm ID, 9.53 mm OD. Each of these tubes was 4 000 mm long tubes connected with an U-bend. These U type two-path test tubes are divided In 8 local test sections for the identification of the local condensing heat transfer characterisitcs and pressure drop, U-bend effects on condensing flows. Inlet quality is maintained 1.0, and refrigerant mass velocity is varied from 102.0 to $301.0kg/m^2{\cdot}s$. From the results, it was found that the pressure drop of the R-407C Increased, and heat transfer coefficient decreased compared to those of R-22. In comparison condensing heat transfer characteristics of micro-fm tube with those of smooth tube, increasing of condensing heat transfer coefficient was found outstanding compared to the increasing ratio of pressure drop. Furthermore, pressure drop In U-bend showed at most a 30 % compared to the total pressure drop in the test section.

DMT를 이용한 부산신항 점토의 비배수 전단강도 추정 (Evaluation of Undrained Shear Strength of Busan New-port Clay by DMT)

  • 본 연구에서는 DMT를 이용한 비배수 전단강도를 파악하기 위하여 부산신항 점토층에 DMT 시험, 베인전단시험, $CK_0U$ 삼축압축시험을 실시하였다. 시험결과 정규화한 비배수 전단강도비는 삼축시험의 경우 $S_{u(CKU)}/{\sigma}'_v=0.30{\sim}0.35$, 베인전단시험의 경우 ${\mu}S_{u(VST)}/{\sigma}'_v=0.20{\sim}0.22$로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 현장 베인전단시험 및 삼축압축시험 결과와의 비교를 통해, DMT를 이용하여 비배수 전단강도를 추정하는 두 가지 방법을 제안하였다. 첫 번째는 $S_u/{\sigma}'_v$와 횡방향 응력지수의 관계를 이용하는 방법이고, 두 번째는 $N_c-I_D$ 또는 $N_c-E_D$ 관계로부터 비배수 전단강도를 추정하는 방법이다. 베인전단시험 및 삼축시험 결과와 두 가지 추정방법을 비교한 결과, $N_c-I_D$ 또는 $N_c-E_D$ 관계를 이용한 방법이 $K_D$ 이용하는 방법보다 비배수 전단강도를 정확하게 추정하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 $I_D$$E_D$가 토질상태를 반영하는 $p_1-p_0$항을 포함하고 있어, $N_c$를 이용하는 방법이 토질을 고려한 비배수 전단강도 추정을 할 수 있기 때문으로 판단된다.

자동차용 증발기 판 내의 증발 열전달 및 유동 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on In-Plate Evaporation Heat Transfer and Flow Characteristics for Automobile)

  • An experimental study was performed to evaluate the in-plate evaporation heat transfer and flow characteristics of a evaporator used in automobile. Two test-cores with different heat transfer area, bead-shape and bead-array were tested, A type and B type. For the heat transfer, Nusselt number for B type test-core reaches a value nearly equal to the one for A type test-core, in the whole range of equivalent Reynolds number. But, for the same mass flow rate of refrigerant, hA for B type test-core becomes higher with the increase of the mass quality of refrigerant than for A type test-core. In a flow visualization experiment, the wake zone of refrigerant circulating at u-turn position of plate is observed.
